一种新的声韵分割的时域方法

针对以前时域特征参数帧平均能量Ｅｎ和帧平均跨零率Ｚｎ在汉语语音声韵分割中的不足，提出了一种新的时域特征参数——保号率ＲＫＳ（Ｋｅｅｐｉｎｇ－ｓｉｇｎ－ｒａｔｉｏ）。实验表明，引入ＲＫＳ参数的汉语语音自动分段系统，不仅从根本上解决了Ｅｎ和Ｚｎ的不足，而且大大提高了自动分段的准确率，降低了对输入语音的依赖性。     

学生就业网签约认证协议设计及分析

结合教育系统的实际情况，采用正在全国逐渐推广普及的教育卡以及其对应的密钥管理系统作为认证手段，设计了学生就业网的网上签约认证协议，实现了签约双方的身份认证以及签约内容的完整性、非否认性认证。此外，通过BAN逻辑对该签约协议进行了认证协议分析，证明了该认证协议的正确性，并能完成预期的目标。

系列设计不仅具有丰富性和多样性,而且给人以秩序感和和谐美,有较强的表现优势。有鉴于此,故而在服装美术教学中,从学生进校就开始渗透这一思想,并一直贯穿学生学习的全过程。     

两个分式型不等式的拓广与深化

对两个分式型不等式的参指数α作适当拓广,得到两个一般的分式型不等式,同时对新的分式型不等式的变元ai与bi作巧妙的代换,参指数α与β作适当变形,得到了许多著名的不等式,甚至是其反向不等式,是其加强式,使此类问题系统化、深刻化.     

聚丙烯酸与铝配合物鞣剂的合成与结构表征

以聚丙烯酸和氯化铝为原料，采用溶液聚合法合成出丙烯酸树脂，再与铝离子配合，生成了一种配合物鞣剂，采用化学分析、红外光谱、差热分析、紫外光谱对产物进行了表征，结果表明该鞣剂是聚丙烯酸与铝的配合物，而不是聚丙烯酸与氯化铝的混合物。     

MCGS组态环境下的事件型统计报表

工控组态软件MCGS已广泛应用于各类工业自动化过程的监控系统中．但MCGS不能实现事件型统计报表。本文提出了利用Access实现事件型统计报表的原理和方法。该方法由Access报表与MCGS的动态链接、数据变量的选择查询和MCGS控件!Shell（）调用三部分构成。某厂电极挤压成型自动监控系统应用该方法成功实现了以电极支数为提取前题的电极支数，压力和温度这类事件型统计报表。     

基于SolidWorks的相似零件快速创成

介绍了利用Solidworks软件复杂功能，建立系列零件设计表即Excel表，通过其对配置的驱动，自动生成三维相似零件，从而建立相似零件库。该方法简单实用，有效地缩短了设计时间。     

Industrial Knowledge Bases as Drivers of Open Innovation?

The article presents an analysis of a large-scale survey with the aim of understanding differences in the open, interactive and distributed nature of external innovation relations amongst firms belonging to different industrial knowledge bases. The thesis is that the source of critical innovation relevant knowledge differs between industrial knowledge bases, making the character and the need of openness contingent on these specificities. Accordingly, we anticipate that we will observe systematic variations in how industries access and combine innovation-related external knowledge. In our analyses we attempt to address a gap in the literature by examining how industrial knowledge bases affect the recombination of knowledge by analysing the different extents, forms (formal and informal) and geography of inbound open innovation. The article illustrates that features and structures of inbound open innovation align, to a large extent, with the industries' knowledge bases and that there is a interplay between an industry's knowledge base, the internal organisation of innovation processes and the channels and geography of inbound open innovation.     

Intrinsic Fluorescence of the Active and the Inactive Functional Forms of Human Thymidylate Synthase

The observables associated with protein intrinsic fluorescence – spectra, time decays, anisotropies – offer opportunities to monitor in real time and non-invasively a protein‘s functional form and its interchange with other forms with different functions. We employed these observables to sketch the fluorometric profiles of two functional forms of human thymidylate synthase (hTS), a homodimeric enzyme crucial for cell proliferation and thus targeted by anticancer drugs. The protein takes an active and an inactive form. Stabilization of the latter by peptides that, unlike classical hTS inhibitors, bind it at the monomer/monomer interface offers an alternative inhibition mechanism that promises to avoid the onset of drug resistance in anticancer therapy. The fluorescence features depicted herein can be used as tools to identify and quantify each of the two protein forms in solution, thus making it possible to investigate the kinetic and thermodynamic aspects of the active/inactive conformational interchange. Two examples of fluorometrically monitored interconversion kinetics are provided.     

Reprint of “A bilinear differential forms approach to parametric structured state-space modelling”

We use one-variable Loewner techniques to compute polynomial-parametric models for MIMO systems from vector-exponential data gathered at various points in the parameter space. Instrumental in our approach are the connections between vector-exponential modelling via bilinear differential forms and the Loewner framework.
