复合地基的沉降计算方法

水泥土搅拌桩复合地基的设计可用其沉降进行控制。本文列举了目前比较常见的几种沉降计算方法，综合这些方法，提出了以沉降进行控制的设计思路，并结合这几种计算方法的计算模型或原理，提出在工程计算中注意的问题，进而对工程实用性及经济性进行了一些尝试性的探讨。     

板坯连铸机二切短流程生产线的开发和应用

3^#板坯连铸机二切工序一直不能正常工作，采用了在线切割工艺，根据切割条件和切割周期等参数，结合板坯连铸出坯线短、车间小的特点，确定二切机的位置在距一切终止点15m处。改进了清渣系统，采取了升降挡板和定尺板相结合的定尺方式，设定不同的辊道运输速度等措施，保证了二切设备的正常运行，实现了板坯的热送热装．     

Effect of thermophoresis on particle deposition rate from a natural convection flow onto a vertical wavy plate

This research discusses the impacts of the surface area that the wavy surface gets more than the flat plate upon the aerosol particle deposition. Starting from the full Navier–Stokes equation, the mathematical analysis takes the thermophoretic motion formed by the temperature gradient and the fluid thermal expansion into consideration, and converts the governing equations into the boundary layer equation by the simple coordinate transformation and non-similarity method, and then works out these equations by the Spline Alternating-Direction Implicit method (SADI). The numerical value result reveals that the average deposition effect of the wavy plate is greater than the flat plate and that the increasing rate is nearly equal to the value obtained by dividing the surface area that the wavy plate gets more than the flat plate by 2.2.     

Influence of zero-loss filtering on electron optical phase contrast

Complex scattering amplitudes are used to calculate the phase contrast of colloidal gold particles. Comparison of measurements of the phase contrast intensity at the centre of the gold particle as a function of defocus for unfiltered and zero-loss filtered images demonstrates the increase in phase contrast achieved by zero-loss filtering even for a thick carbon substrate film. The granulation of amorphous germanium films is measured by the spatial rms (root mean square) values of image intensity in a defocus series.     

AlN 粉末制备的热力学分析和实验研究

对制备 AlN 的体系 AlCl_3-NH_3-N_2进行了热力学分析,确立了 AlN 粉末合成所需要的热力学条件.在700～1000℃下,利用无水 AlCl_3和 NH_3的化学气相淀积反应合成得到了高纯 AlN 超细粒子粉末,研究了反应温度、AlCl_3浓度和总流量等对 AlN 粉末理化性质的影响.实验确立了产物低温和高温热处理条件.     

格栅式水泥搅拌桩支护在西涌泵站的应用

简介水泥搅拌桩的支护机理,以西涌泵站为例介绍采用格栅式水泥搅拌桩作支护结构的设计及计算方法,指出该技术能较好地解决软湿粘性土地区枢纽深基础开挖问题.     

SiC粒子增强铸造Al基复合材料的研制

本文用真空烘烤封罐法对 SiC 粒子进行预处理,在固液两相区内搅拌添加,制造了铸造 Al 基复合材料。测试表明,该复合材料具有铸造性能好,力学性能高的优点,适用于采用压铸、石膏型精密铸造、金属型铸造等工艺方法成型的活塞、连杆等要求苛刻的零件。     

Flexible microelectronics becoming a reality with Suftla transfer technology

Abstract— Suftla is a technology that is used to transfer polycrystalline silicon (polysilicon) thin‐film‐transistor (TFT) circuits from an original glass substrate to a plastic sheet. The electronic devices in the next generation will be thin, lightweight, and will handle huge amounts of data, yet consume less energy. Suftla technology, together with high‐performance polysilicon TFTs, meets all these requirements because we have developed a variety of smart flexible electronic devices, such as thin paperback‐sized displays and microprocessors. Suftla will usher in a new era of life‐enhancing flexible microelectronics.     

浅谈试验室对混凝土拌合站的质量管理

从水泥、粗细集料、水、外加剂等方面阐述了试验室对拌合站所用原材料的质量控制，论述了试验室对拌合站计量设备的质量管理，并对拌合站混凝土的质量控制、混凝土试件制作等方面进行了介绍，以真正的管理好混凝土拌合站。     

颗粒增强TiAl基复合材料及其Si的韧化作用研究EI

运用ＸＤ工艺制备了颗粒增强ＴｉＡｌ基复合材料。增强颗粒均匀分布于ＴｉＡｌ基体中并细化ＴｉＡｌ合金。通过在ＴｉＢ_２／ＴｉＡｌ、ＴｉＣ／ＴｉＡｌ复合材料中加入适量的Ｓｉ，颗粒增强ＴｉＡｌ基复合材料的室温延性得到了改善。
