采用原位还原碳化反应制备超细WC-10%Co,在1250、1300、1350、1380℃进行预烧结处理,得到的预烧结块体在1450℃、5 MPa氩气条件下进行低压二次烧结;分析对比了预烧结块体和二次烧结块体的显微组织,并对二次烧结合金进行了性能测试.结果表明:不同温度预烧结块体经低压二次烧结后,可有效抑制晶粒异常长大现象,二次烧结后合金具有高的断裂韧性,最高值达16.1MPa·m-1/2.在1 350、1 380℃下预烧结块体经低压二次烧结后均具有均匀的合金组织,其中经过1380℃预烧结块体横向断裂强度为3260 MPa.  相似文献

采用一种新型的监测方法(GPS),以甘肃省九甸峡水库燕子坪滑坡为例,通过对滑坡的监测位移进行分析,定量化研究水库蓄水对库岸边坡稳定性的影响规律。研究结果表明:蓄水位70~100m阶段,蓄水对库岸边坡稳定性是不利的,蓄水至一定高度后,滑坡体趋于稳定;低蓄水位阶段,滑坡的稳定性受蓄水影响较小;水库蓄水引起的库岸失稳类型主要有3类:已有滑坡的复活滑动、形成新的库岸滑坡和库岸坍塌再造。  相似文献

为了解热轧无缝不锈钢管材料性能,分别对取材自奥氏体304 Φ216×16 mm热轧不锈钢管的光滑和缺口圆棒试件进行单调和循环加载两类试验,获取了应力-应变关系及基本材料参数,得到滞回和骨架曲线,标定钢材循环强化参数,并观察了断面微观破坏特征.研究表明:国产热轧不锈钢管加工工艺对中厚管材性影响不大;奥氏体304不锈钢在循环荷载作用下具有良好强化效应和耗能性能;宜采用随动-等向混合强化材料模型描述其行为,所标定循环强化参数可用于复杂应力状态下的数值模拟;不锈钢材微观破坏特征异于普通低合金或低碳钢.  相似文献

目前风电机组可靠性分析主要是针对风电机组整体系统,缺乏对关键部件可靠性的深入研究,且需要处理大量数据,增加了可靠性测试的成本和难度,因此,在深入研究绝缘主要故障机理的基础上,将两种基于小样本数据的灰色模型引入到绕组绝缘可靠性预测中.为提高预测精度,以两种灰色模型为基础,以最小偏差平方和为标准提出了基于蚁群算法的绝缘可靠性优化模型.预测结果表明,绝缘可靠性满足威布尔分布.利用实测数据进行验证,两者的符合度较好,证明利用所提模型可以有效缩短可靠性测试周期,降低实验成本.  相似文献

The primary objective of this paper was to study the mechanical properties and durability of the cement stabilized gravel by different compact method. The influence of rubber particle content on mechanical properties of samples was studied by compaction tests and freezing thawing recycle tests. Pore structure and fractal characteristic of mixture were analyzed quantitatively using mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP). X-ray diffraction (XRD) was adopted to identify the composition phases. The morphology analysis in micro scale and elemental analysis of samples were carried out by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The optimum compressive strengths of rubber cement stabilized gravel (RCSG) with static compaction method and with vibratory compaction method were obtained by controlling compaction degree and vibration time, respectively. From the compaction tests, the vibratory compaction method is preferred compared with the static compaction method as better compressive strength can be improved by about 340%-360%. Besides, test results also reveal that compressive strength of samples with vibratory compaction method or static compaction method will decrease with the rubber particle bulk content increasing. The freezing thawing recycle tests indicate that freezing thawing resistance has been improved (frozen stability coefficient K has been increased from 0.89 to 0.97) by the addition of rubber particles. MIP tests show that the mean pore diameter and porosity of mixture have been increased from 70 to 250 nm and 9% to 24% respectively, with the rubber particles content increasing. Component analysis shows that the calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) is the predominant hydrate product with or without the addition of rubber particles.  相似文献

