将天然纳米纤维材料及活性球形掺合料复合应用于高性能混凝土中,用以改善高性能混凝土的二级界面,探讨胶凝材料的颗粒紧密堆积及显微结构。对混凝土力学性能的研究表明:改善混凝土的二级界面,可以大幅度提高其抗弯强度和弹性模量;对耐久性的研究表明,由于加入了纳米纤维材料,改善了体系颗粒级配及二级界面显微结构,增加了体系密实度,是提高混凝土抗冻性、抗渗性的有效途径。因而,研究高性能混凝土的二级界面显微结构,对于提高高性能混凝土的宏观物理力学性能及耐久性存在巨大潜能。 相似文献

低碳钢热变形过程中铁素体的织构形成规律 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
利用背散射电子衍射取向成像技术定量分析了热模拟单向压缩条件下Q235碳素钢热变形时铁素体的织构形成规律。结果表明,在710℃纯铁素体热压缩过程中,形成〈100〉和〈111〉方向的线织构。〈111〉方向织构增强的速度较快,到应变为1.0时达最大值,然后随应变的加大而减弱;〈100〉方向织构在形变量较小时增强的速度较慢,在大应变时增强的速度很快。大应变时虽导致一定程度的动态再结晶,使铁素体晶粒细化,但组织不均匀,织构过强,造成强烈的各向异性。在奥氏体与铁素体两相区变形时,先共析铁素体因形变同样产生强烈的织构。随着形变温度的提高和先共析铁素体的减少,织构减弱。 相似文献

In order to investigate the effect of partitioning procedures on microstructure and properties of a medium carbon Ti Mo bearing steel, the salt bath experiment, field emission SEM, TEM and tensile tests as well as wear tests were utilized to clarify the microstructural evolution and property changes treated by different partitioning parameters. The results show that the microstructures consist of tempered lath martensite, cementite and (Ti, Mo)C particles. With prolonging partitioning time or increasing partitioning temperature, the amount of laths martensite decreases and thicker martensite plates with blunt boundaries appear. In addition, with increasing partitioning temperature from 310℃ to 400℃, the tensile strength, hardness and low temperature toughness are simultaneously decreased, and the reduction reaches up to about 300MPa, 100HV and 20J, respectively. Finally, the wear performance of the samples partitioned below Ms is obviously better than that of samples partitioned above Ms. The morphology of worn surface of samples partitioned below Ms is characterized by plastic fatigue morphology, while the worn surfaces of samples partitioned above Ms are mainly dominated by grooves. 相似文献

The microstructure and thermal behavior of the Sn-Zn-Ag solder were investigated for 8.73–9% Zn and 0–3.0% Ag. The scanning
electron microscopy (SEM) analysis shows the Ag-Zn compound when the solder contains 0.1% Ag. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis
results indicate that Ag5Zn8 and AgZn3 become prominent when the Ag content is 0.3% and above. Meanwhile, the Zn-rich phase is refined, and the Zn orientations
gradually diminish upon increase in Ag content. The morphology of the Ag-Zn compound varies from nodular to dendrite structure
when the Ag content increases. The growth of the Ag-Zn compounds is accompanied by the diminishing of the eutectic structure
of the Sn-9Zn solder. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) investigation reveals that the solidus temperature of these
solders exists at around 198°C. A single, sharp exothermic peak was found for the solders with Ag content less than 0.5%.
Liquidus temperatures were identified with the DSC analysis to vary from 206°C to 215°C when the Ag content ranges from 1.0%

The problem of recovery of three-dimensional microstructural parameters from two-dimensional images is addressed in its inverse form. Three-dimensional inhomogeneous solids with known microstructures are generated virtually and images of their cross-sections are analyzed. Three different types of randomly oriented microcracks and microcracks having preferential orientation with some scatter. Dental amalgams are based on a broad spectrum of materials differing in their chemical composition, metallurgical treatment, and in the way the initial alloys powders are prepared. In addition to their chemical composition, amalgams based on various powders differ in both their microstructure and the amount of mercury needed for preparation. All these facts may affect electrochemical processes occurring during their interaction with oral fluids, and also mercury release. While verifying the effect of the technology used for the preparation of the high‐copper ternary alloy powder on the properties of resulting amalgams, this study aimed at the mechanism of their interaction with a model saliva solution as well as mercury release was included. Measurements were done in a model saliva solution using standard electrochemical methods and exposition measurements. The interaction of individual types of amalgams with artificial saliva did not reveal any significant differences. The free corrosion potential of all these amalgams in an aerated solution settled in the range of values in which tin oxidation, resulting in a layer of insoluble corrosion producsts, turned out to be the dominant anodic process. The rate of mercury release was the lowest for amalgams based on a gas‐atomized alloy. The highest rate of mercury release, and also its dependence on time, was exhibited by lathe‐cut powder based amalgam. In addition to different volume fraction of the Ag‐Hg phase and the level of its tin alloying, this different behaviour may be explained by differences in the rate at which a layer of tin corrosion products acting as a barrier to mercury release is formed. 相似文献
