浅议新形势下高职大学生诚信状况和特点

学校要强化大学思想政治教育对其道德架构的影响,使教育的手段和内容更为科学、现实和有效,必须充分了解大学生的思想道德状况,研究其特点和发展规律。为构建和谐校园、诚信校园针对1448名高职大学生诚信现状开展调查并进行了多角度的解析。     

COMBINING TRUST MODELING AND MECHANISM DESIGN FOR PROMOTING HONESTY IN E‐MARKETPLACES

In this paper, we propose a novel incentive mechanism for promoting honesty in electronic marketplaces that is based on trust modeling. In our mechanism, buyers model other buyers and select the most trustworthy ones as their neighbors to form a social network which can be used to ask advice about sellers. In addition, however, sellers model the reputation of buyers based on the social network. Reputable buyers provide truthful ratings for sellers, and are likely to be neighbors of many other buyers. Sellers will provide more attractive products to reputable buyer to build their own reputation. We theoretically prove that a marketplace operating with our mechanism leads to greater profit both for honest buyers and honest sellers. We emphasize the value of our approach through a series of illustrative examples and in direct contrast to other frameworks for addressing agent trustworthiness. In all, we offer an effective approach for the design of e‐marketplaces that is attractive to users, through its promotion of honesty.

诚信与信用

诚信指诚实守信;信用指诚信无欺,遵守诺言,实践成约,从而取得别人对他的信任。诚信与信用属于种和属的包含关系,能诚信者一般都讲信用,但符合信用原则作出的行为未必一定都诚信;反之,不诚信者往往不讲信用,但不符合信用原则作出的行为未必一定都不诚信。诚信与信用既有区别又有联系。     

诚信情感体验与包装色彩的构建

目的针对当今中国对于诚信环境的强烈需求,从消费者诚信情感体验角度提出包装色彩的解决方案。方法以诚信意象及情感体验模型与认知科学为基础,通过包装设计中色彩信息的构建来达到消费者诚信情感体验的目标。结论通过构建诚信情感体验与包装设计中的色彩要素之间的关系,阐述与诚信情感的相互关系。

作为市政府派驻南京长江第三大桥工程建设的监督机构,在对工程质量管理的监督过程中,围绕“工程优质,干部优秀”的目标,做好质量管理人员行为的监督,做好质量管理体系规范性监督检查,做好质量管理流程中程序性监督检查,是廉政监察机构在工程质量管理中的根本、前提和重点。     

Judicial decision making in timely and delayed prosecutions of child sexual abuse in Canada: A study of honesty and cognitive ability in assessments of credibility.

Child sexual abuse is an alarmingly common criminal offense. Whether prosecutions occur shortly after the alleged offense or after a lengthy delay, complainant credibility is often the central issue at trial. In both law and in psychology, credibility is said to be a function of two relatively distinct factors: honesty and cognitive ability. Complainant age informs evaluations of both such that younger children are seen as more honest but less cognitively competent than older children and adults. When a complainant describes a recent event, current age may be used to assess honesty and cognitive ability. However, when a complainant describes an event that occurred in the distant past, we argue that current age is most informative in evaluations of honesty, whereas age at the time of the alleged offense should inform evaluations of cognitive ability. In this research, we analyzed judicial assessments of complainants' credibility in 52 timely (child complainant) and 49 delayed (adult complainant) criminal prosecutions of child sexual abuse. Judicial comments concerning cognitive ability suggest that adults were viewed more positively than children, despite the fact that all complainants were children when the alleged offense occurred. As expected, comments related to honesty suggested that children were seen to be more honest than adults unless they had been exposed to suggestive influences.
