中国水力发电工程学会5年来,发挥学术交流主渠道、科普工作主力军的作用,为水电事业发展和水电科技进步做出了积极贡献。学会的改革和建设要在科学发展观指导下,为构建社会主义和谐社会服务,积极适应市场经济条件下群众学术团体的发展要求,加强管理和建设,发挥桥梁和纽带作用,不断拓展服务功能和服务渠道,真正把学会办成“水电工作者之家”。     

消费与当代城市空间发展——以欧美城市为例

在消费社会,欧美城市已由生产中心向消费中心转型.在这一过程中,消费逐渐成为促进城市发展的有效工具.在美国,郊区购物中心和节庆消费场所在城市郊区化和内城复兴的过程中起着主导城市发展的作用.而在欧洲,通过"隐藏的购物中心"和文化规划,消费发展与城市认同从冲突走向了融合.     

国内外乡村发展政策经验及对武汉市的启示

国内外乡村发展政策在乡村发展理念、土地整理与规划指引、资金投入方式等方面有可借鉴之处.在"两型社会"背景下,武汉市新农村建设应围绕四个方面进行:保护新农村地区特有的自然资源与景观环境,强化经济竞争力,提升农村社区生活品质,培育地方发展能力.     

On Supramolecular Polymerization: Interview with Takuzo Aida

Prof. Takuzo Aida is one of the most visible materials chemists thanks to his many creative contributions to the broad field of supramolecular chemistry. Over the past two decades he has ingeniously utilized self-assembly across scales and between various components to access a breathtaking variety of complex materials with fascinating properties. For example, the Aida Lab has pioneered conducting “bucky gel” by dispersing carbon nanotubes in ionic liquids as well as “aqua materials”, in which a tiny amount of additive renders water mechanically robust. From his personal insight he shares in this Interview, we can learn how his research evolved since his undergraduate studies. Moreover, he shares his vision on the importance of supramolecular polymers (Supra-Plastics) to realize a sustainable society.     

An emerging – Social and emerging computing enabled philosophical paradigm for collaborative learning systems: Toward high effective next generation learning systems for the knowledge society

The vast evolution of Social Computing in the last years and the tremendous improvement of novel technologies including cloud computing, open source technologies, recommender systems, personalized knowledge management systems, Big Data Systems, and Open Educational Resources approaches set a challenging context for the establishment of novel high effective approaches to Collaborative learning in both Business and Academia.This editorial provides an overview of a magnificent top quality research collection of articles related to the New Generation Collaborative Learning Systems. It is an opportunity for a scientific debate for the enabling technologies and the required adjustments in Academic Programs and Executives Training programs worldwide. It is a bold contribution to a new philosophical paradigm for the need to promote flexible, open, collaborative learning beyond time, personality, and place constraints. It seems that the old fashioned classroom based learning has to be enriched or in some cases replaced by technological learning innovations fostering collaboration between learners.Another important contribution of this special issue is the in depth discussion of a variety of requirements for next generation learning systems. This can be extremely useful for researchers interested on future research on the domain. Two more special issues on prestigious journals have been confirmed on similar topics for the next year in order to provide a continuity on this fascinating research domain that is directly linked to the vision of the Knowledge Society.

对网络论坛规则与法律规范的分析

网络论坛上的删帖行为的正当性存在着诸多质疑。论坛组织者有权制定论坛规则并进行管理,但删帖行为却侵害了论坛参与者的言论自由和通信自由。如何平衡公民权利保护、论坛规则独立性以及互联网秩序与效益成为了删帖行为所反映的关键问题。针对这个问题,中国应当健全法律法规,鼓励公民合法参与论坛活动,建立良好的互联网秩序。
