Z512钻床数控化改造

针对企业电路板等板件钻削加工特点,结合Z512钻床现有条件,确定了钻床的数控化改造方案,介绍了机械部分的改造设计、控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计.改造后的钻床提高了加工效率和加工精度,取得了较好的应用效果.     

Amorphization and magnetic properties of Fe62Nb38 mechanically alloyed powders

The amorphization and magnetic properties of Fe62Nb38 mechanically alloyed powders were investigated. In the initial mechanical alloying processes, the lattice structure of pure Fe is destroyed due to the cold-welding and fracturing, accompanying the reduction of ferromagnetic properties. The Ms value of Fe62Nb38 powders with ball-milling time t=6 h is only 48.1 A.m^2/kg. With prolongating of mechanical alloying processes, a solid state amorphization reaction (SSAR) takes place and the Fe-Nb ferromagnetic amorphous phase is formed. With the milling time increasing from 6 to 18 h, the saturation magnetization of Fe62Nb38 powders increases with enhancement of the proportion of ferromagnetic amorphous phase in milled powders. The Ms value of the Fe62Nb38 amorphous powders is 98 A.m^2/kg, which is very close to the value estimated from dilute model. However, the Curie temperature of the Fe62Nb38 amorphous phase is only 206℃, which is much smaller than that of the pure Fe. This implies that the exchange interaction between Fe atoms in amorphous alloyed Fe62Nb38 becomes weak due to the Nb dilution. Investigation shows that the variation of magnetic properties of milled powders is one of important tools for describing the amorphization by mechanical alloying.     

草酸盐共沉淀法制备金刚石金属结合剂

以制备金刚石金属结合剂为目的,本文研究了用共沉淀法制备的含草酸亚铁、草酸铜和草酸镍为所需比例的三组分共沉淀作为金属结合剂前驱体,然后还原制得金属结合剂.研究了草酸盐共沉淀中的各组分的收率,确定了共沉淀的最佳反应条件:溶液浓度(Fe2 )0.38 mol/L,反应温度50℃,反应时间1 h,氢氧化钠和草酸物质的量的比值为1～2:1.通过TPR和MS谱研究了共沉淀的分解还原过程及产物形态,研究发现,两者的加入能降低草酸亚铁的还原温度,共沉淀分解还原后生成合金粉末;对合金粉末进行了机械性能测定,结果表明:合金粉具有较好的硬度,比机械混合的结合剂提高20%以上,抗弯强度略有下降,但二者配合使用有较好的效果.     

机械合金化制备的纳米晶W—Cu电解头材料

采用真空高温7热压熔渗烧结工艺制备出密度为99．5％的纳米晶W-Cu电触头材料，其组织结构和晶粒大小采用SEM，TEM和XRD观察，同时就纳米晶W-Cu电触头材料的硬度，电导率，耐电压强度和抗电弧烧蚀性与传统粉末合金工艺制备的进行了对比分析，结果表明，纳米晶W-Cu电触头材料的硬度，抗电弧烧蚀性及耐电压稳定性远优于传统熔渗法的W-Cu合金，而电导率两者相差不大。

Effect of Y content on microstructure and mechanical properties of 2519 aluminum alloy

The effects of yttrium（Y） content on precipitation hardening, elevated temperature mechanical properties and morphologies of 2519 aluminum alloy were investigated by means of microhardness test, tensile test, optical microscopy（OM）, transmission electron microscopy（TEM） and scanning electron microscopy（SEM）. The results show that the tensile strength increases from 485 MPa to 490 MPa by increasing Y content from 0 to 0.10%（mass fraction） at room temperature, and from 155 MPa to 205 MPa by increasing Y content from 0 to 0.20% at 300 ~C. The high strength of 2519 aluminum alloy is attributed to the high density of fine 0＇ precipitates and intermetallic compound AICuY with high thermal stability. Addition of Y above 0.20% in 2519 aluminum alloy may induce the decrease in the tensile strength both at room temperature （20 ℃） and 300℃.

螺旋压力机滑块系统速度波动分析

本文对螺旋压力机滑块系统下行及打击过程测得的速度波动现象进行了理论分析，分析认为这种速度波动现象是客观存在的，其原理是由于螺杆与螺母间隙的存在，在驱动力作用下，导致螺旋中径不断变化产生的，就此，本文对滑块速度测量及压力机设计提出了一些建议。
