The formation and aggravation of hydrogen damage in Fe-3 wt-% Si alloy during cathodiccharging Were studied by means of Lange transmission X-ray topography.Results showedthat hydrogen damage did not form in the specimens charged in 0.5 mol/L H_2S0_4 so-lution without poison,and occurred with addition of 250 mg/L As_2O_3 even at very lowcharge current density.As charging at a certain current density,the size of the damagemay enlarge up to a limit yet no more by prolonged time.The damage size increasedwith increase of charging current density,but not so apparent at high current density.An external tensile stress could promote the formation of hydrogen damage obviously.It seems that for charging in H_2SO_4 solution containing poison,the drop of hydrogenpermeation curve against time prolongation is due to the formation of hydrogen damages. 相似文献

奥氏体型合金一般具有优良的低温韧性.本文对奥氏体Fe-Mn合金低温变脆现象进行了研究.实验结果肯定了低温下有冷脆倾向;指出随Mn含量增多,冷脆转变温度增高,呈沿晶脆断;发现Mn沿晶界偏聚,且Mn含量愈高偏析程度愈大;初步分析了晶界Mn富集造成冷脆的因素;未能证实前人提到的可能引起低温变脆的-100℃时面心立方→面心四方相变的存在. 相似文献

利用磁致伸缩空蚀实验机研究了1Cr18Mn14N不锈钢在HCl溶液中的空蚀行为,利用扫描电镜(SEM)跟踪观察了试样表面的空蚀形貌,测量了静态和空蚀条件下的极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS),分析了腐蚀和氢对空蚀损伤的影响,结果表明:在0.1mol/LHCl溶液中,加工硬化能力高的1Cr18Mn14N不锈钢的抗空蚀性能优于水轮机常规用材0Cr13Ni5Mo;当盐酸浓度增大为0.5mol/L时,阳极溶解和氢的共同作用促进1Cr18Mn14N不锈钢表面裂纹的形核和失稳扩展,裂纹扩展、连接引起材料大量脱落,使1Cr18Mn14N不锈钢的抗空蚀性能大大劣化,反而不如0Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢. 相似文献

研究了冷轧辊在低温回火中内部残余应力的变化规律,提出了更为合理的回火工艺制度.利用X射线分析和大截面试样的剥层法测定了冷轧辊在淬、回火后残余应力沿截面的分布.结果表明,采用机械剥层和电解剥层相结合的方法可以获得理想的表面状态,减小了测量误差.改进的冷轧辊低温回火时间将缩短80%90%. 相似文献

The aim of this work was to study if hydrogen environment embrittlement of DIN 1.4301 austenitic stainless steel can be suppressed by a nitrided surface. DIN 1.4301 was plasma nitrided in a N2/H2 discharge. Nitriding produced 3-layered structure consisting of a γN top layer, an intermediate γ/γC-layer and a diffusion layer. It is assumed that the γC phase was formed due to the decomposition of CO originating from the reactor walls and the subsequent incorporation of C into the material. The γC phase is characterized by distinct XRD peaks and carbon contents between 0.5 and 4 wt.% as well as nitrogen contents between 0.5 and 8 wt.%. Plastic deformation of the plasma nitrided specimen showed cracks and some delamination of the γN layer, whereas the γ/γC-layer behaved in a very ductile manner. Even at a plastic deformation of 35% no cracks or any other damage was visible. A tensile test in gaseous hydrogen showed severe embrittlement of the unnitrided steel and the nitrided steel with a γN layer. No cracks were observed in areas where just the γ/γC-layer was present. 相似文献

This paper analyzes the thermal aging embrittlement occurred in a cast stainless steel valve, which is part of the reactor water clean-up (RWCU) system of a Spanish boiling water reactor (BWR) nuclear power plant. The aim is to estimate the current and future state of the material and the corresponding structural integrity of the valve. Given that there is no data available for the experimental characterization of the material, the evolution of the mechanical properties (fracture toughness, yield stress, flow stress and Ramberg-Osgood parameters) has been estimated using the ANL procedure.With the obtained estimations, the critical crack size has been calculated using the European procedure FITNET FFS and the ASME Code.This analysis considers not only the evolution of the mechanical properties up to now but also its future evolution in case there is a life extension of the plant until year 2029. 相似文献
