废旧轮眙回收利用现状和利用途径

针对废旧轮胎回收处理压力越来越大的难题，系统地分析了处理废旧轮胎的各种方法，对我国翻新轮胎，胶粉用于建筑市场、铺路建设，废胎直接用于热能市场等等的利与弊、现状与前景都做了较详细的论述。对废胎利用与管理上必要的立法问题对照国外先进国家的经验，提出了建设性的意见。     

Over-production of 5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase in Escherichia coli: use of the T7 promoter

5-Enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate (EPSP) synthase, the productof the Escherichia coli aroA gene, has been overproduced inE.coli BL21(DE3) under the control of the T7 gene 10 promoterand ribosome binding site, to a level of {small tilde}50% oftotal cell protein. EPSP synthase is the primary target of thepost-emergence herbicide, glyphosate, commonly known as Roundup^TM.A simple two step purification is described, which results in99% pure homogeneous protein (as determined by PAGE). The integrityof the protein has been compared with previously characterizedprotein from .E.coli AB2829(pKD501) by determination of itskinetic parameters, N-terminal protein and DNA sequences, aminoacid analysis and ¹³C-NMR spectroscopy. This new overproducingstrain readily provides the gram quantities of highly pure proteinrequired for NMR studies of the active site and the developmentof novel time-resolved solid-state NMR techniques currentlyunderway in this laboratory.     

多单体熔融接枝天然橡胶及其性能的研究

以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯（GMA）为接枝单体，苯乙烯（St）为接枝共单体，过氧化二异丙苯（DCP）为引发剂，通过熔融接枝法制备接枝天然橡胶[NR-g-（GMA-co-St）]。研究了GMA、St及DCP用量和接枝温度对NR的接枝率及其力学性能的影响。结果表明，GMA、St和DCP质量分数分别为8％、4％和0．3％，接枝温度为160℃时，NR-g-（GMA—co—St）的接枝率最高，综合力学性能最好；St的加入能明显提高NR的接枝率，并能减轻NR的降解；红外光谱的分析证实了GMA已接枝到天然橡胶分子链上。     

Use of polymeric nitrosation reagents for the N‐nitrosation of secondary amines under mild and heterogeneous conditions

A combination of crosslinked poly(4‐vinylpyridinium)chloride [P₄‐H]Cl ( I ) and sodium nitrite or quaternized crosslinked poly(N‐methyl‐4‐vinylpyridinium)nitrite [P₄‐Me]NO₂ ( II ) was used as effective nitrosating agents for the N‐nitrosation of secondary amines under mild and heterogeneous conditions in moderate to excellent yields. 卤水泵机械密封动环材料的研究

针对卤水泵机械密封中由于密封材料腐蚀的难题，研究开发了新型动环材料WC-NiP合金，考察了新材料在卤水中的腐蚀磨损性能。得出WC-NiP合金是卤水泵中作为机械密封动环材料的首选材料。     

钢铁件无熔盐覆盖光亮热浸镀铝-一种无污染镀铝新工艺

提出了一种无污染光亮镀铝工艺。在熔融的热浸镀铝液中添加少量（小于0．1％）抗氧化合金以代替熔盐覆盖。观察了镀铝件的外观、微观结构，并测试了其各项性能，该工艺所得镀铝件光亮洁白，具有优良的耐磨、耐蚀及抗高温氧化性能。     

氨基丙烯酸卷铝涂料的研制

通过改性单体与（甲基）丙烯酸酯合成热固性丙烯酸树脂，与氨基树脂、颜料和助剂配制一种用于薄铝箔上的氨基丙烯酸卷铝涂料，该涂料具有较好的柔韧性、附着力和耐溶剂擦拭等性能。     

The effect of nitrogenous fertilizers on the nitrification of forest soils

The effect of fertilization with urea and ammonium nitrate on nitrogen mineralization was studied in a series of laboratory incubation experiments. The samples (humus layer) were collected from field experiments with different applications of fertilizers during a period of 11–14 years. The nitrogen fertilization influenced some chemical properties of the humus layer such as pH, N-Kjeldahl content and the content of inorganic nitrogen, especially in the samples from North Sweden. Nitrate nitrogen was formed in humus samples classified as non-nitrifying in several cases, usually after urea fertilization.     

The chemical feeding ecology ofNeodiprion dubiosus schedl,N. rugifrons midd., andN. lecontei (Fitch) on jack pine (Pinus banksiana lamb.)

Two monophagous sawflies,Neodiprion dubiosus andN. rugifrons, actively avoid feeding on the current season's needles of jack pine,Pinus banksiana, while the polyphagousN. lecontei feeds indiscriminately on foliage of all age classes. Bioassay studies with needle extracts indicate thatN. dubiosus andN. rugifrons larval feeding preference is governed by a group of tricyclic diterpene resin acids. Resin acids commonly occur in needles of all ages; however, levopimaric, palustric, dehydroabietic, and neoabietic acids were at higher concentrations in the new needles.N. dubiosus was significantly deterred from feeding on 1-year-old foliage when treated with the pure resin acids, palustric and levopimaric, at 0.5 and 1.0 mg/ml MeOH.N. rugifrons larvae were deterred from feeding by pure dehydroabietic, neoabietic, and palustric acids at 1.0 mg/ml MeOH.

根据车辆管理系统对身份识别需求,提出基于国产芯片的RFID读卡机方案。数据接口设计为ISO14443TypeB的设备,在满足安全保密前提下,很好地兼顾了使用方便和高效便捷,大规模的车载应用验证了该方案的可靠性。
