本文介绍一种基于单片机AT89C2501的单户可视对讲门铃室内分机的工作原理及软、硬件的设计与实现方法。     

Retrograde Amnesia Induced by Drugs Acting on Different Molecular Systems.

The gamma aminobutyric acid-A (GABAA) agonist, muscimol, the glutamate N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist, D-2-amino-5-phosphonopentanoic acid (AP5), and the inhibitor of the extracellularly regulated kinases (ERKs), UO 126, cause retrograde amnesia when administered to the hippocampus. In the present study, the authors found that they all cause retrograde amnesia for 1-trial inhibitory avoidance, not only when infused into the dorsal CA1 region of the hippocampus, but also when infused into the basolateral amygdala or the entorhinal, parietal, and posterior cingulate cortices. The posttraining time course of the effect of each drug was, however, quite different across brain structures. Thus, in all of them, NMDA receptors and the ERK pathway are indispensable for memory consolidation, and GABAA receptor activation inhibits memory consolidation: but in each case, their influence is interwoven differently. 基于WVD的防空雷达直升机信号特征分析

基于直升机目标旋转部件的调制模型，本文针对防空雷达提出了分析直升机信号特征的一种新方法——WVD法，并对直升机目标旋转部件调制回波信号在不同噪声情况下加以仿真分析，结果表明：用WVD分析雷达回波中直升机信号特征是一种非常有效的方法。     

磁浸没透镜的宽束曲轴像差分析的微分代数方法研究

微分代数是计算机数值分析领域中的一个非常有效的方法,可以实现任意高阶微分的准确计算.本文根据微分代数方法的基本原理,将其引入到磁浸没透镜的宽束曲轴像差的分析计算中,得到了任意阶曲轴像差的微分代数表达式.文中针对轴上磁场具有某种解析表达式的一个实际的磁浸没透镜系统,利用微分代数的曲轴像差分析方法,计算了它的曲轴像差,并给出了全部二阶和三阶几何像差的分布图形.     

Signal Integrity: Fault Modeling and Testing in High-Speed SoCs

As we approach 100 nm technology the interconnect issues are becoming one of the main concerns in the testing of gigahertz system-on-chips. Voltage distortion (noise) and delay violations (skew) contribute to the signal integrity loss and ultimately functional error, performance degradation and reliability problems. In this paper, we first define a model for integrity faults on the high-speed interconnects. Then, we present a BIST-based test methodology that includes two special cells to detect and measure noise and skew occurring on the interconnects of the gigahertz system-on-chips. Using an inexpensive test architecture the integrity information accumulated by these special cells can be scanned out for final test and reliability analysis.     

电子电路中抗EMI设计

电磁干扰(EMI)可分为传导干扰和辐射干扰,消除干扰的方法可以采用硬件方法和软件方法,硬件方法主要有屏蔽、接地、隔离和滤波等,而软件方法主要是滤波。笔者对各种方法进行总结,并指出各种方法所存在的问题以及适用场合,并对一些常用方法提出改进措施。     

Magnetic effects of direct ion implantation of Mn and Fe into p-GaN

In p-GaN implanted with Mn (3×10¹⁶ cm⁻² at 250 keV), the material after annealing shows ferromagnetic properties below 250 K. Cross-sectional transmission electron microscopy (TEM) revealed the presence of platelet structures with hexagonal symmetry. These regions are most likely Ga_xMn_1−xN, which produce the ferromagnetic contribution to the magnetization. In p-GaN implanted with Fe, the material after annealing showed ferromagnetic properties at temperatures that were dependent on the Fe dose, but were below 200 K in all cases. In these samples, TEM and diffraction analysis did not reveal any secondary phase formation. The results for the Fe implantation are similar to those reported for Fe doping during epitaxial growth of GaN.     

回热损失对磁斯特林制冷循环制冷率的影响

从铁磁质的磁化强度一般表示式出发，探讨热阻和回热损失对磁斯特林制冷循环性能的影响，导出最大制冷率及其它性能参数。得到了结果适用于以顺磁质为工质的磁斯特林制冷循环。并指出在理想回热条件下的结论也适用于磁卡诺制冷循环。     

垂直磁记录介质薄膜研制的新途径(英文)

本文阐述了铝氧化电沉积法获得磁记录材料的基本原理,研究了铝交流氧化膜中沉积磁性金属及其合金制备垂直磁记录薄膜的新途径,建立了铝交流氧化电沉积法,探讨了氧化膜的结构和磁特性的关系。     

烧结NdFeB合金中的夹杂物

使用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及Ｘ射线能谱和波谱观察并分析了ＮｄＦｅＢ烧结材料中夹杂物的形态、数量和组成。磁粉制备后立即烧结的ＮｄＦｅＢ磁体中的夹杂物是氧化钕；而在不同环境条件下放置后的ＮｄＦｅＢ粉再烧结的材料中发现，除了氧化钕的夹杂物外，还有钕的氮化物及钕的氮氧复合夹杂物。同时还论讨了这些夹杂物对于ＮｄＦｅＢ材料磁性能的影响。
