浅埋地下建筑风冷热泵空调系统传热模型与试验研究

本文在浅埋地下建筑风冷热泵空调系统围护结构传热动态模拟的基础上，通过对南京市太园地下旅社围护结构传热的实时测试，验证动态传热模型及计算机模拟方法的可行性和正确性，为浅埋地下建筑风冷热泵空调系统的装机容量、节能指标和设计计算提供一定的理论依据。     

Heat transfer of a row of three butane/air flame jets impinging on a flat plate

Experiments were performed to investigate the heat transfer characteristics of a row of three premixed, laminar, butane/air flame jets impinging on a water-cooled flat plate. The between-jet interference was found to reduce the heat transfer rate in the jet-to-jet interacting zone due to the depressed combustion. The interference became stronger when the jet-to-jet spacing and/or the nozzle-to-plate distance were/was small. The positive pressure existed in the between-jet interacting zone caused the asymmetric flame and heat transfer distribution of the side jet. The meeting point of the spreading wall jets of the central and the side jets did not occur at the midpoint of the neighboring jets, but at a location shifted slightly outwards. The maximum local heat flux and the maximum area-averaged heat flux occurred at a moderate nozzle-to-plate distance of 5d with a moderate jet-to-jet spacing of 5d. The lowest area-averaged heat flux was produced when both the jet-to-jet spacing and the nozzle-to-plate distance were small. Comparing with a single jet under the same experimental conditions, the heat transfer rates in both the stagnation point and the maximum heat transfer point were shown to be enhanced in a row of three-jet-impingement system. The present study provided detailed information on the heat transfer characteristics of a row of three in-line impinging flame jets, which had rarely been reported in previous study.     

化学成分和固溶温度对1Cr17Mn9Ni4N不锈钢组织和性能的影响

为提高1Crl7Mn9Ni4N钢固溶处理后的力学性能(特别是钢的强度)，研究了化学成分及固溶处理温度对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明，1000—1125℃固溶处理后，该钢的组织为单相奥氏体。在标准成分范围内，随着镍、锰含量的增加，该钢的强度降低，塑性有所改善。氮明显提高该钢的强度。根据试验结果，每增加0．01％的氮钢的室温强度可提高大约5MPa，且塑性基本上不受影响。当合金成分(质量分数，％)控制在C0．08—0．12、Crl6．5—17．5、Ni3．5—4．2、Mn8．0—9．0、N0．22—0．28时，1Crl7Mn9Ni4N钢经1050—1100℃固溶处理后强度较高、塑性好，室温强度σ0．2和σb可分别达到400MPa和800MPa。     

链条锅炉的节能改造

本文针对株洲硬质合金厂SHL20—13—AII型20t蒸汽链条锅炉存在的问题，进行了节能改造，取得了显著的成效。     

变压器有载合闸过程中故障分闸后铁心剩磁分析

通过有载合闸变压器模型,分析了变压器有载合闸过程中由于副边突然短路导致主保护动作时电流和磁通的暂态过程,并对变压器铁心内的剩磁作了定性的分析。

本文介绍了国外在供热分户计量方面的测定原理、手段和设备,费用分配原则,仪表与系统的配合和安装方式,并就其与国内系统的配合提出了建议。     

低发射率材料红外法向发射率谱测量方法的研究

采用热管技术研制了材料发射率谱的专用测量附件;利用双温测量技术,在P-E983型红外分光光度计及3600型数据站上进行了较低温度下低发射率材料红外法向发射率谱测量方法的研究.实测了几种材料的发射率谱;讨论了影响测量误差的诸因素.     

山西铝厂锅炉水冷壁膨胀异常原因分析及对策

针对山西铝厂160t／h锅炉在实际运行中膨胀异常的问题，对不同的施工方法下，水冷壁膨胀量是否正常这一问题进行分析，找出了水冷壁膨胀异常的原因，并提出了解决对策。     

管壳式换热器流场三维数值模拟

采用多孔介质方法 ,在PHOENICS 3 3程序的基础上建立了换热器的三维流动计算模型。引入体积穿透率、表面穿透率、分布阻力等来描述换热器内的管束。模型通过计算Halle等[1] 的实验工况来进行验证 ,并尝试用于计算 2 0 0MW低温供热堆主换热器内的流场     

Ideal-gas thermodynamic properties for natural-gas applications

Calculating caloric properties from a thermal equation of state requires information such as isobaric heat capacities in the ideal-gas state as a function of temperature. In this work, values for the parameters of thec _p ⁰ correlation proposed by Aly and Lee were newly determined for 21 pure gases which are compounds of natural gas mixtures. The values of the parameters were adjusted to selectedc _p ⁰ data calculated from spectroscopic data for temperatures ranging from 10 to 1000 K. The data sources used are discussed and compared with literature data deduced from theoretic models and caloric measurements. The parameters presented will be applied in a current GERG project for evaluating equations of state (e.g., the AGA 8 equation) for their suitability for calculating caloric properties.
