矩形板压电振子振动有限元分析

利用有限元法，对具有四个凸起的矩形板压电振子的振动状态进行了解析计算，并根据其振动特点，重新选择结构参数制作了超声矩形板马达，结果大大提高了这种马达的转速和效率等性能。     

Diagnostics and monitoring of complex production processes using measurement of vibration-acoustic signals

A vibration-acoustic method for diagnostics and monitoring of production processes such as cutting metals makes it possible compared with other methods to reduce the requirement for measuring equipment and it provides a computer representation of the results observed. 基于泛布尔代数的结构振动控制机理

本文介绍了泛布尔代数的数学模型、公理体系和化简方法 ;针对高层建筑的特点 ,舍弃寻求被控制对象的精确数学模型 ,提出了“基于泛布尔代数的结构振动控制” ,分析了其的逻辑机理 ,建立了基于泛布尔代数的MR阻尼器的半主动控制算法。应用本文提出的控制方针对 12层的高层结构受控地震反应的模拟仿真 ,结果表明其控制简单、灵活、方便 ,能满足这种结构的控制要求。     

基于二阶矩阵微分方程的机械振动系统线性二次型调节器设计

本文讨论机械振动系统线性二次型状态调节器（LQR）问题，直接针对系统二阶运动微分方程，性能指标为一个依赖于二阶导数的泛函。由欧拉-拉格朗日方程得出一个系统矩阵增广的二阶线性微分方程，指出该方程稳定的特征对就是最优控制振动系统闭环特征对，并给出求解最优控制状态反馈矩阵的方法，另外，由本文方法还可得出基于速度和加速度反馈的最优控制反馈矩阵。这里不涉及求解代数矩阵Riccati方程。     

高速钢高温形变诱发析出的研究

本文探讨了高速钢在高温形变过程中碳化物析出的行为及奥氏体组织状态对析出的影响。用透射电镜和扫描电镜分析了不同热处理状态奥氏体的组织结构,分析了高温形变过程中碳化物析出的部位,颗粒尺寸及形态。试验表明, 碳化物主要在奥氏体的缺陷处呈点状和点列状析出,大小为20mμ。处于回复状态的奥氏体缺陷诱发碳化物析出,析出碳化物钉札缺陷阻止再结晶进行。当再结晶驱动力较大时,由于动态再结晶充分发展,使缺陷大量消除,碳化物析出显著地减少。     

离心式空压机轴承技术改造

针对离心式空压机各级轴振动值超标的现象进行技术攻关,解决了制约装置安全平稳生产的瓶颈问题。     

丙烯压缩机振动偏高原因分析及解决方法

在丙烯腈生产过程中,发现其关键设备丙烯制冷压缩机轴振动值不断上升,针对此种情况对机组进行了分析与探讨,并制定解决方案。结果表明压缩机转子未采用正确的动平衡试验是造成轴振动的主要原因。采取正确的检维修方案是保证机组长周期运行、装置长周期运行的关键。     

An Investigation of Vibration Reducing on a Machine Tool

In order to reduce the vibration on a machine tool, more orthogonal experiment schemes have been designed, which are based on the steel balls vibration reducing principle. After experiments the optimal reducing vibration scheme was determined. This kind of vibration reducing scheme is used in steel balls vibration absorber, which can be used to reduce vibration magnitudes of a machine tools under the working conditions, whereby improving machining precision. The suggested experiment method is of useful reference in reducing vibrations on other machine tools too.     

耀江大厦顶层屋面热泵的振动治理

本文通过耀江大厦27层屋面上六台热泵振动治理前后的振动和噪声测试数据的对比，简要阐述了安装在屋面上热泵的振动影响的程度和范围、产生振动影响和固体噪声传递的原因，并介绍了热泵双层隔振的方法和隔振效果。     

Heat transfer mechanism of a swirling impinging jet in a stagnation region

Heat transfer characteristics of a swirling impinging jet have been experimentally examined using a combined particle image velocimetry (PIV) and laser‐induced fluorescence (LIF) technique for simultaneous measurement of velocity and temperature fields. The present study shows that the radial width of the jet stretches with increasing swirl intensity, and that the stretching phenomenon contributes to the maximum local heat transfer coefficient. At the stagnation region, the flow near the heated surface is mixed intermittently by reverse flows toward upstream, and spatial distributions of temperature are correlated with instantaneous velocity vector maps. The dynamic behavior of recirculation zones, attributed to swirl number Sw and impinging distance, mainly determines the turbulent heat transfer at the stagnation region. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
