人体骨架模型的建立

人体运动分析在计算机视觉研究领域中具有广泛的应用前景。人体骨架包含了很多的人体运动信息,且简单明了,所以对人体骨架提取具有很重要的意义。本文提出了一种人体骨架模型的建立方法,该方法在骨架提取方面有较强的去噪和抗干扰能力,有很好的鲁棒性,可提取更加有效的骨架图像,进一步结合人体解剖学的基础,建立了人体骨架模型,为人体特征识别(HID)和运动人体的实时追踪打下了坚实的基础。     

Psychology at the Intersection of Work and Family: Recommendations for Employers, Working Families, and Policymakers.

Demographic data show that major changes have been occurring in the everyday lives of families over the last generation, with the majority of mothers of young children in the workforce and an increasing number of men and women assuming caregiving responsibilities for older relatives. Thus, the 2 primary identities of most adults, defined by their multiple family and work roles, need to be coordinated in ways that promote positive family outcomes, returns on investments for employers, and societal values. Despite changes in the workforce, the world of work is still largely organized for a family model that is increasingly rare--one with a stay-at-home caregiver. Recommendations based on psychological and other social science research are offered to align the needs of working families and employers. 林用电子外业手簿的开发与应用

电子外业手簿(简称为EFB)专门用来记录和处理外业测量数据，它体积小，携带方便，有信息存储和通讯等功能，配有特殊的专业软件包，且有：BASIC编程环境供林业工作者编写合适的程序。本文以EFB其中一代产品PC—E500为工具，论述了它配合罗盘在森林经理中的应用，列出了几种应用实例．在测立木材积时，只要输入坡度、罗盘测距时的上下丝读数、测树的俯仰角度以及该树的胸径和树干形数，PC—E500就能自动计算出数高及材积，并存储这些数据直到测量结束(文中给出了测立木材积的代码)。在测量林中不规则地块面积时，在边缘选好特征点并立好标杆，输入每次测量的上下丝读数、方位角及坡度值，PC—E500可在测量结束时计算出地块面积，文末叙及了PC—E500与微机的通讯方法及优点，展望了它在林业应用中的前景。     

一种新的读者调查方式

读者调查是采访工作的重点也是难点．现今高校图书馆在这方面仍然存在许多问题．结合目前图书市场的实际，设想了一种在网络环境下新的读者调查方式．这种方式可以帮助高校图书馆在资金不足的情况下，有效的解决读者调查问题，并且结合我馆的实例具体说明这种读者调查方式的应用．     

BiNem® manufacturing process for mass production

Abstract— As the need for high‐resolution ultra‐low‐power bistable displays grows, it is important to rapidly implement the mass‐production manufacturing of BiNem® LCDs. The cost‐effective approach for BiNem® manufacturing is based on using STN manufacturing process technologies since BiNem® and STN displays have a similar internal structure. The key differences between BiNem® and STN displays from a manufacturing point of view will be discussed. We show that industrial STN manufacturing equipment can be used to produce BiNem® LCDs at competitive costs. Reflective e‐book display modules with VGA resolution are produced in the pilot‐production series.     

RBAC模型中角色的继承与互斥问题的研究

RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)maps naturally to an organization's structure and facilitates safety administration by separating logically users and permissions via roles as well as constructing role hierarchies, and therefore RBAC offers a powerful means of specifying access control decisions and is attracting increasing attention. In role hierarchies of RBAC,superroles inherit all properties and permissions of subroles. This paper classifies role inheritance into two types : generalization inheritance and supervision inheritance . Furthermore, it outlines two problems in relation to role inheritance :one is how to maintain data integrity,another is how to reduce the effect of absent roles on the normal running of the system. At last ,this paper discusses solutions to them 。RBAC is attracting increasing attention as a security mechanism .Separation of duty is an important safety requirement which is implemented by means of mutual exclusion of roles in RBAC. This paper presents a basic RBAC model,then explores some properties of mutual exclusion of roles,which helps enforcing security policies efficiently. At last ,this paper describes how mutual exclusion of roles affects role hierarchies.     

实现基于RTCP协议的参考图象法的探讨

目前视频图象在 IP分组网中的传输正被日益广泛地应用 (如 :视频电话、视频会议 ) .但是 ,由于 IP分组网固有的特点 ,致使 IP分组包丢失的现象不可避免 ,并极大地影响了视频传输的服务质量 .由于参考图象选择法RPS(Reference Picture Selection)是一种较好的视频图象差错复原的方法 ,因此 ,为了改善因分组包丢失而对视频传输带来的质量下降问题 ,利用 RTCP协议提供反馈信息和利用参考图象选择法进行视频图象复原 ,实现了一种在 IP分组网中进行视频传输的差错控制机制 .实践证明 ,通过这种方法不仅可减小因分组包丢失而对视频图象信息带来的损害 ,而且可提高视频图象的传输质量 ,此方法适用于基于分组网的视频传输系统 .
