基于BSC高校教育信息化评价模型的构建

根据高校教育信息化的发展实际,结合平衡计分卡的方法,构建了高校信息化评价指标体系.同时,采用层次分析法法确定指标的权重,针对高校信息化评价指标体系中包括定性指标和定量指标的特点,构建了基于BSC的高校教育信息化模糊综合评价模型.

Evaluation of group effect of pile group under dragload embedded in clay

A simple semi-empirical analysis method for predicting the group effect of pile group under dragload embedded in clay was described assuming an effective influence area around various locations of pile group. Various pile and soil parameters such as the array of pile group, spacing of the piles (S), embedment length to diameter ratio of piles (L/D) and the soil properties such as density (γ), angle of internal friction (φ) and pile-soil interface friction coefficient (μ) were considered in the analysis. Model test for dragload of pile group on viscosity soil layer under surface load consolidation conditions was studied. The variations of dragload of pile, resistance of pile tip and the layered settlement of soil with consolidation time were measured. In order to perform comparative analysis, single pile was tested in the same conditions. The predicted group effect values of pile group under dragload were then compared with model test results carried out as a part of the present investigation and also with the values reported in literatures. The predicted values were found to be in good agreement with the measured values, validating the developed analysis method. The model test results show that negative skin friction of pile shaft will reach 80%–90% of its maximum value, when pile-soil relative displacement reaches 2 mm. Adaptability evaluation of transportation system and urban development

Sixty indexes, ranging from social development and economy increasing to ecological protection and transportation system construction, are chosen to construct an index system of adaptability evaluation on transportation system and urban development. A synthesis model with nonlinear characteristic is proposed, and the corresponding procedure is presented based on an improved AHP model, which utilizes the SVD method to improve the required precision of matrix with acceptable consistency weight and detect and amend the significant elements via distance and proximity so as to improve the whole consistency. Taking Shandong Province for the case study, experimental results indicate that the adaptability degree of the system is in an increasing state, which provides robust and effective support for decision-makers working on a range of problems and in various circumstances.     

基于模糊层次分析法的隧道施工安全评价方法

利用模糊数学和层次分析法构建了公路隧道施工系统安全综合评价模型,该模型在评价过程中不仅使主观与客观相统一,而且能够模拟人对复杂决策问题的思维判断过程,并对一些难以避免的模糊概念用量化来表示,得到的评价结果比较直观.通过工程应用,验证了该评价方法切实可行.

北京雅斯特“雅特84消毒液”抽查不合格

2009年8月,北京市卫生监督所公布了2009年北京市消毒剂抽检情况。抽检结果显示,标称北京雅斯特工贸有限公司生产的“雅特 84消毒液”（规格：500g;限期使用日期：2010／05／23;产品有效期为：一年）到期后未取得卫生安全评价报告,被判定不合格。     

住宅设计方案的三角模糊数评价方法研究

根据住宅设计方案中多因素和模糊性等特点,通过三角模糊数建立指标比较和方案打分的判断矩阵,并依据三角模糊数的分布特点计算其平均值的大小,将专家判断矩阵中的三角模糊数转化成精确数,再进行方案的比较.并通过实例说明了该方法的可行性和有效性,为决策者对于设计多方案的评价提供了一种简便、实用的方法.     

基于复合DEA的分地区高校科研管理效率评价

应用复合DEA方法全面评价了我国分地区高校科研资源的配置现状,分析了2001-2005 5年间影响区域科研资源优化配置的原因,得出目前制约我国高校科研效率的主要因素包括科研经费的投入及利用问题以及高水平师资匮乏两个方面,并提出了相应的改进对策.     

我校在《中国大学评价》百强中排名上升

日前,国内影响最大的大学排行榜——中国管理科学研究院《中国大学评价》课题组的“2009年中国大学排行榜”发布,我校继去年进入中国大学百强后,今年再次跻身百强行列,并且名次提升2位,列第94位。在我省高校中位于哈尔滨工业大学和哈尔滨工程大学后居第3位。同时,根据《评价》显示,我校已由去年的教学研究型大学发展为研究教学型大学,这不但充分说明了我校人才培养质量、
