求文针对我国天然气凝液如何利用问题,结合新技术进展,进行了初步探讨,认为原料较多的场合,应以催化脱氢或芳构化作为当前的主要加工方向。对原料较少的场合,也提出一些看法。     

Inhibition of Undesirable Gas Production in Tofu

Of 100 gas-producing bacterial isolates, 65% were Gram-negative. Bacterial growth and gas production in commercial tofu was accompanied by acidification, and pH decreases as low as 5.2. Coliform bacteria constituted 15% of the total bacterial flora. Sporeformers and yeast counts remained < 10³ CFU/mL. Pasteurization was effective in lowering the bacterial counts, and retarded gas production. The addition of lactic acid (reducing pH to 5.5) or lactic acid bacteria (2 × 10⁷ CFU/g) to tofu helped reduce gas production by about 50%. Addition of both lactic acid and Lactobacillus plantarum stopped gas production in contaminated tofu.     

Results of familiarization of and prospects for a procedure for the burning of wastes in a vortical fluidized bed

Problems that have arisen during tune-up of the production line for the thermal processing of solid household waste by the method of burning in a vortical fluidized bed (principally, a new technology for Russia), and means of their solution are presented. Microstructural changes accompanying repair welding in 5xxx aluminium alloys and their effect on the mechanical properties

At the shipyards, the aluminium alloy 5083 is welded with a multi-pass sequence using the metal inert gas technique. If, while checking the weld integrity either after welding or during service, defects are detected in the vicinity of the weldment, repairs are usually employed to extend the service life.

The repair method involves removal of the upper passes, depending on the thickness and re-welding under the same conditions.

Purpose of this paper is to examine the microstructural changes accompanying repair welding, define their effect on properties of primary importance and set, if possible, an upper limit as far as the number of repairs is concerned.     

Homogenization of hardness distribution and distortion in high pressure gas quenching

Quenching with gases rather than oil or other liquid media has the advantages of reducing the risks concerning health and environment, while simultaneously homogenizing the quenching results and minimizing distortion due to a wide range of possible process parameter variations and the pure convective heat transfer. In this contribution, a coupled solution for increasing homogenization of quenching results within high pressure gas quenching will be presented. In the first stage, an experimental test facility was set up for flow investigations and in the second stage a numerical simulation model was generated. The numerical and experimental results of the flow through the chamber were compared for several boundary conditions. Finally, after complete verification of the simulation, the model may be used to assist in parameter variation for optimization of homogeneous high pressure gas quenching.     

从生产角度论述空分设备“有效产品成本”

引入空分设备“有效产品成本”概念，以气体成本算法和液体成本算法对空分设备正常产品单位成本和有效产品单位成本进行了比较，举例计算了液化装置的产品成本，提出利用“有效产品成本”概念来组织空分设备生产。     

燃料性质对加热炉腐蚀结焦的影响及其防治

从加热炉燃料变化情况入手 ,分析了加热炉目前存在的炉管结垢 ,预热器烟气露点腐蚀以及炉体腐蚀等问题。从机理上进行了探讨 ,从而提出了原油脱金属、燃料气脱硫、燃料油优化、化学除垢以及预热器改造等防护措施。