Silica aerogels were prepared from a mixture of tetraethylorthosilicate and organo- alkoxysilanes. The effects of organo-alkoxysilanes on the mechanical properties of the silica aerogels were studied. The flexibility of silica aerogels was significantly improved by incorporation of organo-alkoxysilanes. When MTES and TEOS were combined as precursors of silica areogels, with the increased amount of MTES, the apparent elastic modulus and apparent compressive strength monotonously rose. At the same organo- alkoxysilanes to TEOS ratio, the size of alkyl groups of the organo-alkoxysilanes had little effect on the mechanical properties. In series of MTES and TEOS, the lowest elastic modulus of silica skeleton and the highest compressive strength of silica skeleton were observed at MTES to TEOS ratio of around 50:50. At a certain organo-alkoxysilanes to TEOS ratio, the elastic modulus of silica skeleton increased and the compressive strength of silica skeleton decreased with the size increase of the alkvl grouns.  相似文献

A method was developed to make a quantitative analysis of the microstructure of asphalt modified with styrene-butadiene-styrene block(SBS) copolymer. Moreover, both mixed and branched SBS were employed in the preparation of modified asphalt. By sampling specimens from the top, middle, and bottom, a number of microscope slides were made and 400 times micro images were gained. Binarized with the software of MATLAB, the images then went to the process of distribution test, when four typical distributions were employed to investigate the distribution of modifi er spread in asphalt. The distribution characteristic and its parameter were both found. The results show that asphalt phase clearly obeys Poisson distribution, and its parameter, λ, is bond up with the condition SBS performs in. Based on this parameter, indexes can be set up to evaluate the structure of the mixture and its performance as well. Compared with that modifi ed with mixed SBS, the asphalt modifi ed with branched SBS has better performance but worse stability, for it is easier to segregate.  相似文献

Diatomite was used as raw material to prepare sodium silicate with a modulus of 3.1 by alkalidissolution method and the resulted sodium silicate solution was employed as a precursor. Methyl methacrylate monomers were introduced in wet gels through solution-immersion, and upon heating at 70 ℃, the mesoporous surfaces throughout the skeletal framework were coated with the polymer layer. PMMA modified silica aerogels were successfully synthesized via ambient pressure drying. The properties were investigated by FTIR, NMR, TGA, nitrogen adsorption-desorption, FESEM and nano-indentation, etc. Results indicate that with the increasing of PMMA incorporated into silica aerogels, the bulk density and the BET surface area increase, the porosity decreases. Through the observation of FESEM, it is found that the interconnecting pores and the big pores add, the pore size distribution expands from 5-17 to 28-150 nm. By comparison, the PMMA modified silica aerogels achieve a 52-fold increase in hardness and a 10-fold increase in modulus.  相似文献

Butt joints between Mg alloy AZ31 B and pure Al 1 060 sheets were produced via metal inert gas welding process with Zn-Cd alloy foil. Crack-free Al/Mg butt joints between AZ31 B Mg alloy and pure Al 1060 sheets were obtained. Intermetallic compound layer 1 and layer 2 had formed in fusion zone/Mg alloy and the average thickness of the layer 1 was about 50 μm. The intermetallic compound layer 1 consisted of Al12Mg17 and Mg2Si phases while layer 2 consisted of Al12Mg17, Mg2Si and Mg Zn2 phases. The crack started from the IMC layer at the bottom of the joint and propagated along the brittle IMC layer, then expanded into weld metal during the SEM in situ tensile test. The highest tensile strength of the dissimilar metal butt joints could reach 46.8 MPa and the effect ofinterfacial IMC layer on mechanical property of the joint was discussed in detail in the present study.  相似文献

摘要:根据机械动力学原理,建立静环轴向振动方程和端面液膜压力微分方程,并求出液膜压力的解析表达式和静环轴向位移表达式。在假设不受系统外力干扰的条件下,分析静环端面结构参数(转折半径和端面锥角)在轴向微小扰动的情况下对液膜刚度、液膜阻尼和静环轴向振动特性的影响。结果表明:随着转折半径的增大,液膜刚度变小,液膜阻尼增大,振动阻尼从弱阻尼向过阻尼状态转变;随着端面锥角的增大,液膜刚度减小,液膜阻尼减小,振动阻尼从过阻尼向弱阻尼状态转变。  相似文献
