Composites consisting of hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si: H, inorganic) and zinc phthalocyanine (ZnPc, organic) were prepared by vacuum evaporation of ZnPc and sequential deposition amorphous silicon via plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). The optical and electrical properties of the composite film have been investigated. The results demonstrate that ZnPc can endure the temperature and bombardment of the PECVD plasma and photoconductivity of the composite film was improved by 89.9% compared to pure a-Si: H film. Electron mobility-lifetime products/lr of the composite film were increased by nearly one order of magnitude from 6.96 × 10^-7 to 5.08 × 10^-6 cm2/V. Combined with photoconductivity spectra of the composites and pure a-Si: H, we tentatively elucidate the improvement in photoconductivity of the composite film. 相似文献

当前水环境污染已成为全球性普遍关注的重要课题,而利用光催化氧化技术处理水中难降解有机污染物的方法己经引起了国内外水处理专家的广泛关注。自1907年由A.Braun教授和T.C.Tcherniac教授第一次发现酞菁化合物以来,有关利用酞菁化合物对水中污染物进行光催化降解的研究备受瞩目。酞菁化合物由于具有18π电子体系的共轭结构,能吸收可见光区的光,因而显现出独特的光电特性。对酞菁化合物可见光催化降解水中有机污染物研究现状进行了综述,分别介绍了酞菁化合物的典型结构及其特性,并对其催化降解有机污染物反应机理进行阐述,总结了近年来酞菁化合物在降解水中有机污染物方面的应用,从环境可持续发展角度来看,具有十分重要的意义。 相似文献

Manganese tetrakis (benzyl-mercapto) phthalocyanine (MnTBMPc) and manganese tetrakis (dodecyl-mercapto) phthalocyanine (MnTDMPc) complexes were synthesized and their spectral and electrochemical properties are reported. Cyclic voltammetric data showed three reversible to quasi-reversible and two irreversible redox processes for both complexes. Ring substituents influenced the positions of both oxidation and reduction redox couples. Spectroelectrochemistry confirmed the first two reductions to be due to MnIIIPc2−/MnIIPc2− and MnIIPc3−/MnIIPc2− processes. The first example of a formation of self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) using thiol substituted MnPc complexes is presented, the SAMs were found to show blocking characteristics towards some faradaic reactions. 相似文献

A series of polymeric metal-free and metallophthalocyanine (M = 2H, Ni, Co, Fe, Pb, Cu and Zn) polymers were prepared by polymeric tetramerization reaction of bisphthalonitrile monomer with proper materials. The Co–phthalocyanine polymer was prepared by two different methods. The metal-free (3) and the Co-containing phthalocyanine polymer (5) were chemically doped with iodine (I2) and nitrosyl tetrafluoroborate (NOBF4), respectively. The electrical conductivities of the polymeric phthalocyanines measured as gold sandwiches were found to be 10−8–10−4 S cm−1 in vacuum and in argon. The electrical conductivities of I2-doped metal-free phthalocyanine (3a) and NOBF4-doped Co–phthalocyanine (5a) polymers were found to be approximately 110 and 89 times higher than those of undoped versions, respectively. The extraction ability of 3 was also evaluated in tetrahydrofuran using several transition metal picrates such as Ag+, Hg2+, Pb2+, Cd2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+. The extraction affinity of 3 for Ag+ was found to be highest in the heterogeneous phase extraction experiments. The aggregation and disaggregation properties of 3 were investigated with silver(I), mercury(II) and methanol as solvent. All the novel compounds were characterized by using elemental analysis, UV–vis, FT-IR, NMR and MS spectral data and DTA/TG. 相似文献

Abstract Characterization of Colombian asphaltenes isolated from feedstocks to refining units was carried out during this study, emphasizing the determination of their average molecular weights (MW). Experimental conditions used for vapor pressure osmometry (VPO) and size exclusion chromatography (SEC) were investigated aiming to select the most suitable set up that affords the best representative values. SEC was observed to provide the most reasonable MW values, after analysis improvements were achieved by using realistic calibration curves got with phthalocyanines, compounds that closely mimic component structures within oil and asphaltenes fractions. MWs displayed by Colombian vacuum residua asphaltenes fall within the range 1,700 ± 200 Daltons, reported previously for asphaltenes from different reservoirs worldwide. 相似文献
