The performance of low-to-intermediate temperature (400–800?°C) solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) depends on the properties of electrolyte used. SOFC performance can be enhanced by replacing electrolyte materials from conventional oxide ion (O2-) conductors with proton (H+) conductors because H+ conductors have higher ionic conductivity and theoretical electrical efficiency than O2- conductors within the target temperature range. Electrolytes based on cerate and/or zirconate have been proposed as potential H+ conductors. Cerate-based electrolytes have the highest H+ conductivity, but they are chemically and thermally unstable during redox cycles, whereas zirconate-based electrolytes exhibit the opposite properties. Thus, tailoring the properties of cerate and/or zirconate electrolytes by doping with rare-earth metals has become a main concern for many researchers to further improve the ionic conductivity and stability of electrolytes. This article provides an overview on the properties of four types of cerate and/or zirconate electrolytes including cerate-based, zirconate-based, single-doped cerate–zirconate and hybrid-doped cerate–zirconate. The properties of the proton electrolytes such as ionic conductivity, chemical stability and sinterability are also systematically discussed. This review further provides a summary of the performance of SOFCs operated with cerate and/or zirconate proton conductors and the actual potential of these materials as alternative electrolytes for proton-conducting SOFC application. 相似文献

Based on reactive air brazing (RAB), we designed a new type of sealant (Ag–xCuAlO2) for joining 3 mol.% yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) ceramics and AISI 310S stainless steel. The CuAlO2 content affected the wettability of the sealant on the YSZ surface, and the joints had a high shear strength when Ag–2 wt.%CuAlO2, which had a small contact angle on the YSZ substrate, was used as the sealant. In addition, the thickness of the oxide layer was reduced compared to that for the Ag–CuO sealant. The effects of the processing parameters on the microstructure and shear strength of the joints were investigated, and the as-brazed joints reached their highest shear strength (93.7 MPa) when brazed at 1040 °C for 30 min. After high-temperature oxidation at 800 °C for 200 h, the shear strength of the joints remained at 50 MPa, and no apparent change in the microstructure was observed, proving that the joints possessed excellent oxidation resistance. 相似文献

In this study, an all-solid-state electrochromic device (ECD) with the structure of ITO/WO3/Al2SiO5/NiOx/ITO was prepared, and the effect of the Al2SiO5 solid electrolyte thicknesses on the opto-electrical performance was investigated. The microstructure and surface morphology were characterized using XRD, SEM and AFM, and the surface morphology and degree of surface looseness demonstrate a significant influence on the opto-electrical properties of ECDs. The charge transfer dynamics at the solid-solid interface were characterized using EIS to obtain an ionic conductivity of 4.637 × 10-8 S/cm. CV, CA and UV–Visible spectra were employed to record the in situ electrochemical and optical properties. The results revealed that the highest optical modulation was 44.58%, the coloring and bleaching times were 14.8 s and 3.7 s, and the highest coloring efficiency was 98.17 cm2/C, which indicates that excellent opto-electrical properties were obtained. When the thickness increases, the degree of surface dense morphology transforms, and the loose morphology is more favorable for ion conductivity, which improves the opto-electrical properties. The results in this study provide insights into the understanding of Al3+-based all-solid-state ECDs, which promote the exploration of new types of Al3+ ionic conductors for all-solid-state ECDs. 相似文献

以从自然腐败的樱桃上分离的链格孢霉(Alternaria sp.)LD3.0086为指示菌,研究苯乳酸对链格孢霉的主要抑制作用靶位。应用分光光度法测定苯乳酸对链格孢霉的最小抑菌浓度,通过卡尔科弗卢尔荧光增白剂染液(calcofluor white,CFW)染色观察苯乳酸对菌丝顶端生长的破坏作用,利用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察链格孢霉的超微结构变化,通过测定苯乳酸作用前后链格孢霉上清液中N-乙酰葡萄糖胺质量浓度变化研究苯乳酸对菌丝细胞壁的破坏作用,应用荧光双染色法观察苯乳酸对链格孢霉菌丝细胞膜的损伤作用。结果表明,12.5 mmol/L的苯乳酸能有效抑制链格孢霉的生长;与对照组(无菌水处理)相比,苯乳酸处理后链格孢霉顶端生长细胞无明显形变,经12.5 mmol/L苯乳酸处理的链格孢霉上清液中N-乙酰葡萄糖胺质量浓度基本不变;苯乳酸处理24 h,链格孢霉菌丝细胞壁表面无明显损伤,细胞内结构发生明显变化;苯乳酸短时间(4 h)处理链格孢霉,菌丝细胞膜仍较为完整,加入苯乳酸较长时间(8 h)后细胞膜发生破裂。综合分析可知,苯乳酸对链格孢霉的主要作用靶位应不是菌丝体的细胞壁和细胞膜,而是在菌丝体内部,通过破坏菌丝内部细胞器结构或引起细胞内的生化反应,从而抑制链格孢霉的生长和繁殖,发挥抑菌活性。 相似文献

