Lubricating behavior of iron rhenate and its relation to matching pairs

The iron rhenate was compounded by chemical method, which may be generated during wear process of Fe-Re alloys at elevated temperature. The friction coefficient of iron rhenate has been determined by a pin-on-disc device. The results show that iron rhenate plays role of lubricating at RT-600 °C. The lubricating behavior is related to the matching pairs. The hardness of the materials of matching pairs, compatibility of iron rhenate with materials of matching pairs and surface roughness of disc affect the lubricating behavior of iron rhenate mostly. 铸轧5052合金冷隔缺陷产生的机理研究

Antiwear Action of Mineral Lubricants Modified by Conventional and Uncoventional Additives

The authors of this paper investigated the influence of esters of rapeseed oil fatty acids on the lubricating properties of mineral lubricants containing chosen AW/EP additives. Methyl esters, ethylene glycol esters, and glycerol esters as well as some commercial AW/EP packages based on zinc dialkyldithiophosphate, S–P organic compounds, and sulphurized esters of fatty acids were tested. The tribological tests were carried out with the use of a four-ball machine. Antiwear (AW) properties of tested compositions were determined using their limiting load of wear (G_oz(40)). It appears that the AW action of esters of rapeseed oil fatty acids depends on their structure. The best AW action is shown by compositions of mineral oil lubricants containing AW/EP additives and methyl esters of rapeseed oil fatty acids. The SEM/EDS analysis of the scar surface layer indicated that the presence of these esters in lubricants causes a change in the interaction between AW/EP additives and the metal surface. These observations were confirmed by the XPS surface analysis.     

VHF-PECVD制备微晶硅材料的均匀性及其结构特性的分析

采用VHF-PECVD技术在多功能系统(cluster tool)中制备了系列硅薄膜，研究薄膜的均匀性及电学特性和结构特性。结果表明：气压和功率的合理匹配对薄膜的均匀性有很大的影响；材料的喇曼测试和电学测试结果表明微晶硅薄膜存在着纵向的结构不均匀，在将材料应用于器件上时，必须要考虑优化合适的工艺条件；硅烷浓度大，相应制备薄膜的晶化程度减弱，即薄膜中非晶成分增多。     

Red emission from Eu3+: PVA polymer film

Bright red luminescent Eu³⁺ doped polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) films were made by solution casting technique. The emission performance of these films was studied from the measurement of excitation, emission, and lifetimes. On irradiation with an UV source, the doped films emitted bright red light. Such luminescent polymer films are expected to find potential applications as new optical materials. 转子--轴承系统油膜失稳故障预测准则的探索

采用稳态非线性轴承理论，以多自由度转子系统为对象，运用模态降阶和变步长的Newmark积分方法，对非线性油膜力作用下轴颈振动的涡动轨迹、频谱及失稳前后的特征进行详细的计算分析，同时分析转子不平衡量的大小和转速对系统振动行为及其稳定性的影响。通过分析给出处于临界稳定状态的转子系统的轴心轨迹及其频谱图特征，这些结果有望对油膜失稳故障的预测和防范提供有应用价值的理论依据。     

脉冲激光淀积高电流密度的YBCO超导带材

采用脉冲激光加辅助离子源的方法在长为６．０ｃｍ的ＮｉＣｒ合金基带上制备０．１３μｍ厚的Ｙ－ＺｒＯ２（ＹＳＺ）隔离层，再用脉冲激光在ＹＳＺ／ＮｉＣｒ带上制备１．５μｍ厚的ＹＢａ２Ｃｕ３Ｏ７－ｘ超导厚膜形成ＹＢＣＯ／ＹＳＺ／ＮｉＣｒ超导带材。实验测得在７７Ｋ，０Ｔｅｓｌａ下其临界电流密度为８．７５×１０４Ａ／ｃｍ２，超导转变温度为８８．６Ｋ。     

TFT有源矩阵α－Si∶H薄膜PECVD淀积工艺研究

分析了α－Ｓｉ∶Ｈ薄膜的质量和厚度对α－Ｓｉ∶ＨＴＦＴ关键性指标的影响，深入、详细地讨论了其ＰＥＣＶＤ淀积工艺，并在实验的基础上确定了最佳淀积工艺参数，从而获得了高性能的７５ｍｍ３７２×２７６像素α－Ｓｉ∶ＨＴＦＴ有源矩阵
