Mercury transformation across particulate control devices in six power plants of China: The co-effect of chlorine and ash composition

This paper presents the results of field measurements on mercury speciation in six power plants of China by applying the Ontario hydro method. During the tests, flue gas was sampled simultaneously before and after particulate control devices (electrostatic precipitator and fabric filter baghouse) along with the pulverized coal, bottom ash and fly ash sampling. The amount of oxidized mercury in gas phase before and after ESP/FF suggests that mercury oxidation after combustion is a kinetically controlled process. The comparison of mercury speciation in different power plant indicates a clear relationship with coal type, especially the chlorine concentration and the basic ash compositions in coal. Both of the factors are analyzed quantitatively in this study. A new parameter C (ratio of chlorine in coal to base/acid ratio) has been introduced to evaluate the co-effect of the two factors above on mercury speciation.

CO气氛中液相催化COS水解活性的研究

在鼓泡反应器中，采用液相催化剂，对高浓度CO气氛中高浓度COS的水解反应进行考察，研究催化剂浓度、气液体积比、温度的变化对COS水解转化率及催化体系稳定性的影响，得出最佳工艺条件，并对反应机理进行初步探讨。结果表明,COS水解转化率随气液体积比增大而降低，随催化剂浓度增大而升高；在常温、常压和气液体积比为150 h^－1的条件下，质量分数为10%的催化剂水溶液中COS的水解转化率可达100%，连续使用20 h转化率不变。     

板式精馏塔实验性能测试

本文对废液中低浓度乙醇的回收再利用进行了研究,主要对低浓度乙醇精馏过程中的不同实验条件进行了初探,得出了塔釜加热电压,塔釜液浓度,回流比等实验条件与塔顶产品浓度之间的关系,并用计算机绘制了图表,确定一组最优的实验条件。     

Characterisation of mortar morphology in thin sections by digital image processing

A digital imaging approach was applied to investigate mortar morphology in thin sections; in particular, the binder/aggregate ratio and the grading curve of five mortar bars were attained by digital image processing (DIP), using the Image Pro Plus 4.1 software package. The imaging procedure employed image segmentation, to extract mortar aggregate, and image filtering, to fix grain boundaries. The results show that digital image processing may be considered as an alternative method to mechanical sieving for the characterisation of mortar morphology, as it appears to be quicker and more accurate than the traditional method. However, digital image processing exhibits limits, which are discussed in the text.

正交试验法在PAN原丝纺丝工艺中的应用

利用正交设计方法确定了PAN湿法纺丝过程中影响原丝性能最主要的因素。结果表明 :以计量泵转速、凝固浴温度、负拉伸以及蒸汽拉伸倍数作为考察对象 ,影响原丝性能的最显著因素是蒸汽拉伸倍数 ,其次是负拉伸。以负拉伸、第二拉伸、第三拉伸以及蒸汽拉伸的倍数作为考察对象 ,影响原丝性能最显著的是蒸汽拉伸倍数 ,负拉伸几乎没有影响。利用正交实验结果 ,适当调节蒸汽拉伸倍数 ,制得强度为 6.5～ 7.0cN/dtex ,线密度为 1.1～ 1.3dtex的原丝     

BaTiO_3粉体中Ti/Ba比分析方法的比较

提出了用ＫＯＨ熔融分解ＢａＴｉＯ３粉体〔１〕，再用浓ＨＣｌ酸化后，用感应耦合等离子体发射光谱法（ＩＣＰ—ＡＥＳ法）测定试样中的Ｔｉ／Ｂａ比，并与化学分析法的结果作了比较，显示出ＩＣＰ—ＡＥＳ法简便，快速，结果更好。
