GaAs器件工艺中等离子刻蚀及计算机辅助监控技术研究

用Ｎ２气和ＮＦ３反应气体，在较低的刻蚀功率下实现了用薄正性光刻胶ＡＺ１５１８作掩模，均匀、快速刻蚀ＳｉＯ２，ＳｉＯＮ，Ｓｉ３Ｎ４，ＷＮ，Ｗ等材料的等离子刻蚀技术。利用到蚀过程中射频参数的变化和计算机技术，将射频参数的变化在计算机屏幕上实时显示，实现了计算机辅助监控和终点检测技术。     

攀钢高炉焖砂口试验

分析了高炉冶练钒钛磁铁矿炉前砂口损坏的原因。对新型砂口泥进研制，同时改进了套砂口工艺，满足了攀钢高炉焖砂口的需要。攀钢高炉采用闷砂口工艺后，从根本上解决了铁水带渣问题，提高了铁水的洁净度。

轴对称空间问题的塑性解法

本文从理想材料轴对称弹塑性问题的所有基本方程出发,研究了全塑性时轴对称空间问题的塑性应变分布规律和应力场,并推导了控制应力分布的定解方程,给出了全塑性轴对称问题的通用解法。

Study on ASTM E399 and ASTM E1921 standards

Costs of ASTM E399 and ASTM E1921 tests, which were developed to determine the fracture toughness (K_Ic) and the ductile–brittle transition temperature of ferritic steels, respectively, are considered high and the procedures are also very complicated. In this study, a method, which is more cost‐effective and easier to carry out, is proposed.     

STATIONARY AND NON-STATIONARY STATE SPACE MODELS

Abstract. The concepts of time invariance, stationarity, non-stationarity and immemorial time are considered for state space models (SSMs). Necessary and sufficient conditions for stationarity are given and connected with standard conditions. Expressions are given for the unconditional mean and covariance matrix of the state of a time-immemorial SSM. Application of the results is made to a variety of theoretical and empirical models and the initialization of the Kalman filter in the non-stationary case and for the ARIMA ( p, d, q ) model.
