水体及悬浮粒子对光的吸收、折射及反射导致水下图像对比度低及细节模糊,单一图像增强算法难以适用于水下复杂环境识别.为了解决该问题,提出基于小波变换和改进的γ-CLAHE相融合的图像增强算法.通过快速中值滤波去除图像中噪声,向CLAHE算法中加入自适应伽马变换,解决CLAHE算法处理水下图像色彩失真,丢失孤立点、细线,画面突变等问题.利用改进的γ-CLAHE算法处理小波变换分解后的低频部分,增强图像并加快运行速度.通过小波逆变换将γ-CLAHE算法处理后的低频部分和双边滤波处理后的高频部分相融合,得到最终的增强图像.将实验图像同传统CLAHE、Retinex、Singh融合算法的处理图像进行对比,验证本研究算法在水下图像处理方面的有效性和优越性.  相似文献

An admixture of commercial liquid electrolyte (LB302, 1 M solution of LiPF6 in 1:1 EC/DEC) and methyl methacrylate (MMA) was enclosed in CR2032 cells. The assembled cells were then -ray-irradiated using configurations of half cells and full cells. Through this in situ irradiation polymerization process, we obtained rechargeable lithium ion cells with poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) based gel polymer electrolytes (GPE). Galvanostatic cycling, AC impedance spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry were employed to investigate the electrochemical properties of the cells and the gel polymer electrolyte. This PMMA-based gel polymer electrolyte was found to exhibit a high ionic conductivity (at least 10–3 S cm–1) at room temperature. Due to a significant increase in the charge transfer resistance between the GPE and the cathode, the cell impedance of a PMMA-based lithium ion cell is greater than that of a liquid-electrolyte-based cell. The discharge capacity of a LiNi0.8Co0.2O2/GPE/graphite is approximately 145 mAh g–1 for the first cycle and decreases to123 mAh g–1 after 20 cycles. In addition, a large initial cell impedance (LICI) was observed in the irradiated positive half cell. In this paper, we propose a possible mechanism related to the detachment of the PMMA layer from the lithium electrode. This detachment of the PMMA layer from the lithium electrode has not been explicitly discussed previously.  相似文献

The presence of dissolved cations such as Al and Zn in alkaline electrolyte (6 M KOH) suppresses the -nickel hydroxide transformation. The uptake of Al (10 mol%) and Zn (30 mol%) exhibited by the active material likely stabilizes the -phase. Dissolved Al is deleterious to the performance of the nickel hydroxide electrode, whereas, dissolved Zn enhances the specific discharge capacity of nickel hydroxide by approximately 25% showing that the mode of metal uptake is different in the two cases.  相似文献

Peculiarities in catalytic activity in carbon monoxide oxidation as well as some structure, electronic and magnetic properties of the three oxide catalysts, Mn3+–O/Al2O3 (1), Mn3+–O–Fe/Al2O3 (Mn-substituted spinel, 2) and -Fe2O3/Al2O3 (3), were studied by kinetic measurements and by Mössbauer spectroscopy. The catalysts 1 and 2 showed a kinetic bistability with a sharp transition towards more reactive state at 200°C (ignition point). In contrast, for catalyst 3, at 200–250°C, the behavior of reaction rate against temperature did not display noticeable hysteresis. On cooling the catalysts 1 and 2, extinction was observed at about 170 and 120°C, respectively, i.e., at 30–80°C lower than the corresponding ignition points. Proximity of activation energy for the high and low activity (15–19 kJ/mol) for both Mn-containing catalysts suggests an increase in the number of active sites at high temperature with no changes in the reaction mechanism. The considerable difference between Mn-containing catalysts 1, 2 and Fe-containing catalyst 3 may be caused by Jahn–Teller (JT) type distortions of the oxygen polyhedron around Mn3+. A significant spontaneous axial bond stretching within the local polyhedron seems to diminish Mn–O binding energy, facilitate the participation of surface oxygen species, OS, in the oxidation of CO by a redox mechanism and promote oxygen vacancies at the surface that would cause considerable effect on the activity. An increase in the width of the counterclockwise hysteresis loop for the catalyst 2 compared to the catalyst 1 indicates that clusters of mixed spinel provide more active sites and more labile OS species than clusters of the binary Mn oxide.  相似文献

Leucine modulates synthetic and degradative pathways in muscle, possibly providing metabolic benefits for both athletes and diseased populations. Leucine has become popular among athletes for improving performance and body composition, however little is known about the metabolic effects of the commonly consumed leucine‐derived metabolite β‐hydroxy‐β‐methyl butyrate (HMB). Our work measured the effects of HMB on metabolic protein expression, mitochondrial content and metabolism, as well as lipid content in skeletal muscle cells. Specifically, cultured C2C12 myotubes were treated with either a control or HMB ranging from 6.25 to 25 μM for 24 h and mRNA and/or protein expression, oxygen consumption, glucose uptake, and lipid content were measured. Contrary to leucine's stimulatory effect on metabolism, HMB‐treated cells exhibited significantly reduced regulators of lipid oxidation including peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor alpha (PPARα) and PPARβ/δ, as well as downstream target carnitine palmitoyl transferase, without alterations in glucose or palmitate oxidation. Furthermore, HMB significantly inhibited activation of the master regulator of energetics, AMP‐activated protein kinase. As a result, HMB‐treated cells also displayed reduced total mitochondrial content compared with true control or cells equivocally treated with leucine. Additionally, HMB treatment amplified markers of lipid biosynthesis (PPARγ and fatty acid synthase) as well as consistently promoted elevated total lipid content versus control cells. Collectively, our results demonstrate that HMB did not improve mitochondrial metabolism or content, and may promote elevated cellular lipid content possibly through heightened PPARγ expression. These observations suggest that HMB may be most beneficial for populations interested in stimulating anabolic cellular processes.  相似文献

Changes of the average brightness and non-uniformity of dark output images, and quality of pictures captured under natural lighting for the color CMOS digital image sensors irradiated at different electron doses have been studied in comparison to those from the γ-irradiated sensors. For the electron-irradiated sensors, the non-uniformity increases obviously and a small bright region on the dark image appears at the dose of 0.4 kGy. The average brightness increases at 0.4 kGy, increases sharply at 0.5 kGy. The picture is very blurry only at 0.6 kGy, showing the sensor undergoes severe performance degradation. Electron radiation damage is much more severe than γ radiation damage for the CMOS image sensors. A possible explanation is presented in this paper,  相似文献

对比研究了B和C含量的变化对铸造TiAl基合金宏观和显微组织的影响。结果表明 ,B或C含量的增加均能细化TiAl基合金的晶粒,但二者的作用特点不同。B含量对宏观组织和晶粒尺寸的影响是渐进的,而C对其影响存在一个临界含量。显微观察表明,微量的B就能使合金析出TiB2,随着合金中B含量的增加,硼化物颗粒呈不同的形貌。对于含C合金,当C含量低于临界含量时,在光学尺度上观察不到碳化物相,而当C含量高于临界含量时,合金中生成大量的Ti2AlC碳化物颗粒。讨论了B和C细化TiAl基合金的机制。  相似文献
