小电流接地系统的新判据在检测工程应用分析

针对当前在小电流接地系统中,尤其是经消弧线圈接地的系统中,所装设的接地检测(选线)装置正确动作率不高的问题,根据系统的特点,对小电流接地系统的选线设备原理、采样误差等方面问题进行剖析,提出了减小综合测量误差,提高选线准确性、可靠性的措施。     

Dynamic disturbance rejection controllers for neutral time delay systems with application to a central heating system

In the present paper the problem of disturbance rejection of single input-single output neutral time delay systems with multiple measurable disturbances is solved via dynamic controllers. In particular, the general form of the controller matrices is presented, while the necessary and sufficient conditions for the controller to be realizable are offered. The proposed technique is applied to a test case neutral time delay central heating system. In particular, the nonlinear model of the plant and its linearized approximation are presented. Based on the linearized model, a two-stage controller is designed in order to regulate the room temperature and the boiler effluent temperature. The performance of the closed loop system is investigated through computational experiments.     

RAZUMIKHIN-TYPE THEOREMS OF NEUTRAL STOCHASTIC FUNCTIONAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

The stability of stochastic functional differential equation with Markovian switching was studied by several authors,but there was almost no work on the stability of the neutral stochastic functional differential equations with Markovian switching.The aim of this article is to close this gap.The authors establish Razumikhin-type theorem of the neutral stochastic functional differential equations with Markovian switching,and those without Markovian switching.     

基于等价分解中立型系统的时滞相关稳定性分析

利用微分方程理论,将具有不确定性的中立型系统的稳定性问题转换为二个迟后系统的稳定性问题,这一转换可以大大减少稳定性讨论的复杂程度。通过引用迟后系统的相关研究结果,得到中立型系统时滞相关和时滞无关两类稳定性判据,每一类结果包括工程上实用的代数法和理论上具较小保守性的线性矩阵不等式（LMI）表示的判据。给出二个数值例子,并将研究结果与同类研究结果进行比较,算例表明,提出的转换方法是有效的。     

基于谱分解的中立型时滞系统观测器

针对线性中立型时滞系统, 利用线性算子半群的谱分解理论进行观测器设计. 在中立型项的范数小于一的条件下, 利用谱理论并结合投影算子, 将无穷维系统解的相空间分解为有限维不稳定广义特征子空间和无限维稳定广义特征子空间的直和. 进而利用线性算子半群的无穷小生成元得到具有积分微分形式的观测器方程, 并证明了观测器误差方程的渐近稳定性. 数值实验证实了所提设计方法的有效性.     

应用神经网络改善足球机器人传感系统

为了解决足球机器人单一传感器所提供的定位数据的精度及稳定性不足以满足控制系统要求的问题,本文利用BP神经网络算法的学习功能,将目标足球及机器人自身状态信息作为标定数据,将视觉、加速度计、电子罗盘等多个传感器信息作为网络输入,以神经网络输出辅助足球机器人对目标足球的捕捉.实验仿真结果表明,神经网络算法提高了对目标足球的定位以及机器人自定位的精度,起到了预期的效果.滤波平均相对误差优于传统的卡尔曼滤波.     

Delay‐dependent stability and stabilization of neutral time‐delay systems

This paper is concerned with the problem of stability and stabilization of neutral time‐delay systems. A new delay‐dependent stability condition is derived in terms of linear matrix inequality by constructing a new Lyapunov functional and using some integral inequalities without introducing any free‐weighting matrices. On the basis of the obtained stability condition, a stabilizing method is also proposed. Using an iterative algorithm, the state feedback controller can be obtained. Numerical examples illustrate that the proposed methods are effective and lead to less conservative results. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

基于微分域电流过零点偏移特征的电抗器匝间保护新方法

以中性点不带小电抗的高压并联电抗器为研究对象,在分析电抗器空投励磁涌流特征的基础上,指出了并联电抗器不带中性点小电抗时涌流会更加严重,是引起匝间保护误动的主要原因。分析了并联电抗器空投饱和的机理,指出了电抗器绕组磁通饱和后微分域相电流过零点前后采样峰值间距会发生偏移,在此基础上提出一种基于微分域电流过零点偏移特征的电抗器匝间保护新方法。利用工频特征下相电流过零点前后峰值间距与微分域相电流过零点前后采样峰值间距的偏移程度,结合相电流线性区内各时刻电感的均方根值与额定电感之间的特征关系来识别电抗器空投饱和与匝间故障,若识别为电抗器空投饱和则闭锁匝间保护,若识别为匝间故障则经短延时开放匝间保护。仿真结果验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。     

Almost sure stability of stochastic neutral Cohen–Grossberg neural networks with Lévy noise and time-varying delays

The almost sure stability for the stochastic neutral Cohen–Grossberg neural networks (SNCGNNs) with Lévy noise, time-varying delays, and Markovian switching would be deliberated in this article. By means of the nonnegative semimartingale convergence theorem (NSCT), the neutral Itô formula, M-matrix method, and selecting appropriate Lyapunov function, several almost sure stability criterions for the SNCGNNs could be derived. Moreover, according to the M-matrix theory, the upper bounds of the coefficients at any mode are given. Finally, two examples and numerical simulations verify the correctness of theoretical analysis for the stability criterions proposed in the article.     

中立型时滞反馈扭转控制系统的稳定性分析

研究了中立型时滞动力吸振器抑制扭转系统的振动问题.针对一类强迫扭转振动系统,采用动力系统的稳定性理论分析了动力吸振器与扭转振动系统的稳定性问题,以时滞为参数,分别得到了动力吸振器与扭转振动系统的稳定区域,并研究时滞变化时动力吸振器对于主振动系统振动的吸收效果,通过与时滞动力吸振器对比,得到了更大的吸振器和减振系统时滞稳定工作区域,通过数值模拟验证了结论的正确性.
