The aim of this in vitro study was to investigate the changes in mechanical, optical, and surface properties of multilayered zirconia during hydrothermal aging.One conventional block (Katana Zirconia HT) and three multilayered blocks (Katana Zirconia ML, STML, and UTML) of monolithic zirconia were examined. Bar-shaped specimens were autoclaved at 134°C and 0.2MPa for 0, 5, and 10 h. The Young's modulus, three-point flexural strength, and nanoindentation hardness were measured to evaluate the mechanical properties. The surface roughness, phase distribution, surface microstructure, and elemental composition were measured to analyze the surface properties. The contrast ratio and total transmittance were measured via spectrophotometry to evaluate the optical properties. Statistical differences were analyzed using appropriate ANOVA, Tukey HSD post hoc tests, and independent and paired sample t-tests (α = .05).The monoclinic phase increased gradually after hydrothermal aging. The yttrium and zirconium concentrations decreased, and the oxygen concentration and the surface roughness increased in all specimens (P<.05) after the aging process. All specimens showed significant grain push-out and microcracks. The total transmittance increased, and the contrast ratio and Young's modulus decreased in all specimens (P<.05) after the aging process. The nanoindentation hardness and three-point flexural strength exhibited a decreasing tendency after the aging process. However, there were no statistical differences (P>.05) between the materials. Significant interactions between material grades and hydrothermal aging were found for all the properties studied (P<.001).Microstructural alterations and significant phase transformations were detected on the surface of the multilayered zirconia after hydrothermal aging. The hydrothermal aging led to increased surface roughness, opaqueness, and elasticity of multilayered zirconia. The optical, mechanical, and surface properties of multilayered zirconia were influenced by the grade of the material after hydrothermal aging. Careful consideration of the grade of materials is necessary for the appropriate selection of multilayered zirconia ceramics for monolithic restorations.  相似文献

To promote the utilization of hydrogen (H2) in existing gas turbines, dimethyl ether (DME) was used to co-fire with H2 in a model combustor. The swirl combustion characteristics of DME/H2 mixtures were measured under the varying H2 content up to 0.7. The results show that the flow velocity elevates as the H2 content increases, which is associated with the increased flame temperature. The OH level firstly increases and subsequently keeps nearly unchanged as the H2 content increases. Meanwhile, the OH area nonlinearly increases with the increasing H2 content. Moreover, the increasing H2 content induces almost linearly decreased lean blowout limit (LBO), increased NO emission, and intensified combustion acoustics. Furthermore, the combustion characteristics of the 0.46DME/0.54H2 mixture and CH4 with the same volumetric heat value were compared. The 0.46DME/0.54H2 flame displays lower LBO and higher NO emission than the CH4 flame, which mainly results from the higher reactivity of 0.46DME/0.54H2 mixture.  相似文献

超高膨胀比涡轮噪声控制技术研究

气动噪声控制是提高鱼雷隐身性能的关键技术之一。本文讨论了局部进气的超高膨胀比涡轮气动噪声产生机理。相邻喷嘴与流道之间形成的三角形非出气区域引起的尾迹、圆周局部进气设计引起的不稳定性、喷嘴和转子之间区域形成的复杂激波系是这类涡轮气动噪声产生的三种主要来源。因此,本文提出了两种气动噪声控制方法,增加转静子之间的轴向间距,喷嘴下俯、双侧修型和尾缘吹气。数值模拟结果表明:在对原涡轮气动性能影响不大的情况下,优化后涡轮的气动噪声下降10 dB以上。

Presently, fly ash–water slurry is transported to ash disposal site at very low solid concentration of approximately 15–20% (by weight), resulting in huge water and energy wastage which leads to several environmental and health problem. The production of a large amount of the toxic metal elements in the ash disposal system of the thermal power plants can pose negative environmental effects on human health and on plants. In the present study, an attempt has been made to investigate the leaching characteristics of fly ash at higher concentrations. The bottom ash was taken as an additive in the proportion of 10, 20, and 30% (by weight) to enhance the leaching characteristics of fly ash. The solid concentration of fly ash suspension was taken in the range of 40 to 60% (by weight). The addition of additive helps to reduce the tracing metal concentration of fly ash. Leaching experiment data show that leachate concentration of all tracing elements present in fly ash reduced maximum with 20% addition of bottom ash (by weight). The present study helps to improve the ash disposal system of the thermal power plant and to minimize the environmental impact.  相似文献

