聚酯装置熔体过滤器的国产化改造

熔体过滤器为聚酯装置关键设备,其国产化问题一直未能解决。该文通过对天津分公司200kt/a聚酯装置熔体过滤器改造方案的介绍,探讨了其国产化条件,分析了国产熔体过滤器的结构特点,并与进口过滤器进行了对比,提出了一些看法。     

低渗透油藏回注污水的深度处理中试研究

为达到将油田采出水回注低渗透油藏的水质要求，在辽河油田进行含油污水处理试验：先在油田来水进入沉降罐前加入除油剂，使水中油的含量从20g／L降至约0．15g／L．悬浮物含量从10g／L降至3g／L左右；再采用气液多相泵气浮技术净水，使水中油的含量降至约0．005g／L。悬浮物含量降至约0．03g／L；进行初级过滤后，采用硅藻土动态膜超滤工艺精密过滤，最终使水中油和悬浮物含量均小于0．002g／L，悬浮物粒径控制在1μm左右。硅藻土动态膜超滤工艺集中了填充床过滤技术易再生和超滤膜过滤技术高水质的优点，运行费用低，应用前景很好。图6参11     

卡尔曼滤波器在光电经纬仪中的应用

为了解决光电经纬仪电视跟踪系统脱靶量滞后对控制系统跟踪精度及稳定性的影响，将预测滤波技术应用到光电跟踪系统中，提出了极坐标下卡尔曼滤波算法，目标模型采用等速运动并附有时间相关的随机加速度，增加了延时补偿。仿真结果表明，跟踪误差减小，当跟踪目标从视场消失时，控制系统按照预测的目标信息跟踪。     

主战坦克进气系统随车无损检测

简要地介绍了主战坦克进气系统的重要性及无损检测的必要性,在分析总结台架试验过程和国内外主战坦克进气系统随车无损检查的基础上,提出了今后无损检查的改进方向,利用光电技术及时对质量浓度和颗粒尺寸分布报警的检测系统。     

用窄带滤光片作为调谐元件的外腔半导体激光器

分析了窄带滤光片的调谐原理，拟合了一块实际滤光片的透射率函数，它是理论的透射率函数和一个洛仑兹函数的乘积。利用１．３μｍ的外腔式调谐激光器实现了１２７２．５ｎｍ至１２９１．７ｎｍ范围内的不连续宽带调谐。     

Optically tuned superconductive-dielectric resonators with whispering-gallery modes

An analytical method is presented for calculating the resonant frequency andQ-factor of a superconducting dielectric disk resonator operating in millimeter-wave regime with whispering-gallery mode. Resonant frequency shift due to the optical generation of quasi-particles in superconducting film is investigated as a function of photon flux. An optically tunable resonant frequency of about 500 MHz is estimated, and good agreement is found between numerical results and experimental ones.     

采用奇异值分解设计广义系统的最优滤波器

本文讨论广义离散随机线性系统的状态估计问题，通过矩阵奇值分解，本文给出了一种设计降阶最优滤波器的实用方法，该方法同时还得到了动态系统和量测系统的干扰噪声的估计。     

PECVD方法用于梯度薄膜材料的研究

本文研究了ＰＥＣＶＤ方法制备Ｓｉ－Ｏ－Ｍ系梯度薄膜材料，并运用计算机控制技术成功地制备了涂层折射率随膜深成正弦波形式连续变化的Ｒｕｇａｔｅ单通带滤波器样品。结果表明，采用ＰＥＣＶＤ方法可以制备性能上乘、结构复杂的梯度薄膜材料，ＰＥＣＶＤ方法在研究、开发高级光学涂层领域有着宽广的应用前景。     

FAST MEASUREMENT OF ASH CONTENT IN COAL WASHING PLANT

The coal filter cake is a product of fine coal after floatation which has an ash content of 7-13%, water content of 30±2%, and a particle size of less than 1 mm. The ash content was measured by the intensity of the single backscattered gamma-ray, and its accuracy is mainly dependent on the energy of the gamma-ray. The 238Pu low energy photon source is selected in this work. The energy of its gamma-ray is 15 keV, which can result not only in the best sensitivity, but also in the lowest contribution to the environment radiation. The root mean square deviation of the ash measurement is±0.33% (±1σ).     

Benzylation of thiophene using zinc and iron chloride modified montmorillinite clay

Montmorillinite clays, modified with either Zn(II) or Fe(III) chlorides have been used to catalyze the Friedel-Crafts alkylation of thiophene. High yields (ca. 80%) of 2- and 3-benzylthiophene mixtures were obtained using either catalyst in chlorobenzene or nitrobenzene solvent at 80°C. The ratio of 2–3-products was found to be controlled by their relative stability. Reactions were most rapid in nitrobenzene solution (<5 min) and resulted in formation of the 2-isomer as the only mono-substituted product. This is believed to be the first example in which an alkylation of thiophene has been limited to one regio-isomer.
