在分析KCl-H2O,NaCl-H2O,MgCl2-H2O和CaCl-H2O四种二元共晶盐体系的共晶温度、相变热、溶液的比热容、溶液的导热系数、溶液的密度的变化规律、影响因素以及四种体系之间的差异的基础上,提出了一个以盐和共晶盐体系的基本性质以及盐的价格来评价共晶盐体系综合特性的方法。以此方法本文首先分析了上述四种体系的综合特性参数,认为MgCl2-H2O体系在-20℃和-30℃的两个蓄冷温度目标都能获得满意的应用效果,特别在-20℃的蓄冷温度水平,MgCl2-H2O体系的综合特性参数优于NaCl-H2O体系。然后本文以EPCM的相变热及其原料价格,计算出37种水-盐体系的综合特性参数,发现Na2SO4-H2O,MgSO4-H2O和MgCl2-H2O体系的综合特性参数相对较高,均达到0.7以上。 相似文献

The in vitro digestibility of protein in raw quinoa assessed by an enzymic method was 78%, significantly ( P > 0.01 ) lower than that of casein, 91%, and also somewhat lower ( P > 0.01) than that of the raw washed quinoa sample, 83%. the process used to remove the outer layers of the seeds containing saponins increased the protein digestibility significantly ( P > 0.01), by 7%. Heat treatments increased protein digestibility over that of raw quinoa samples. Only the cooked sample treated for 60 min presented a slightly lower protein digestibility, 77%, than those obtained for other heat-treated samples.
The temperature, time and moisture used in cooking and autoclaving of whole seeds of quinoa did not improve starch digestibility significantly. the digestibility of the starch in the raw and precooked samples was 72 and 77%, respectively, after drum drying and about 64% after extrusion in both cases. Precooking at 60°C for 20 min does not improve the digestibility of the quinoa starch. 相似文献

This article presents a two-dimensional transient model for gas-solids flow and heat transfer through pipes using the coupled Computational Fluid Dynamics and Discrete Element Method approach. Numerical simulations have been conducted to examine the modification of fluid thermal structure due to the presence of particles in a pneumatic transport pipeline. Modeled results have demonstrated the key role of transversal motion of rebounding particles in the pipe cross section in altering fluid temperature. Further implementation of this modeling technique in air-drying processes is discussed and possible experimental methods for the measurement of in situ particle and fluid motion and temperature profile are cited. 相似文献

This paper presents a mathematical and numerical model developed for coupling the various physical phenomena (electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical) taking place in axisymmetrical induction heating processes. All three electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical models are time dependent and take full account of the electromagnetic and thermal non‐linear effect especially with magnetic materials. The electromagnetic problem is discretized and solved in the workpiece, air and inductors. The heat transfer equation and the mechanical equilibrium equations are solved in the workpiece only, both using a finite element method. The mechanical model can take into account thermoelastic–plastic behaviour for the part. The model has been successfully applied to several cases of induction heating. Biphasic and nth-order models were tested as to their usefulness to fit experimental inactivation data of Bacillus licheniformis α-amylase, immobilized on glass beads, and were discussed with respect to their suitability to characterize the considered enzymic system as a time—temperature integrator (TTI) to evaluate heat processes. Both isothermal and non-isothermal inactivation experiments were carried out. Model (kinetic) parameters (rate constant k, activation energy EA and reaction order n) were estimated using a non-linear regression procedure. The results obtained, especially the activation energy of about 293 kJ mole–1 , indicated a potential use of this system as a TTI for heating processes in the temperature range of 96–108°C. 相似文献
