丙烯压缩机振动偏高原因分析及解决方法

在丙烯腈生产过程中,发现其关键设备丙烯制冷压缩机轴振动值不断上升,针对此种情况对机组进行了分析与探讨,并制定解决方案。结果表明压缩机转子未采用正确的动平衡试验是造成轴振动的主要原因。采取正确的检维修方案是保证机组长周期运行、装置长周期运行的关键。

中国炼铁系统的节能与环境保护

回顾了20世纪90年代以来,中国炼铁系统的节能和环境保护的进展.指出由于高炉喷煤技术的开发和推广,大大减少了焦炉的建设投资,真正从源头减少了铁前系统的能耗和污染.基于对炼铁系统二次能源的分析,从节能和减排温室气体来看,淘汰落后的小烧结、小高炉, 大力推广高炉TRT、高效干式除尘和利用高炉煤气发电及烧结余热回收利用等,将是今后工作的重点.     

Performance prediction of a hybrid‐excitation synchronous machine with axially arranged excitation poles and permanent‐magnet poles

This paper presents a method of predicting the steady‐state performance of a new hybrid‐excitation synchronous machine (HESM) theoretically. The field pole of this HESM is axially divided into two parts; one is an excitation part and the other a permanent‐magnet (PM) part. A nonlinear equivalent circuit, which can include the saliency of the rotor and the magnetic saturation due to the iron core, is derived. Based on this equivalent circuit, the steady‐state performance of the HESM is calculated, and the results are confirmed through experiments. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 应用基于机器视觉的非接触测量技术对计算机硬盘磁头的头偏测量，不仅满足了磁头生产防污、防ESD的需要，而且实现了精密测量的需要；对测量数据的采集处理以及SPC实时监控，有效地实现了生产过程的控制和预报；与FIS系统的连接实现了生产数据的可追溯性，为生产管理现代化提供一个强有力的工具。系统已广泛应用于硬盘磁头生产线。     

A Stronger Complexity Result for the Single Machine Multi-Operation Jobs Scheduling Problem to Minimize the Number of Tardy Jobs

We consider the single machine multi-operation jobs scheduling problem to minimize the number of tardy jobs. Each job consists of several operations that belong to different families. In a schedule, each family of job operations may be processed in batches with each batch incurring a setup time. A job completes when all of its operations have been processed. The objective is to minimize the number of tardy jobs. In the literature, this problem has been proved to be strongly NP-hard for arbitrary due-dates. We show in this paper that the problem remains strongly NP-hard even when the due-dates are common and all jobs have the same processing time.

小型微/纳米级三坐标测量机的研制

介绍一套低成本小型三维坐标测量机的研制过程，作为微/纳米级超精密测量设备，整体机台结构采用花岗岩材料；X／Y轴的移动平台利用压电材料摩擦驱动与挠性变形原理，长短两行程可达25mm范围及5nm的微位移，藉自行研发的衍射干涉激光尺，位置回馈测量系统可具有0．025nm的分辨率；测量探头在一般DVD光读取头的自动聚焦原理基础上改装，最佳分辨率可达2．5nm，该雏形机适于测量微机电组件、微型器件及膜厚等。

并联机床后置处理器的开发及实验研究

以六自由度6-TPS型并联机床为模型，阐述了机床控制数据的生成原理和流程；以此为基础，规划了后置处理器的功能和整体结构。对若干关键技术进行了研究和探讨，包括基于参数化二进制格式的内部数据传输，基于刀轴矢量的笛卡儿空间粗插补算法，三维和二维刀具半径补偿，刀位文件的预处理以及加工代码的词法和语法检查等。最后介绍了利用本系统进行的切削实验，验证了系统的工程实用性。
