Effect of Rare Earth Elements on Thermal Fatigue Property of Low Chromium Semi-Steel

The effect of rare earth elements on eutectic carbide‘s morphology of low chromium semi-steel in as-cast state and after heat treatment was investigated, and accordingly, the thermal fatigue property of this material was studied. The results show that RE can improve the eutectic carbide‘s morphology, inhibit the formation and propagation of thermal fatigue cracks, therefore, promote the thermal fatigue property, which is more noticeable in case of the RE modification in combination with heat treatment. The optimal thermal fatigue property can be obtained when treated with 0.2% RE modification as well as normalization at 950℃ for 3h.     

钢坯修磨金属切除率数学模型的研究

从分析修磨过程运动学和单个磨粒切削入手,建立了磨削深度与磨削过程诸参数(如工艺、材料性能、砂轮性能等)的关系表达式,从而建立起金属切除率与各单项参数的定量关系,为改善或提高修磨效率和修磨过程控制提供了有意义的根据。理论分析与实验结果吻合良好。     

重金属污染物动态吸附试验及数学模拟

本文采用泥沙动力学中Ｒｏｕｓｅ等人用来研究泥沙浓度沿垂线分布的装置。对泥沙吸附重金属污染物进行了动态模拟。试验分有底泥和无底泥两种情况。研究中发现在Ｒｏｕｓｅ装置的水力、泥沙条件下泥沙吸附重金属污染物达到平衡状态需要６小时以上，由极坐标下的重金属迁移转化数学模型方程，在本文具体试验条件下进行数值求解，计算结果和试验结果合良好，说明数学模型是正确合理的试验是可靠的。计算时依据室内静态试验结果，对动态

Zirconium tetra-n-butylate modified with different organic acids: Hydrolysis and polymerization of the products

In this work, (a) complexation reaction of zirconium tetra-n-butylate, Zr(OBu ⁿ )₄, with MAc and different organic acids, (b) the hydrolysis reaction of modified Zr species, and (c) the polymerization reaction of complex products are studied. Zr(OBu ⁿ )₄ was reacted with different mole ratios of methacrylic acid (MAc) at room temperature and the maximum combination ratio was found to be 1:2 [Zr(OBu ⁿ )₄:MAc] by FT-IR. The modification of zirconium tetra-n-butylate with the acid mixtures [methacrylic acid-acetic acid (MeCOOH), methacrylic acid-propionic acid (EtCOOH), methacrylic acid-butyric acid (PrCOOH)] was made for a combination ratio of 1:1:1 [MAc:RCOOH:Zr(OBu ⁿ )₄; R: Me, Et, Pr] and the products were characterized by¹H-NMR, FT-IR, and UV spectroscopies. Following their synthesis, hydrolysis of the complexes with various amounts of water and polymerization with benzoyl peroxide were realized. The hydrolysis and polymerization products of the complexes were studied by Karl-Fischer coulometric titration and thermal analysis, respectively. Methyl ethyl ketone(MEK) and chloroform were chosen as solvents.     

MTC技术在百色盆地林逢稠油热采井的研究与应用

针对林逢稠油热采井的地质特点和对固井质量的要求开发了早期强度高,低渗透,微膨胀,抗高温和流变性好的MTC矿渣泥浆固化液,并分析了矿渣泥浆固化液技术的固化机理及特点。结果表明,MTC水泥浆具有低温防水侵,强度发展迅速,固化体耐高温的特性。MTC技术实用性强,施工简单,水泥浆体系流变性好,密度易于控制,它与钻井液有良好的相容性,提高了林逢稠油热采井的固井质量。     

高温合金材料在铝电解工业中的应用探讨

对高温合金在铝电解工业用作惰性金属阳极材料的选择进行阐述，并就实际应用过程中的抗氧化耐腐蚀性进行探讨；阐述适用于铝电解工业的惰性阳极合金所应具备的必要条件和必须解决的问题，并介绍目前有关的研究动态和研究方向。

金属表面柴油机油沉积物的反射红外光谱法研究

利用镜反射红外光谱法研究了ＣＣ级柴油机油中添加剂对成漆板板面漆膜组成的影响：考察了成漆板漆膜组成与Ｃａｔ．１Ｈ２活塞环台漆膜组成的相关性。试验结果对柴油机油的研制和应用有一定指导作用。     

Photostabilisation of colour formers for heat-sensitive recording systems: Effect of counter-ions on the photofading of fluoran dyes

Fluorans are given considerable attention as functional dyes for heat-and/or pressure-sensitive recording media. Numerous potential metal complexes were synthesised to prolong the life of coloured species. The protecting effect of these compounds against the photofading was examined on cellulose. It was found that the zinc or nickel salts of 3,5-dihydroxy-2-naphthoic acid and its derivatives can be applied as effective stabilisers against the fading of fluoran dyes.
