采用浸泡镀敷的方法在多孔硅表面形成了一镀铜层,通过对掺铜前后多孔硅的光致发光(PL)谱和傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)吸收光谱的研究,讨论了铜在多孔硅表面的吸附对其光致发光的影响。实验表明,掺铜多孔硅的光致发光谱出现两个发光带,其中能量较低的发光带随主发光带变化,并使多孔硅的发光峰位蓝移。多孔硅发光峰位的蓝移,是由于在发生金属淀积的同时伴随着多孔硅表面Si的氧化过程(纳米Si氧化为SiO2)的缘故。  相似文献

运用 1 0 6 4μm连续输出的Nd∶YAG激光器 ,对与InP晶格匹配的InGaAsP四元系量子阱材料进行了光子吸收诱导无序 (PAID)技术的研究。通过光荧光谱 (PL)的测量 ,证明有量子阱混合现象产生。衬底预加热和聚焦激光束结果表明 ,PAID中辐照时间与衬底温度、辐照的平均功率密度密切相关。聚焦激光照射后的荧光双峰表明PAID有一定的定域处理能力。  相似文献

Thermoelectric effect spectroscopy and photoluminescence techniques were used to study the defect levels in samples from three crystals of CdTe:In grown by the vertical gradient freeze method. The main goal of the investigation was to study defects, which strongly trap charge carriers or act as recombination centers in order to eliminate them from the technological process. The main difference among detecting and non-detecting samples was the absence of electron traps with a very high capture cross-section and energy 0.6 eV to 0.7 eV, which act as lifetime killers even at low concentrations. Recently published ab initio calculations show a complex of Te antisite and Cd vacancy within this energy range.  相似文献

Sol-gel derived nanostructured CeO2 film was deposited on glass substrate using the dip-coating technique with annealed at 650oC. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), UV/VIS and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy studies were employed to analyze the structural and optical properties of the sol-gel derived nanostructured CeO2 film. The average crystallite size was estimated from XRD pattern using Scherrer equation as about 3–4 nm. SEM micrograph shows the film have good adherence to the substrate, porous in nature and crack free. The UV-visible absorption spectroscopic measurement results showed that the products had conspicuous quantum size effects. The absorption spectrum indicates that the sol-gel derived nanostructured CeO2 film have a direct bandgap of 3.23 eV and the photoluminescence spectra of the film show strong band at 378 nm may have promising applications as optoelectronic materials.  相似文献

使用MBE方法在Si(111)衬底和Si SiO2 Si柔性衬底上生长了GaN外延层 ,并对在两种衬底上生长的样品进行了对比分析 .在柔性衬底上获得了无裂纹的外延层 ,其表面粗糙度为 0 6nm .研究了GaN外延层中的应力及其光学性质 ,光致发光测试结果表明柔性衬底上生长的外延层中应力和杂质浓度明显低于直接生长在Si衬底上的样品的值 .研究结果显示了所用柔性衬底有助于改善GaN外延膜的质量  相似文献

Transition metal dichalcogenides van der Waals (vdWs) heterostructures present fascinating optical and electronic phenomena, and bear tremendous significance for electronic and optoelectronic applications. As the significant merits in vdWs heterostructures, the interlayer relaxation of excitons and interlayer coupling at the heterointerface reflect the dynamic behavior of charge transfer and the coupled electronic/structural characteristics, respectively, which may give rise to new physics induced by quantum coupling. In this work, upon tuning the photoluminescence (PL) properties of WSe2/graphene and WSe2/MoS2/graphene heterostructures by virtue of electric field, it is demonstrated that the interlayer relaxation of excitons at the heterointerface in WSe2/graphene, which is even stronger than that in MoS2/graphene and WSe2/MoS2 , plays a dominant role in PL tuning in WSe2/graphene, while the carrier population in WSe2 induced by electric field has a minor contribution. In addition, it is discovered that the interlayer coupling between monolayer WSe2 and graphene is enhanced under high electric field, which breaks the momentum conservation of first order Raman‐allowed phonons in graphene, yielding the enhanced Raman scattering of defects in graphene. The interplay between electric field and vdWs heterostructures may provide versatile approaches to tune the intrinsic electronic and optical properties of the heterostructures.  相似文献

New phosphorus‐containing poly(ester‐imide)‐polydimethylsiloxane copolymers were prepared by solution polycondensation of 1,4‐[2‐(6‐oxido‐6H‐dibenz < c,e > < 1, 2 > oxaphosphorin‐6‐yl)]naphthalene‐bis(trimellitate) dianhydride with a mixture of an aromatic diamine (1,3‐bis(4‐aminophenoxy)benzene) and α,ω‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)oligodimethylsiloxane of controlled molecular weight, in various ratios. Poly(amic acid) intermediates were converted quantitatively to the corresponding polyimide structures using a solution imidization procedure. The polymers are easily soluble in polar organic solvents, such as N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone and N,N‐dimethylformamide, as well as in less polar solvents such as tetrahydrofuran. They show good thermal stability, the decomposition temperature being above 370 °C. The glass transition temperatures are in the range 165–216 °C. Solutions of the polymers in N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone exhibit photoluminescence in the blue region. Copyright © 2010 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献