Bismuth layer structured Na0.5Bi4.5Ti4O15 (NBT) ferroelectric is one of the most promising materials for potential applications at high temperature. However, it is challenged to achieve a balance between high Curie temperature piezoelectric coefficient and excellent thermal stability for NBT piezoceramics. Here, through chemical modification at the A site of NBT with Ca2+, novel (Na0.5Bi0.5)1-xCaxBi4Ti4O15 piezoceramics with excellent properties fabricated by solid state reaction were studied. After doping of Ca2+, the Curie temperature TC increased from 648 °C to 662 °C while the piezoelectric coefficient d33 increased from 14 pC/N to 22 pC/N which can be attributed to the intrinsic contribution of TiO6 octahedral lattice distortion (tilting and rotation) and the extrinsic contribution of the increased density of domain walls. The composition of (Na0.5Bi0.5)0.95Ca0.05Bi4Ti4O15 ceramics with x = 0.05 has the optimal performance with high TC of 655 °C, large d33 of 22 pC/N, high electrical resistivity ρ close to 107 Ω cm at 500 °C and especially excellent thermal stability of d33 only about 5% reduction after being annealed at 625 °C. To optimize the corrosion, bioactivity, and biocompatibility behaviors of plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) coatings on titanium substrates, the effects of five process variables including frequency, current density, duty cycle, treatment time, and electrolyte Ca/P ratio were evaluated. In our systematic study, a Taguchi design of experimental based on an L16 orthogonal array was used. For this, the coatings characteristics such as the surface roughness, wettability, rutile to anatase and Ca/P ratios, and corrosion polarization resistance were investigated. After determining the optimum process variables for each response, the apatite forming ability in SBF (bioactivity behavior) and MG63 cell attachment and flattening (biocompatibility behavior) for two groups of coatings were examined. The first group was optimized based on the maximum corrosion polarization resistance and the variables were set as the frequency of 2000 Hz, the current density of 5 A/dm2, the duty cycle of 30%, the treatment time of 5 min, and the Ca/P ratio of 0.65 at. % in the electrolyte. For the second group, the maximum surface roughness, greatest Ca/P ratio, and highest wettability as well as the minimum rutile to anatase ratio in coatings, could be obtained when the variables were set as the frequency of 10 Hz, the current density of 12.5 A/dm2, the duty cycle of 50%, the treatment time of 12.5 min, and the Ca/P ratio of 1.70 at. % in the electrolyte. The results showed that while both groups of coatings indicated a significant apatite forming ability and can serve as bioactive coatings, a proper attachment and flattening of cells and consequently, the favorable biocompatibility properties were seen only in the first group. 相似文献

多井评价是建立在单井精细解释对比分析基础上的预测储层及含油气性平面分布规律的技术方法,而常规测井资料无法区分碳酸盐岩岩溶储层,因而利用多井评价结果确定岩溶发育程度在平面上的分布规律就显得十分重要。为此,在岩心标定成像测井的基础上,对四川盆地高石梯—磨溪地区15口井的成像测井岩溶发育特征进行分析,建立了中二叠统茅口组岩溶发育各分带的标准成像图版,利用交会图及直方图分析各分带的常规测井响应特征,在此基础上形成了电成像测井刻度常规测井识别岩溶发育带的新方法。研究结果表明:①高石梯—磨溪地区茅口组岩溶带自上而下可划分为风化壳残积带、垂直渗流岩溶带、水平潜流岩溶带以及受岩溶作用较弱的基岩;②风化壳残积带在成像测井图像显示为"暗—亮—暗"条带状模式,垂直渗流岩溶带为垂直线状与暗色斑状组合模式,水平潜流岩溶带为水平线状—层状与斑状组合模式,基岩整体显示为亮色块状模式偶见线状或斑状特征;③有效储层主要发育在垂直渗流带和水平潜流带的顶部;④该区茅口组岩溶发育主要受裂缝发育控制,而裂缝发育又与断层关系密切。结论认为,该新方法对碳酸盐岩岩溶储层的多井评价具有普遍适用性,为四川盆地中二叠统风险探井的部署提供了技术支撑。 相似文献

本实验采用4D-非标记蛋白质组学技术研究秦川牛肉贮藏过程中(0~8 d)肌红蛋白含量及其衍生物的转化情况,阐释冷却秦川牛肉中肌红蛋白含量及其衍生物转化的分子机制。结果表明:贮藏过程中,肌红蛋白表达量在宰后0~4 d上升、4~8 d下降,利用非标记蛋白质组学技术鉴定出与肌红蛋白及其衍生物相关的差异蛋白14 种,具体包括代谢酶、氧化还原酶、过氧化物酶、伴侣蛋白4 类,这4 类蛋白的表达共同调控贮藏过程中肌红蛋白含量的变化及其3 种衍生物之间的转化,具体表现为贮藏过程中肌红蛋白表达量整体呈下降趋势,氧合肌红蛋白相对含量持续下降,脱氧肌红蛋白、高铁肌红蛋白相对含量逐渐增加,导致肉色发生褐变。本研究结果有利于理解秦川牛肉贮藏过程肉类变色的复杂生化变化机制。 相似文献
