Low Temperature Phase Transition Behavior of Ca-Doped Lanthanum Chromites

Phase transition of LaCrO3 and doped-LaCrO3 was studied by DSC, TG and XRD, and thermal expansion during the transition was analyzed. It is found that phase transition of LaCrO3 begins at about 240℃ and ends at about 265 ℃. Temperatures of phase transition rise obviously with increasing Ca^2＋ content. The transition of LaCrO3 and Ca-doped LaCrO3 from orthorhombic to rhombohedral is accompanied with endothermic reaction. No obvious change occurs in mass, but remarkable shrinkage occurs during phase transition.     

UV-vis and photoluminescent spectra of TiO<Subscript>2</Subscript> films

TiO₂ fims have been deposited on glass substrates using DC reactive magnetron sputtering at different oxygen partial pressures from 0. 10 Pa.to 0.65 Pa. The transmittance (UV-vis) and photoluminescence (PL) spectra of the films were recorded. The results of the UV-vis spectra show that the deposition rate of the films decreased at oxygen partial pressure P(O₂)≥0.15 Pa, the band gap increased from 3.48 eV to 3.68eV for direct transition and from 3.27 eV to 3.34 eV for indirect transition with increasing the oxygen partial pressure. The PL spectra show convincingly that the transition for films was indirect, and there were some oxygen defect energy levels at the band gap of the films. With increasing the O₂ partial pressure, the defect energy levels decreased. For the films sputtered at 0.35 and 0.65 Pa there were two defect energy levels at 2.63 eV and 2.41 eV, corresponding to 0.72 eV and 0.94 eV below the conduction band for a band gap of 3.35 eV, respectively. For the films sputtered at 0.10 Pa and 0.15 Pa, there was an energy band formed between 3.12 eV and 2.06 eV, corresponding to 0.23 eV and 1.29 eV below the conduction band. 迁移关系的构建是基于BDD模型检验中的一个重要环节，而建立占内存尽可能小且运算高效的迁移关系一直是难点，通常做法是对迁移关系进行分割．提出一种的对按位分割后的迁移关系进行分组的方法．通过对ISCAS-89中时序电路的试验表明，该方法对其中部分电路是有效可行的．     

基于Petri网的交互式双机容错模型

传统的服务器容错模型大多采用复制和冗余机制，给系统造成大量垃圾．本文分析了数据库的体系结构，给出一个具有三层交互式的Petri网容错模型．实现了客错机制和容错策略的分离，体现了系统的动态特性．     

一种三态加时变迁Petri网的形式化描述与分析

提出一种弱引发规则三态加时变迁Ｐｅｔｒｉ网（简称ＷＴＴＰＮ），它比现有三态加时变迁Ｐｅｔｒｉ网更适于建模分析冲突结构；平行于无时间约束Ｐｅｔｒｉ网，给出了并发意义下ＷＴＴＰＮ的形式化描述与分析框架，据此可对其进行定性分析；证明了ＷＴＴＰＮ与其基网系统关于活性、有界（安全）性和可逆性等价。     

The Conditional Probability Density Function for a Reflected Brownian Motion

Models in economics and other fields often require a restricted Brownian motion because frequently implicit or explicit barriers restrict the domain. This paper contributes to the literature on reflected Brownian motion by deriving its conditional density function as a closed-form expression that consists of infinite sums of Gaussian densities. This solution is compared with an alternative, trigonometric expression derived earlier. Numerical analyses reveal that convergence properties of the expression derived in this paper are superior to those of the alternative representation for most practically relevant set-ups. Despite the complex appearance of the density formula, its use only requires fractions of a second on simple desktop computers such that, next to the theoretical appeal, also practicability is guaranteed.     

落锤试验测定船板的无塑性转变温度

无塑性转变温度是安全设计的重要参量，广泛应用于材料研究和产品质量控制过程。利用落锤试验方法，测定了AH36级船板的无塑性转变温度为-25℃，并对试验结果进行了评定。结果表明，落锤试验方法简单，试验数据重复性好，当船板的服役温度高于NDTT时，基本保证船板不会发生脆断。

Phase transition in L-alaninium oxalate by photoacoustics

Phase transition in L-alaninium oxalate is studied by using TG, DTA and photoacoustic spectroscopy. A sharp transition at 378 K by photoacoustics is observed whereas at the same temperature the endothermic energy change observed by TG and DTA is not very sharp. This is discussed in detail with reference to the other known data for the organic crystals.
