氟化铝生产废水处理工艺的研究

对氟化铝生产废水的处理方法进行了研究。结果表明，一级中和沉淀法和二级中和二级沉淀法均不宜用于氟化铝生产废水的结果，理想的处理方法是碱过量中和酸回调法，辅加氯化钙的石灰乳中和法也可考虑采用。     

Multiple melting in blends of poly(vinylidene fluoride) with isotactic poly(ethyl methacrylate)

Multiple melting phenomena have been studied in blends of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVF₂) with low molar mass isotactic poly(ethyl methacrylate) (it-PEMA). In all blends, as well as in pure PVF₂, a transition (T₁) was observed prior to the main melting point (T₂). T₁ is probably connected with the melting of secondarily-crystallized material. In addition to this, a high temperature melting endotherm (T₃) was observed, which could be ascribed completely to recrystallization of PVF₂. The highest transition (T₄) was caused by melting of the σ form of PVF₂. From Hoffman-Weeks plots—T₂ vs. crystallization temperature, T_c — it could be concluded that no thermody amic depression of the melting point of PVF₂ occurred in the blends. The stabilities of PVF₂ crystallites in the various blends were derived from the slopes of Hoffman-Weeks plots and were in good agreement with lamellar thicknesses found from SAXS measurements.     

Gas phase synthesis of MTBE on fluoride-modified zeolites

The gas phase synthesis of MTBE was studied using three series of zeolites modified by ion-exchange with ammonium fluoride, the parent materials being HY, H-mordenite, and HZSM-5. Modification of zeolites by fluoride-exchange was found to enhance the MTBE synthesis activity for all three types of zeolites without impairing their excellent selectivity to MTBE. The mechanism of activity enhancement by fluoride-modification appears to be related to the formation of extra-lattice Al rather than the presence of fluoride-ions.     

Low frequency ac conduction and dielectric relaxation behavior of solution grown and uniaxially stretched poly(vinylidene fluoride) films

The measurements of ac conductivity [σ_m(ω)], dielectric constant [?′(ω)] and loss [?″(ω)] have been performed on solution grown (thickness ∼85 μm) and uniaxially stretched (thickness ∼25, 45 and 80 μm) films of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) in the frequency range 0.1 kHz-10 MHz and in the temperature range 77-400 K. The σ_m(ω) can be described by the relation σ(ω) = Aω^s, where s is close to unity and decreases with increase in temperature. Three relaxations, observed in the present investigation, have been designated as the α_c-, the α_a- and the β-relaxations appearing from high temperature side to the low temperature side. The α_c-relaxation could not be observed in the case of uniaxially stretched poly(vinylidene fluoride) films. The α_c- and α_a-relaxations are associated with the molecular motions in the crystalline regions and micro-Brownian motion in the amorphous regions of the main polymer chain, respectively, whereas the β-relaxation is attributed to the rotation of side group dipoles or to the local oscillations of the frozen main polymer chain.

在了解清水江流域自然、社会环境、收集和补充监测清水江水质状况，调查清水江流域氟、磷污染源的基础上，对清水江水环境质量现状进行评价，对清水江氟、磷污染现状、污染来源进行分析，得出明确的结论，提出相应的污染防治对策。     

聚偏氟乙烯/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液的合成与性能

在含氟表面活性剂存在下，将聚偏氟乙烯超声分散于甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯的混合单体中进行乳液聚合，制备了聚偏氟乙烯／聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液。采用动态光散射DLS、透射电镜TEM和红外光谱FT—IR对乳液组成及乳胶粒子的形态进行了表征，并对聚合物胶膜的性能进行了测试分析。结果表明：聚偏氟乙烯的加入，使复合乳液膜的拉伸强度显著增大，吸水率减小。     

THE EFFECT OF PRECIPITATION PARAMETERS ON PREPARATION OF LITHIUM FLUORIDE (LIF) NANO-POWDER

Lithium fluoride powder (LiF) is a white powder with a density of 2.64 gr/cm³ and a melting point of 848°C. This powder has several applications such as flux, glaze, soldering, and aluminum melting process, but one of the most important uses of this powder is its application in dosimetry. The commercial powders currently used for this purpose have average sizes of 5 to 10 micrometers; the objective of this research is to produce LiF powder with nano-metric particle size. In this study, the reaction of LiOH + HF → LiF + H₂O has been selected from among several reactions that were able to produce LiF powder, and some precipitation parameters such as temperature, time, agitation type, and supersaturation degree have been controlled. The morphology, phase analysis, and particle size distribution of the resulting powders were analyzed by SEM, XRD, and LPSA. Finally, lithium fluoride nano-powder was synthesized at a temperature of 25°C, pH about 2-3, reaction time less than 1 s, and agitation by ultrasonic bath.

Fluoroelastomers-dependence of relaxation phenomena on composition

The dynamic-mechanical properties of some fluoroelastomers were determined as a function of composition at low frequency (≈ 1 Hz), by means of a free oscillation torsion pendulum, between −180°C and the softening point. Vinylidenefluoride (VDF)-hexafluoropropene (HFP) copolymers of molar composition 0–39% HFP and terpolymers of VDF and HFP with up to 30mol% tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and a constant VDF to HFP molar ratio of 3.4 were considered. Two relaxation processes typical of the amorphous phase were found. The first, located at about −87°C, is related to local motions and the transition temperature was found to be independent of composition for copolymers, while it depends on TFE molar content for terpolymers. The second is related to the glass transition and the transition temperature depends on the composition. However, for semicrystalline copolymers the double glass transition phenomenon was observed. When crystallinity goes to zero at about 20 mol% HFP, only one transition is observed. It was also found that ordered structures can take place for terpolymers when TFE molar concentration exceeds 20%. The crystal disorder transition of pure PVDF (75°C) is observed also for low HFP concentrations but the transition temperature is strongly reduced. Analogies between the VDF-HFP and E-P systems are also discussed.
