STM32的便携式手机蓝牙考勤机系统设计

在研究各种考勤系统的基础上,提出了一种手机蓝牙实现考勤的方法。该系统采用STM32F103RBT6微处理器作为核心,利用蓝牙模块搜索手机蓝牙设备与本地数据库进行匹配,通过语音播报和液晶显示两种方式给出考勤结果。该设计可以改变传统的被动式考勤方式,且成本低、操作简便。     

Blind estimation of the PN sequence in lower SNR DS-SS signals with residual carrier

This paper presents a method of singular value decomposition (SVD) plus digital phase lock loop (DPLL) to solve the difficult problem of blind pseudo-noise (PN) sequence estimation in low signal to noise ratios (SNR) direct sequence spread spectrum (DS-SS, DS) signals with residual carrier. Of course, the method needs to know the parameters of DS signal, such as the period and code rate of PN sequence. Firstly, the received signal is sampled and divided into non-overlapping signal vectors according to a temporal window, whose duration is two periods of PN sequence. Then, an autocorrelation matrix is computed and accumulated by the signal vectors one by one. The PN sequence with residual carrier can be estimated by the principal eigenvector of this autocorrelation matrix. Furthermore, a DPLL is used to deal with the estimated PN sequence with residual carrier, it estimates and tracks the residual carrier, removes the residual carrier in the end. Theory analysis and computer simulation results show that this method can effectively realize the PN sequence estimation from the input DS signals with residual carrier in lower SNR.     

Influence of base resistance on extracting thermal resistance for SiGe HBTs

In this article, the influence of base resistance on extracting thermal resistance for SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistors is studied and an improved approach for determining the junction temperature and thermal resistance is presented. The proposed method for extracting thermal resistance is based on the temperature sensitivity of the base–emitter (B–E) voltage when the device is biased with a fixed emitter current density. This approach not only takes into account the self‐heating during the different ambient temperature measurement but also revises the empirical equation of B–E voltage due to the influence of base resistance during the power dissipation increment measurement. Results are obtained for devices with different emitter lengths and fingers. Compared with the conventional method, the thermal resistance is about up to 15% improvement for the device with 0.3 × 1.9 μm² emitter area and 13.8% for the device with 0.3 × 13.9 μm² emitter area. The accurate thermal resistance implemented in HICUM model has resulted in better fit for transistor output characteristics. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Int J RF and Microwave CAE, 2012.     

Discrete cost optimization of composite floor system using social harmony search model

This paper presents a social harmony search algorithm model for the cost optimization of composite floor system with discrete variables. The total cost function includes the costs of concrete, steel beam and shear studs. The design is based on AISC load and resistance factor design specifications and plastic design concepts. Here, six decision variables are considered for the objective function. In order to demonstrate the capabilities of the proposed model in optimizing composite floor system designs, two design examples taken from the literature are studied. It is shown that use of the presented model results in significant cost saving. Hence, it can be of practical value to structural designers. Also the proposed model is compared to the original harmony search, its recently developed variants, and other meta-heuristic algorithms to illustrate the superiority of the present method in convergence and leading to better solutions. In order to investigate the effects of beam spans and loadings on the cost optimization of composite floor system a parametric study is also conducted.     

Unusual W-shaped Galvanic Cell Model of ISCC of α-brass in Neutral Mattsson''''s Solution

Intergranular stress corrosion cracking(ISCC) of α-brass in neutral Mattsson's solutionwas found to be controlled by an unusual"W"-shaped galvanic cell whose cathode is thegrain boundary oxide film (G.B.0. film) andsurface film and the anode is fresh metal atthe cracked tip on both sides of the G.B.0.film. Redox reactions involved in the cellhave been proposed here. According to thismdel, initidtion of ISCC is caused by therupturing of surface film along grain boundaries,thus forming a galvanic cell. Propagation ofISCC resulted from alternate advances of G.B.0.film and dissolution on both sides of G.B.0.film caused by the effect of electrochemicalreaction. This work developed an effective approachto investigate the embrittlement process atthe tip of the crack, by increasing the lengthof the embrittlement region through constantstrain test and distinguishing the morphologyand the nature of the corrosion products byoptical microscopy and scanning electronmicroscopy (SEH).     

中碳结构钢件的锻造成形与锻后调质一次完成的热加工新技术

本文是利用“形变诱发析出”原理通过控制热变形成形过程获得一种能在过冷分解时使碳化物呈颗粒状弥散析出的形变奥氏体状态,又通过控制冷却抑制先共析铁素体的析出,同时促进碳化物颗粒的析出,从而得到100％调质型组织,它达到了传统工艺的水平。     

Behavioral and electrophysiological activity of (Z,E)-7,9,11-dodecatrienyl formate,a mimic of the major sex pheromone component of carob moth,Ectomyelois ceratoniae

The behavioral and electrophysiological activity of a mimic [(Z,E)7,9,11-dodecatrienyl formate] of the major sex pheromone component [(Z,E) 9,11,13-tetradecatrienal] of carob moth was assessed. Wind-tunnel bioassays demonstrated that the formate was as effective as natural gland extracts, and significantly more effective than the trienal alone or than the trienal blended with two minor pheromone components, in evoking source contact. Dispensers containing the formate were as effective as trienal-containing blend lures in attracting males when placed at the same dosage in traps in date gardens. Single-cell recordings showed that at least two olfactory neurons, differentiated by spike amplitude, are located in the long trichoid hairs on male carob moth antennae. Dose-response relationships indicated that puffs from cartridges loaded with at least 0.1 g of the formate or of the trienal were necessary to elicit spiking by either the small or the large-spiking cell within a sensillum. Cross-adaptation studies demonstrated that both compounds stimulated the same large-spiking cell. The frequencies of spikes evoked from the large cell when stimulated by emissions from 0.1-g, 1-g, or 10-g cartridges of either the formate or the trienal were not significantly different, suggesting that the formate is an effective mimic of the trienal at the antennal receptor cell level.     

Accelerated sintering of PtRh/Al2O3 catalysts in an oxygen periodic pulse flow

PtRh catalysts were prepared by coimpregnation, with chlorine-free precursors of a -alumina. They were sintered at 973 K under a continuous flow of O₂ (1% in Ar or air) or of a flow of Ar into which pulses of O₂ were injected periodically. Under the latter conditions the sintering was significantly accelerated, particularly for a certain value of the period of O₂ pulses.     

Why does language matter to artificial intelligence?

Artificial intelligence, conceived either as an attempt to provide models of human cognition or as the development of programs able to perform intelligent tasks, is primarily interested in theuses of language. It should be concerned, therefore, withpragmatics. But its concern with pragmatics should not be restricted to the narrow, traditional conception of pragmatics as the theory of communication (or of the social uses of language). In addition to that, AI should take into account also the mental uses of language (in reasoning, for example) and the existential dimensions of language as a determiner of the world we (and our computers) live in. In this paper, the relevance of these three branches of pragmatics-sociopragmatics, psychopragmatics, and ontopragmatics-for AI are explored.
