Preparation of flee-standing diamond films for high frequency SAW devices

Free-standing diamond films were prepared by hot filament chemical vapor deposition （HFCVD） method under different conditions. Inter-digital transducers （IDTs） were formed on the nucleation sides of free-standing diamond films by photolithography technique. Then piezoelectric ZnO films were deposited by radio-frequency（RF） reactive magnetron sputtering to obtain the ZnO/diamond film structures. Surface morphologies of the nucleation sides and the IDTs were characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, atomic force microscope （AFM） and optical microscopy. The results indicate that the surfaces of nucleation sides are very smooth and the IDTs are of high quality without discontinuity and short circuit phenomenon. Raman spectra show the sharp diamond feature peak at about 1 334 cmI and the small amount of non-diamond carbon in the nucleation side. X-ray diffraction （XRD） patterns of the structure of ZnO/diamond films show a strong diffraction peak of ZnO （002）, which indicates that as-sputtered ZnO films are highly c-axis oriented.

A novel supercapacitor-fuel cell hybrid cell

A monolithic hybrid fuel cell (MHFC) with a novel configuration was proposed in an effort to improve the fuel cell performance during instantaneous power changes. A modified direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) with a layer of hydrous ruthenium dioxide (RuO2·xH2O) sandwiched between the anode catalyst layer and membrane was used to demonstrate the principle of the MHFC. Experimental results indicate that the RuO2·xH2O layer is equivalent to a resistor-capacitor transmission line and functions similar to a capacitor in parallel with the anode electrode. The improvement in dynamic response of the MHFC was experimentally confirmed under step current change and square current pulse operating. The ionic conductivity of the RuO2·xH2O layer was also obtained.     

网口容错在嵌入式设备中的设计与实现

针对嵌入式网络设备的服务可靠性问题,现有的网口容错主要采用双网卡冗余设计,研究针对单网卡多网口的情况,提出了一种网口容错方法,该方法能有效利用系统带宽资源。提出的网口容错方法包括一种网口状态检测机制和故障网口服务数据迁移方法,并设计了相应的功能模块。故障检测模块实现基于Loopback的检测方法,容错处理模块则实现在检测到故障后,可将故障网口的服务负载数据根据迁移策略迁移到其余正常网口。所提出的方法实现了对网口工作状态的快速检测和负载数据的有效容错。该方法具有应用无关性、资源占用率低的特点,通过测试验证了该方法的可行性。     

Frequent Interaction and Fast Feedback Predict Perceived Social Support: Using Crawled and Self‐Reported Data of Facebook Users

The present study examines if Facebooking can contribute to psychological well‐being and if so, which aspects of Facebook use could play a significant role. Matching crawled data with self‐reported data from mobile Facebook users, we found that more social interactions with Facebook friends and faster friends' reactions to a user's post contributed toFacebook user's perceived social support and ultimately alleviated loneliness. We also found that the association between frequency as well as speed of Facebook social interactions and psychological well‐being were more significant among those who were sensitive to other's behaviors and feelings than those who were not. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings, particularly regarding mobile communication context, are also discussed.     

计算机编程语言与输入设备的发展问题初探

现代化建设事业的发展离不开计算机水平的提高。计算机编程语言作为人与机器沟通的桥梁,在计算机系统里有着非常重要的地位。本文从探讨计算机编程语言的概念出发,详细阐述了计算机编程语言所包含的内容和基本分类。接着笔者又深入分析了计算机输入设备的发展问题。最后,针对计算机编程语言和输入之间的联系问题,笔者做了观点性和理论性的论述分析。     

Developing and Verifying a Questionnaire for Evaluating User Value of a Mobile Device

User experience has become a major issue lately with user value as one of its key elements. This study proposes a method to evaluate user value using a questionnaire specialized for a mobile device such as smartphones. The questionnaire was developed considering elements of user value, product features, and context of use. Then, a case study with hundreds of participants was conducted via the Internet to verify and screen out questionnaire items in terms of reliability and validity. Finally, a total of 16 questionnaire items were selected for evaluating elements of user value, consisting of self‐satisfaction, pleasure, sociability, customer need, and attachment. The results of this study are expected to help understand potential users and select design alternatives.     

空间欠采样太赫兹时域光谱成像方法

文章针对传统太赫兹时域光谱成像技术存在的扫描时间长以及数据存储量大等问题,提出了一种基于压缩感知理论的空间欠采样太赫兹时域光谱成像方法。首先通过扫描电机获得目标非等间隔欠采样信号,然后利用压缩感知方法来重构缺失像素点的太赫兹信息。实验结果显示,当压缩比为0.5时,所重构的太赫兹信号与全采样条件下的信号相关性可达99.95%。通过对压缩重建图像的显示分析,时域图像中的缓变区域和频谱成像中的低频信号恢复效果较好。该方法为快速太赫兹光谱成像提供了一种有效的技术手段。     

江汉平原农村饮用水净化工艺研究

针对江汉平原农村地表水污染情况和农村水生疾病的状况,设计了农村饮用水的净化方案与工艺,以满足农村居民的基本饮水需求。工艺设计兼顾了集成式装置对结构紧凑的要求和净化功能;预处理选用臭氧预氧化和混凝沉降进行,常规处理选用可靠的石英砂过滤,深度处理选用紫外线杀菌和膜分离。在水处理工艺的基础上,设计了一套集混合、絮凝、沉降于一体的旋流强化混凝设备。该水处理系统采用模块化组合,结构紧凑,安装、使用方便,为农村饮用水的净化提供了新的方法。     

基于物联网的公路网传感设备故障信息系统设计

针对我国高等级公路严重的管理滞后问题,分析公路网传感设备的特点、实际使用情况及故障诊断常用方法,研究了基于FTP传输协议及Windows服务程序的公路网传感设备数据采集传输方法,通过实验表明该方法解决了公路网多种传感设备的异构数据的采集传输的问题;采用Visual Studio 2008及SQL Server 2005作为开发工具,设计开发了基于B/S结构的公路网传感设备故障信息系统,实现对各类型公路网传感设备基本信息的管理、故障记录的管理及传感设备的数据采集传输,通过实际测试证明该系统可以正确运行,实现了设计的功能。
