T5F28W直管荧光灯制灯工艺浅谈

从上世纪中叶以来,随着社会各个领域对节能光源产品需求的日益增长,高效、节能的直管荧光灯得到了广泛应用。制灯工艺直接影响着灯的质量和产量,本文以T5F28W为例简要叙述了制作工艺的严格执行和改进对制灯的重要性。     

电气控制系统用环保电线电缆的特性

本文主要介绍电线电缆的分类、电气控制系统常用聚氯乙烯电线电缆、环保型电线电缆的型号命名规则,环保型电线电缆的低烟、无卤、阻燃、环保、交联、薄壁等特点。     

一种可缠绕多芯铜线的绕线机

针对多芯铜线作为配线(信号机、转辙机、变压器箱等内部配线)在设备内部连接处的引线环制作问题,设计了用单根细铜线将多芯铜线缠绕后,再将缠绕后的多芯铜线卷成环状作为整体式导线接点引线环.该技术改变了原结构可靠性低、易折断的弊端,提高了铁路产品的安全性.为此设计了一种结构简单、成本低、缠绕均匀、省时省力的新型手动绕线机.     

高速电火花线切割加工中断丝及对策

针对高速电火花线切割加工中经常会发生断丝现象,对原因进行了分析,提出了有效减少断丝现象的对策。     

智能建筑防火阻燃线缆的选择

介绍国内外防火阻燃线缆的测试标准,以及国家标准GB50311-2007《综合布线系统工程设计规范》和GB50174-2008《电子信息系统机房设计规范》对通信线缆的阻燃要求;指出电气设计不能仅注明"阻燃",而应注明线缆的阻燃等级。     

Effect of rare earth oxides on the morphology of carbides in hardfacing metal of high chromium cast iron

The flux cored wires with different amounts of rare earth (RE) oxides additions for hardfacing (harden-face-welding) the workpieces of high chromium cast iron were studied in this work.The morphology of carbides in hardfacing metal was observed,and the type of the carbides was determined by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy (SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).Based on the data of effect of RE on carbides morphology,the refined reason for carbide by RE oxide was discussed with the misfit theory.The results showed that,the microstructure of hardfacing metal was composed of martensite,residual austenite and M7C3 carbides.With the increasing amount of RE oxide additions,the volume fraction and roundness of the carbides were increased,however,the area and perimeter of carbides were decreased.It indicated that carbides in hardfacing metal could be refined and spheroidized by adding RE oxides in flux cored wires.

一种新型刺辊齿条的梳理实践

主要介绍了AT5 810× 0 5 0 11新型刺辊齿条的特点 ,并与通用型齿条AT5 810× 0 5 6 11进行对比试验 ,说明了AT5 810× 0 5 0 11齿条在梳棉落棉率相近的情况下 ,机台总除杂效率显著提高 ,短绒率下降 ,条干均匀。
