A simplified cascade current‐source inverter interconnected to a single‐phase three‐wire distribution system and its application to electric energy storage systems with batteries

A novel current source inverter system interconnected to the single‐phase grid is proposed. It has the same construction as the conventional three‐phase current source inverter that is interconnected to the single‐phase three‐wire distribution system. Though the proposed circuit has no output transformer, it can be equivalently performed as the single‐phase double cascade inverter by diverting the pole transformer in the utility system. By controlling the appropriate scheme, the output currents can be obtained as the five‐level waveforms and their distortions can be decreased sufficiently. It is applied to the interactive electric energy storage system with batteries and the basic discharging characteristics are discussed experimentally. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A Class of POCA Distributions For rapid fading variations

Polydorou and Capsalis [1] pioneered the concept of POCA distribution to study the statistical behavior of the fast fading characteristics in an indoor environment under the assumption of finite number of scatters. In this note, we derive a comprehensive class of formulas for the POCA distribution to help better statistical modeling of the fast fading characteristics. The calculations involve use of several special functions and their properties.

用大容积（６０ｍｍ×８０ｍｍ）的圆柱型流气式组织等效正比计数器测定了２３９Ｐｕα粒子的微剂量谱和径向剂量分布。α粒子束在无窗的情况下直接穿入正比计数器，由离子穿过而发生能量沉积的机率Ｒｂ为１。测量结果证实：沿α粒子径迹由单次事件沉积的剂量平均比能ｚ１Ｄ（Ｇｙ）与距径迹核径向距离ｂ（μｍ）之间完全符合ｚ１Ｄ＝ａｂ－２的函数关系，同时给出了求出最大径向距离（ｐｅｎｕｍｂｒａ）的方法。     

Using the high pressure methane isotherm for determination of pore size distribution of carbon adsorbents

A method of determining pore size distribution, PSD, of carbon adsorbents based on the high pressure methane isotherm is presented. A generic software package, and an IBM compatible PC, have been used to search for a PSD in the form of a histogram. The method relies on a known local isotherm, in this case, assuming a simplified model of infinite slit shaped carbon pores.Three carbons, having very different pore structures: BPL, PX-21, and PVDC, were analyzed using the new method and the results compared with those obtained from subcritical Ar, and N₂ isotherms. The analysis from the high pressure methane isotherm gave results which are different than those from the low pressure low temperature isotherms but not significantly enough to be unrealistic.     

Characteristics and classification of high-current fault arcs on distribution systems

When a fault occurs on transmission or distribution systems due to lightning or overvoltage, often an arc discharge occurs at the fault point. The arc discharge, which is caused by a fault current, has a high current, high temperature, strong light emission, etc., thus it sometimes causes heavy damages to electric power equipment. The arc discharge is influenced by the conditions around the arcs, i.e., gas, insulation materials, gap length, weather, etc. Also, the arc voltage along the arc column indicates the characteristics of the arc. If the voltage waveforms of the arcs caused by the fault on transmission or distribution systems are classified, it is possible to find the location and the equipment where the fault occurred. In this paper, the arc voltage data in 6-kV class XLPE cables and 6-kV class overhead lines are analyzed and an artificial neural network method is applied to classify the arc voltage waveforms. The results obtained from the six artificial neural networks developed show that the artificial neural network method is effective for classification of arc voltage waveforms if adequate input parameters are selected.     

一种基于Google Maps的土地利用信息发布平台

目前常见的Web地图服务仅支持浏览和查询,不支持矢量数据的发布.文章提出一种基于Google Maps的WebGIS构建方法,支持多种浏览器的矢量数据互操作及空间分析.针对郑州市土地利用信息发布需求,采用B/S架构,借助Google Maps API和AJAX技术,实现了土地利用信息系统化,标准化发布平台.该平台响应速度快,面向多种用户,支持数据共享,能更好的为土地利用变化研究及土地整理决策提供服务.     

大气激光通信中的光斑特性模拟和验证

根据空-地大气激光通信信道的特性,基于惠更斯-菲涅耳原理,应用夫琅禾费圆孔衍射的算法,对光波强度和光斑图像在光束截面内的分布进行分析及计算,研究了传输距离、发射孔径、激光波长以及湍流结构常数等对光斑形状及光强分布的影响。利用对数正态分布建立了大气湍流信道模型,通过对不同传输距离条件下光斑上不同点的光强分布进行计算统计和仿真分析,实验和仿真结果表明：光斑的光强分布图样服从贝塞尔分布。因此,在相同的大气湍流条件下,选择较长波长激光和较大孔径的发射器,可以有效降低光强闪烁引起的衰减,从而提高大气激光的通信质量。     

采用B/S架构设计与实现超市配送系统

系统采用B/S架构。整个系统由六大模块构成,分别是人员基本信息管理模块、商品信息管理模块、连锁店管理模块、商品入库管理模块、商品配送管理模块、退出系统模块。整个系统能够独立运行,使用方便,能够及时地分析企业进销存情况,提高工作效率,能给企业带来更大的利益。
