对化工槽车自动化洗涤装置失效及其原因进行了分析,指出洗槽机的冲洗和抽水不匹配、洗涤工艺不满足设计要求、硬件出现故障及化学品性质的影响是导致洗涤失效的主要原因,提出了完善现场流程、优化工艺操作、使用自动化控制技术、加强设备维护和保养等解决失效的措施。     

Evaluation of four steering wheels to determine driver hand placement in a static environment

While much research exists on occupant packaging both proprietary and in the literature, more detailed research regarding user preferences for subjective ratings of steering wheel designs is sparse in published literature. This study aimed to explore the driver interactions with production steering wheels in four vehicles by using anthropometric data, driver hand placement, and driver grip design preferences for Generation-Y and Baby Boomers. In this study, participants selected their preferred grip diameter, responded to a series of questions about the steering wheel grip as they sat in four vehicles, and rank ordered their preferred grip design. Thirty-two male participants (16 Baby Boomers between ages 47 and 65 and 16 Generation-Y between ages 18 and 29) participated in the study. Drivers demonstrated different gripping behavior between vehicles and between groups. Recommendations for future work in steering wheel grip design and naturalistic driver hand positioning are discussed.     

聚氨酯橡胶摩擦轮有限元及疲劳寿命分析

针对汽车滑板输送机聚氨酯橡胶摩擦轮的开裂问题,对摩擦轮与滑板之间的相互作用进行预压紧力和接触摩擦驱动有限元分析,获得摩擦轮的应力和变形分布等结果.在获得摩擦轮周向应力分布的基础上,根据疲劳裂纹扩展公式对聚氨酯橡胶部分进行疲劳寿命分析,验证是否满足设计要求.分析过程和结果能为聚氨酯橡胶摩擦轮的详细设计提供参考.     

刹车盘结构对车轮及整车流场的影响

为研究车轮刹车盘结构对旋转车轮和整车流场气动特性的影响,针对是否存在刹车盘两种情况分别建立等比例模型,采用可实现的k-ε两方程模型计算,对比分析气动升、阻力因数,表面压力因数及整体与局部流场,发现刹车盘结构在简化车体上对车轮局部和整车流场都具有突出影响,指出在整车气动特性模拟中刹车盘存在的必要性.进一步进行计算模型选择的研究,发现旋转壁面模型与多坐标参考系(Multiple Reference Frame,MRF)模型对旋转车轮的流场特性模拟结果有差异,在近车轮区域表现尤为明显.     

Corrosion of 2205 duplex stainless steel in chloride medium containing sulfate-reducing bacteria

Sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) play significant role in the corrosion of stainless steels exposed to marine and soil environment. Sulfate reduction by bacterial species results in the production of H₂S, which can significantly influence the anodic and cathodic processes and ultimately enhances the corrosion of materials. In the present study, 2205 type duplex stainless steel (DSS) coupons in solution-annealed condition were exposed to chloride medium containing SRB species, Desulfovibrio desulfuricans, for 40 days and examined by microscopy. Etching of the duplex structure, pitting as well as crevice attack were noticed. Similar results were obtained by microscopic studies with coupons exposed for 14 days in medium containing SRB followed by anodic polarization. SEM studies, of crevices observed after anodic polarization, indicated that the attack was initiated at the grain boundaries and slowly encroached into austenite grains. The initiation of attack was also evident from AFM studies of coupon exposed under freely corroding conditions for 7 days. ESCA studies reveal that under anaerobic conditions of SRB growth sulfidation of passive film occurs. The modified passive film found to depolarize the cathodic reactions. The nature and mechanism of SRB attack on DSS and possibility of detection at early stages were discussed.

降低山区铁路电力10 kV贯通线路接地电阻的策略探析

众所周知,山区铁路电力通过的电压为10 kV。实践表明,会有较大的接地电阻发生在运输的过程中,而这些电阻会带来较大的安全威胁,需要引起人们足够的重视。其中非常重要的一个问题就是土壤电阻率较高。那么,在如今的形势下,迫切需要解决的问题就是降低山区铁路电力10 kV贯通线路接地电阻。     

Adhesive bonding of stainless steel water tubing

The use of an adhesive to bond stainless steel water tubing, allowing stainless steel fittings to be employed, is considered and compared with the more conventional use of compression or capillary copper fittings together with a soft solder. Tests carried out to determine environmental effects on adhesively bonded stainless steel tubing suitable for domestic water supply, and the strengths of these joints, are described. It has been found that acrylic anaerobic adhesives are suitable for bonding tubing carrying cold water, the joints attaining superior strength to the copper-soldered ones; a reasonable degree of flexing can also be tolerated. It would appear that certain selected adhesives may also be used in joints carrying hot water.     

TSP203Plus超前地质预报技术在贵广铁路客运专线长大隧道施工中的应用技术研究

贵广铁路线路中特大长隧道、特大断面的隧道所占比例达到75%以上,隧道穿越某些地质情况复杂地区,可能遇到的工程地质问题及地质灾害较一般浅埋隧道更多、更严重。因此,在隧道施工中开展超前地质预报工作非常有必要。TSP203plus的工作原理和系统工作特点能满足工程预报需要。在贵广铁路部分隧道超前地质预报中证实了TSP203plus作为一种隧道地质预报手段的合理性和有效性。在对TSP203plus超前地质预报产生的误差原因进行分析的同时,提出了提高预报精度对策,从而指导不良地质条件下的隧道安全快速施工。