针对弹性地基处周期性钢筋混凝土管道的波动特性,基于声子晶体理论和Flugge壳体理论,建立了圆形管道环径向轴对称波动微分方程,利用传递矩阵法建立了相邻胞元间的传递矩阵,数值分析了周期性管道结构的能带特性。结果表明,振动波在传播过程中存在禁带域和通带域,弹性地基对弯曲波在特定频率范围内的传播具有抑制作用,长度比的变化对周期性圆形混凝土管道禁带的幅值、宽度和个数影响显著,因此可通过调整结构尺寸参数改变结构中波的传播特性。  相似文献

During approximate 773 K aging treatment of 100Mn13 steel, degenerate pearlite will occur and evolve into lamellar pearlite during growth process. The microstructures of degenerate pearlite and its evolutionary lamellar pearlite are observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that after 748 K, 773 K and 798 K aging, degenerate pearlites occur at grain boundary. At growth front of degenerate pearlite forming at 773 K and 798 K, pearlite presents a morphology of short lamellae of carbide and ferrite, indicating a trend of developing into lamellar pearlite. The higher the temperature is, the more obvious the trend is, and even a conventional lamellar pearlite has developed. However, there is no morphological evolution for degenerate pearlite forming at 748 K aging. Besides, the constituents of degenerate pearlite is identified as M23C6 and ferrite, and Kurdjumov-Sachs orientation relationship exists between them, (01 )α//( 1 )M23C6, [111]α//[110]M23C6. This orientation relationship maintains in morphological evolution from degenerate pearlite to lamellar pearlite.  相似文献

Conventional fuels used for supplying internal combustion piston engines include petrols and diesel oils produced from petroleum. These are a non-renewable energy source. The environmental policy of the European Union is geared towards increasing the share of renewable fuels in the overall energy consumption. An alternative fuel originating from a renewable source, which could be used for feeding self-ignition internal combustion engines are the fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) of plant oils. The paper reports selected results of testing a 1.3 MULTIJET SDE 90 PS self-ignition engine with the Common Rail reservoir feed system supplied with mixtures of diesel oil and rape oil fatty acid methyl esters (FAME). Tests were carried out on an engine test bed equipped with an eddy-current brake. The purpose of the tests was to determine the economic–energy and ecological indices of engine operation. The concentrations of exhaust gas gaseous components were measured using a MEXA-1600DEGR analyzer, while the particulate concentrations, with a MEXA-1230PM analyzer. In addition, the variations of working medium pressures in the engine chamber and of fuel pressure upstream the injector were recorded as a function of crankshaft rotation angle using the AVL IndiSmart 612 indication system for this purpose. The physicochemical properties of fuels used in the tests were determined using a fuel analyzer. The obtained testing results made it possible to determine and assess the operation indices of the engine fed with mixtures of diesel oil and rape oil fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) with slightly higher ester contents than the requirements of the currently applicable diesel oil standard.  相似文献

The naked barley was germinated and then carried out with hot air- or infrared drying to explore the physicochemical and functional properties of protein isolated from barley. Moreover, the relationship between protein and the noodles made from wheat and germinated barley flour was evaluated. It was found that germination affected the protein properties, and the protein properties were correlated with the properties of noodles. The content of β-sheet in protein was first increased and then decreased with germination time increased, and the protein had larger emulsification and foaming properties. Besides, the protein isolated from hot air-dried germinated barley had higher gelatinisation enthalpy and secondary structure content. Furthermore, the wheat and germinated barley mixed noodles had increased elasticity and cohesiveness and reduced viscosity and water absorption. The hardness of noodles showed was positively correlated with water absorption capacity, and the extensibility of cooked noodles was positively correlated with the foaming capacity of proteins.  相似文献

Using supercritical carbon dioxide (S-CO2) as the working fluid integrated in a circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler is a rising technology used to improve the power generation efficiency and reduce gas pollutant emissions in coal-fired power generation systems. This study established a comprehensive 3-D model based on an Eulerian-Lagrangian frame to simulate the combustion process. A new method was presented using constant heat flux as the boundary obtained from the coupled simulation of heat transfer and combustion. The gas phase was described with large eddy simulation (LES). The solid phase used the multi-phase particle-in-cell (MP-PIC) approach. Simulations were carried out in a 10 MW S-CO2 CFB boiler (with cross section area of 3.557 × 3 m2 and height of 21.01 m). Combustion characteristics obtained in boundary heat flux and excess air ratio were numerically investigated. Results showed that the temperature profile was relatively uniform in the whole boiler and the furnace temperature increased with the increase of boundary heat flux. Emissions of CO2 and SO2 declined with the increase of boundary heat flux while CO emission increased. An increased excess air ratio caused a decrease in furnace temperature and the rise of CO and SO2. The characteristics of combustion and pollutant emissions were optimal with the heat flux at around 25–37 kW/m2 and an excess air ratio at 1.18–1.25.  相似文献
