灯光概念幕墙——绚丽无限的遐想

继“深度”和“韵律”之后，千思板国际今年推出了运用发光二极管（LED）的“前瞻性幕墙”又一新主题。这一新概念在不改变千思板Meceon外墙装饰板材基本性能和表现的基础上，帮助建筑师和设计师打造出创意无限和美仑美奂的不同墙面效果。     

Dynamic wetting of rolling oil on aluminum surfaces

Static and dynamic contact angles of stock oil and its solutions with additives（fatty acid, fatty alcohol, fatty methyl ester usually used in rolling aluminum） were measured on aluminum surface （Alloy 1145） by sessile drop technique on an OCA35 dynamic contact angle tester. The effect of additive on the drop spreading was investigated as well. It is shown that the drop spreads very quickly in the first 500 ms after the lubricant contacts with the aluminum surface, and then does slowly later. The dynamic contact angle decreases exponentially with time. In contrast to the stock oil, although addition of polarity additive of long chain alkyl into stock oil is able to decrease the surface tension of solutions, it weakens the wetting dynamic, which results fi＇om the adsorption at the expanding solid/liquid interface. Among the same long chain polarity organic compounds used, dynamic wetting decreases in the order of fatty acid, fatty alcohol and fatty ester. The blend of fatty alcohol and fatty methyl ester can improve the oil wetting dynamics and promote the lubricant spreading.     

冷轧钢基复合材料几个基本参数的讨论

复合轧制变形区基本参数和基本关系是研究复合轧制过程的基础。本文讨论了总相对变形量、压下系数、宽展系数、延伸系数、变形速度、咬入角及中性角等基本参数和基本关系，提出复合轧制变形区内存在相对运动及轧结两个区域，指出基材与复合材的入口速度不同，得出咬入角与中性角的简化计算公式。     

热处理工艺对Ti-230合金薄板组织和性能的影响

研究了不同退火温度和退火时间对Ti-230钛合金板材显微组织和力学性能的影响.测试了不同退火工艺条件下合金薄板的强度和塑性.用金相显微镜和透射电镜观察了微观组织和析出相粒子Ti2Cu的分布.实验结果表明,随着退火温度从650℃升至790℃(保温30 min),合金板材的抗拉强度从541 MPa升到580 MPa,延伸率从27.5%降到26%.在给定790℃,保温时间分别为5,15,30 min条件下退火,其强度和延伸率变化不是十分明显.从OM和TEM对组织的观察得出,随着退火温度的升高,晶粒度明显增大,晶粒等轴化程度增加,析出的Ti2Cu粒子随退火温度的升高和保温时间的延长明显减少.采用790℃,30min退火工艺,其晶粒尺寸,Ti2Cu粒子的分布及Cu在基体中的固溶度可以达到良好的匹配,使合金获得最佳的力学性能.     

Mapping analysis of vibrating fundamenta frequency for simple-supported elastic rectangle-plates with coneentrated mass

By conformal mapping theory, a trigonometric interpolation method between odd and even sequences in rectangle boundary region was provided, and the conformal mapping function of rectangle-plate with arc radius between complicated region and unite dish region was carried out. Aiming at calculating the vibrating fundamental frequency of special-shaped, elastic simple-supported rectangle-plates, in the in-plane state of constant stress, the vibration function of this complicated plate was depicted by unit dish region. The coefficient of ftmdamental frequency was calculated. Whilst, taking simple-supported elastic rectangle-plates with arc radius as an example, the effects on fundamental frequency caused by the concentrated mass and position, the ratio of the length to width of rectangle, as well as the coefficient of constant in-plane stress were analyzed respectively.
