国外技术性贸易措旋的演化与出口企业增加的符合成本的分析框架:以日本"肯定列表制度"与蔬菜出口企业为例

随着国外技术性贸易措施的不断演化,我国出口企业面临符合成本不断增加的困境。日本是我国蔬菜的主要出口国,本文以日本实施的肯定列表制度为例,从深入分析蔬菜出口企业承担符合成本的决定因素入手,分析了蔬菜出口企业增加的符合成本的构成,阐述了国外技术性贸易措施的演化导致我国蔬菜出口企业竞争力下降的根本原因,以日本肯定列表制度的实施导致我国出口企业符合成本增加的分析框架具有普适性。     

白菜、芹菜蔬菜纸胶黏剂配方优化

利用正交实验设计优化白菜、芹菜蔬菜纸生产胶黏剂配方。结果表明,白菜纸的最适胶黏剂用量为CMC-Na0.4%,海藻酸钠0.8%,琼脂0.8%,干燥工艺条件为温度80℃,时间4h;芹菜纸的护绿液组成为异抗坏血酸钠0.7%,MgCl20.03%,最适胶黏剂配料为CMC-Na0.6%,海藻酸钠0.7%,干燥工艺条件为温度70℃、时间4.5h。按此条件生产出的白菜、芹菜纸色泽鲜艳、成纸性、胶黏性、易揭性、脆性好。     

Direct determination of free tryptophan contents in soy sauces and its application as an index of soy sauce adulteration

A simple and rapid HPLC method using UV detector for determination of tryptophan (Trp) contents in pure fermented soy sauces, acid-HVP, and commercial soy sauces was developed. The method requires only simple sample pretreatment. The limit of detection (LOD) is estimated at 1 mg/L (signal-to-noise ratio of 3), and the recovery yields ranged from 92% to 108%. The analysis showed that Trp in all of the analysed acid-HVP samples was not detected and there was obvious detection of Trp (ranged from 136.4 to 261.8 mg/L) in all of the analysed fermented soy sauce samples. The observations suggest that Trp is a practical index of pure fermented soy sauce. The absence of Trp contents or lower level of Trp contents than that in pure fermented soy sauces suggests the soy sauces are not pure fermented soy sauces or presence of soy sauce adulteration. Simultaneous determination of levulinic acid (LV) in samples may be a good help in making assessment of soy sauce adulteration with acid-HVP.

返色现象是植物油精炼后会经常遇到问题,如何有效控制返色现象,提高油脂品质稳定性,是油脂行业迫切需要解决难题。该文论述食用植物油返色原因及其防止对策研究进展。     

酶联免疫法测定不同食用植物油中黄曲霉毒素B_1

用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定食用植物油中黄曲霉毒素B1,并对如何防控食用油中黄曲霉毒素B1进行探讨。在所分析菜籽油、大豆油、花生油、核桃油4种油中,以菜籽油黄曲霉毒素B1含量最低,其次是大豆油和核桃油,花生油含量最高。方法检测灵敏度为0.1μg/kg,平均回收率为91.4%～93.5%,相对标准偏差小于5%;结果表明,酶联免疫法测定准确,稳定性和重现性好,可广泛用于食用植物油黄曲霉毒素B1检测。     

Feasibility of blending karanja vegetable oil in petro-diesel and utilization in a direct injection diesel engine

Karanja (Pongamia pinnata) oil, a non-edible high viscosity (27.84 cSt at 40 °C) straight vegetable oil, was blended with conventional diesel in various proportions to evaluate the performance and emission characteristics of a single cylinder direct injection constant speed diesel engine. Diesel and karanja oil fuel blends (5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%) were used to conduct short-term engine performance and emission tests at varying loads (0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%). Tests were carried out over the entire range of engine operation and engine performance parameters such as fuel consumption, thermal efficiency, exhaust gas temperature, and exhaust emissions (smoke, CO, CO₂, HC, NO_x, and O₂) were recorded. The brake specific energy consumption (BSEC), brake thermal efficiency (BTE), and exhaust emissions were evaluated to determine the optimum fuel blend. Higher BSEC was observed at full load for neat petro-diesel. A fuel blend of 10% karanja oil (KVO10) showed higher BTE at a 60% load. Similarly, the overall emission characteristics were found to be best for the case of KVO10 over the entire range of engine operation.

天然植物染料姜黄的染色性及抗菌性

报道了对天然植物染料姜黄的染色性能的研究,通过正交试验确定了染料萃取和直接染色的最佳工艺条件,并对姜黄染料染色织物的抗菌性进行了实验,发现经姜黄染色的织物具有抗菌性。
