The Construction Of Some Optimal 2D Cubature Formulae

In this paper, we showcase some formulae that have been derived using the least squares optimisation method, which produces cubatures that are superior for use with singular integrals. We consider some formulae of standard and well-known structure for two differing weight functions, (i) w(x, y)=1 and (ii) w(x, y)= \sqrt{x^2 + y^2} .     

Functional linear regression after spline transformation

Functional linear regression has been widely used to model the relationship between a scalar response and functional predictors. If the original data do not satisfy the linear assumption, an intuitive solution is to perform some transformation such that transformed data will be linearly related. The problem of finding such transformations has been rather neglected in the development of functional data analysis tools. In this paper, we consider transformation on the response variable in functional linear regression and propose a nonparametric transformation model in which we use spline functions to construct the transformation function. The functional regression coefficients are then estimated by an innovative procedure called mixed data canonical correlation analysis (MDCCA). MDCCA is analogous to the canonical correlation analysis between two multivariate samples, but is between a multivariate sample and a set of functional data. Here, we apply the MDCCA to the projection of the transformation function on the B-spline space and the functional predictors. We then show that our estimates agree with the regularized functional least squares estimate for the transformation model subject to a scale multiplication. The dimension of the space of spline transformations can be determined by a model selection principle. Typically, a very small number of B-spline knots is needed. Real and simulation data examples are further presented to demonstrate the value of this approach.     

四次C-Bézier曲线的拼接技术研究

为了解决造型设计中复杂曲线难以用单一曲线来表示的问题,研究了一种带形状参数的四次C-Bézier曲线的光滑拼接技术.在对四次C-Bézier曲线基函数及其端点性质分析的基础上,给出了两相邻四次C-Bézier曲线间G1、G2和C1、C2的光滑拼接的充要条件,同时还给出了两相邻四次C-Bézier曲线间光滑拼接的基本步骤和几何造型实例.实例结果表明,所提方法简单有效、易实现,极大地增强了四次C-Bézier曲线表达复杂曲线的能力,可广泛地应用于各种CG/CAD/CAID/CAM造型系统中.     

Flow structure through pool‐riffle sequences and a conceptual model for their sustainability in gravel‐bed rivers

Detailed field measurements and simulations of three‐dimensional flow structure were used to develop a conceptual model to explain the sustainability of self‐formed pool‐riffle sequences in gravel‐bed rivers. The analysis was conducted at the Red River Wildlife Management Area in Idaho, USA, and enabled characterization of the flow structure through two consecutive pool‐riffle sequences, including: identification of jet concentration and dissipation zones, and the development of local turbulence features (i.e. vertical and horizontal eddies) under different flow conditions. Three‐dimensional hydraulic simulations were used to evaluate how the flow structure varies across a range of flow conditions and with different degrees of sediment aggradation within the upstream pool. The analysis demonstrated a significant influence of the residual pool depth on the flow structure, with reduced residual depth causing a shift in the orientation of the jet and a reduction in the influence of vertical eddies and the size and intensity of horizontal eddies. The proposed conceptual model seeks to explain the sustainability of pools in terms of the flow structure in pool‐riffle morphology and how this flow structure will change as a result of altered external forcing, such as upstream sediment delivery or changes in bank stability. 基于改进粒子群算法的随机流路网可靠性研究

为解决城市交通路网中容量的随机性对可靠性研究的影响问题,建立了随机流交通路网可靠性模型,提出了一种基于改进粒子群算法的交通路网可靠性评价方法,该方法能够搜索到满足条件的多个解,在算法中引入了一种转移机制可以有效地避免粒子陷入局部无目标搜索状态,又可保证全局搜索能力,最终能够搜索到路网在d需求量下的所有d-下界点以计算路网的可靠性.通过算例结果表明了该改进粒子群算法的可行性及准确性.     

基于UG的三维电气自动布线技术研究

对三维电气布线的方法和技术进行了深入的研究。针对传统布线过程存在的预处理成本高、操作繁琐、干涉检测维护难等问题,通过综合"迷宫法"、线搜索法"等搜索算法和路径干涉理论,提出了"按面自动布线"和"贴壁干涉自动调整"的方法。以UG为开发平台,实现了包括三维布线路径自动生成和路径干涉检查及自动调整在内的三维自动布线。并以UG布线实例验证了所提出的三维布线方法的有效性和实用性。

本文从Wimax的商业模式出发,分别探讨了Wimax的固定接入和移动接入的应用解决方案。文章的创新点在于提出了使用IEEE802.16d标准实现无缝切换的可能性,构建出几类Wimax应用解决方案的网络结构图。     

(Cr1‐x,Alx)N ein Review über ein vielseitig einsetzbares Schichtsystem

(Cr_1‐x,Al_x)N a review about a multi‐purpose coating system Nitride based coatings claimed a big market share for PVD‐coatings. Especially in the field for high temperature die casting and cutting operations chromium based coatings are well used. These coatings are also used in low temperature processes for the coating of machine parts. In the beginning of the nineties first examinations are done on the ternary system Chromium‐Aluminium‐Nitride. This system shows an excellent corrosion behaviour against many different liquids, but gains also a high hardness for a good wear behaviour. By changing the AlN to CrN content and the coating design CrAlN opens up a wide range for different coating applications. A major step for machine parts was the reducing of coating process temperature beneath 200 °C. This was only possible by using pulsed power supplies. CrAlN shows a very good performance on the fast growing market of coated machine parts e.g. on spindle bearings.
