The appraisal process consists of the subjective evaluation that occurs during an individual's encounter with significant events in the environment, determining the nature of the emotional reaction and experience. Placed in the context of appraisal theories of emotion-elicitation and differentiation, the aim of the present research was to test empirically the hypothesis that the intrinsic pleasantness evaluation occurs before the goal conduciveness evaluation. In two studies, intrinsically pleasant and unpleasant images were used to manipulate pleasantness, and a specific event in a Pacman-type videogame was used to manipulate goal conduciveness. Facial EMG was used to measure facial reactions to each evaluation. As predicted, facial reactions to the intrinsic pleasantness manipulation were faster than facial reactions to the goal conduciveness manipulation. The theory of planned behavior suggests attitudes are a product of salient beliefs. This study examined whether aggregating salient beliefs was plausible within a more biologically centered information-processing environment. A neural network was used to examine associations among beliefs relating to exercise intention. Data on intentions and behavioral, normative, and control beliefs from 114 respondents were used to train (by error backpropagation) a neural network to associate beliefs with intention. The R2 between the network's estimated and self-reported intention was .66. The network's representation comprised 6 belief profiles associated with high, moderate, or low behavioral intention. The neural network accommodated complex relationships among beliefs and belief-intention associations and indicated how high-level constructs such as attitudes may be viewed as the best fit (compromise state) between aroused beliefs. 采用相转化法制备了F2 4的疏水微孔膜 ,并对F2 4和PVDF微孔膜的机械性能以及疏水性等方面进行了对比 .结果表明 ,F2 4微孔膜在拉伸时的应变以及断裂伸长率约为PVDF微孔膜的 6~ 9倍 ;其接触角 (77 4°)也大于PVDF膜的接触角 (6 6 7°) .尽管膜蒸馏的数据显示F2 4微孔膜的蒸馏通量尚不及PVDF膜 ,但通过调节各项制膜参数 ,F2 4可能具有良好的应用前景  相似文献

The experimental results of the separation of acetic acid (HA) from the sulfuric acid by the electro-electrodialysis (EED) method and the modeling of process have been presented. The Neosepta membranes CMX and ACM have been used. It has been found that the efficiency of retention of HA is high (>0.9) when the process is conducted below the limiting current density with respect to HSO4 or SO42− anions. The observed current efficiency of the H2SO4 removal was rather low (CES = ca. 0.7, when the initial concentration of H2SO4 in the mixture was 1 or 2 M) which was caused by the nonideal selectivity of the anion-exchange membrane. The experimental results have been described by the model based on the extended Nernst-Planck equation and the Donnan equilibrium. Since the efficiency of the process depended mainly on the selectivity of anion-exchange membrane (ACM), the concentration of fixed charges of that membrane, , and the ratio of volume fraction of pores to their squared tortuosity, Vp2, have been chosen as the main fitting parameters. It has been found that the fitting of the EED data depends mainly on , whereas in the modeling of diffusion experiment (or an EED experiment conducted at low current density) both parameters are important. The best fit has been obtained for , i.e. ca. one order smaller than that determined experimentally. The obtained optimal value of Vp2, equal to 0.013, is consistent with those previously obtained for other Neosepta anion-exchange membrane.  相似文献

In arc welding processes, because of the complexity and nonlinearity of heat transfer phenomena, it is often difficult to design an effective control system based upon an exact mathematical model. In this paper, a self-organizing fuzzy control method is proposed to obtain a uniform weld quality by regulation of the surface temperature at a desired level. The proposed control system is designed to comprise a combined structure of the fuzzy SOC with conventional PD control for improving the system's stability. The control experiments show that the proposed controller guarantees a uniform weld quality for various welding conditions.  相似文献

膜控晶体生长不同于一般在溶液中的沉淀与结晶,由膜形成的有机界面具有空间定位和空间约束、定域化学控制及成核过程和晶体生长的立体化学专一的特性,使得晶体的结构、形状和尺寸上得到控制,并具有良好的重现性,由此可获得具有光、电以及磁特性的纳米功能材料。研究膜控晶体生长不仅可以模拟生物体系内的生物矿化作用,而且对于材料科学也有着特别重要的意义和应用前景。  相似文献
