大体积混凝土温升与强度增长的试验研究

针对大体积混凝土结构构件实体强度与普通标准养护试块强度发展规律间的差别等问题,通过研究实际工程尺寸试件温度场的分布和实验室混凝土变温养护试验,以不同养护制度下的试块强度得出了大体积混凝土结构实体强度的发展规律,为工程施工提供了依据,成功地解决了工期与质量的矛盾,取得了较好的技术经济效果.     

Investigation on film cooling characteristics from a row of converging slot-holes on flat plate

Experimental and numerical researches were conducted to investigate the cooling performance of a single row of consoles (converging slot-hole) on a large-scale flat-plate model. The results show that the coolant flow from a row of consoles shows good lateral uniformity of adiabatic effectiveness, with regions of slightly enhanced cooling occurring between the consoles. 声参数的高性能混凝土强度推定模型

为研究高性能混凝土的声波传播特性及实现其强度的快速、准确、无损检测,基于超声波检测方法,应用嫩江、多宝山附近的沙石料,对高性能混凝土对声波的扩散性及其抗压性能与声参量之间的模型关系进行了研究.建立了高性能混凝土抗压强度与声速之间的多种数学模型.通过实测检测数据进行验证,满足精度要求.高性能混凝土的非均质性降低,其抗压强度与声速相关性较好,用超声的方法完全可以实现强度的快速推定.同时,也为将来高性能混凝土地区强度推定曲线的建立奠定了研究基础.     

沸腾两相流动压力波动信号的特性

研究了竖直管内沸腾两相流动时压力波动信号的特性,对压力波动时间序列进行了标准偏差分析、功率谱密度函数分析、分维数分析、相关维分析及Kolmogorov熵分析,考察了热流密度对压力波动的影响规律.结果表明沸腾两相流动具有非线性混沌特性,且热流密度对各特征参数有不同影响.     

硝酸废热锅炉的腐蚀与防腐

结合本厂硝酸装置的实际，分析废热锅炉的腐蚀机理，介绍硝酸废热锅炉的防腐措施。     

Mixed convection heat and Mass transfer in a vertical channel with film evaporation

Numerical results are presented for effects of latent heat transport associated with film vaporization on laminar mixed convection heat and mass transfer in a vertical channel with a half channel width b = 0.01 m. The influences of the inlet liquid mass flowrate and wall temperature on the film vaporization and the associated heat and mass transfer characteristics are examined for air-water and air-ethanol systems with gas Reynolds number Re_g = 2000. Predicted results obtained by including transport in the liquid film are contrasted with those where liquid film transport is neglected, showing that the assumption of an extremely thin film made in Lin et al. (1988) and Yan and Lin (1989) is only valid for systems having small liquid mass flow rates. Additionally, it is found that the interfacial heat flux is predominantly determined by latent heat transfer connected with film evaporation.     

Isosteric heat of sorption of CO2 in poly(ethylene terephthalate)

Sorption isotherms for carbon dioxide in poly(ethylene terephthalate) have been measured at 35–55°C. The isotherms were measured gravimetrically on a Mettler Thermoanalyzer-1 from vacuum to 1 atmosphere. The sorption data were used to generate sorption isotherms from which the isosteric heat of sorption of CO₂ in PET was determined. At 45°C the isosteric heat of sorption increases from −10 kcal/mole at a concentration of 0.5 cm³ (STP)/cm³ (polymer) to −8 kcal mole⁻¹ at a concentration of 1.5 cm³ (STP)/cm³ (polymer). It has been reported in the literature that the isosteric heat of sorption for this system decreased through a minimum before increasing with increasing concentration. Our measurement of the low-pressure sorption isotherms shows that this is not the case.
