灌区闸门量水试验研究

为了解决灌区闸门量水公式适用环境苛刻,量水精度偏差大的问题,在量水试验研究中引入自动控制技术,经过负反馈系统调节闸门开度。本文通过大量的数据统计,进行人工智能流态分析,将平均淹没深度与误差建立联系,寻找不同系数下的误差修正方法,同时也依据当前环境状态进行调整,最终将测量误差控制在5%以内。与传统人工调节方法相比,人工智能的引入增强了量水试验的工程应用性,同时提高了水工建筑物量水的灵活性和适用范围。

Autonome Maschinen oder komplexe Automaten – wer ist für Algorithmen verantwortlich?

One of the fundamental questions discussed in the course of the development towards Industry 4.0 is that of responsibility for machines. The inner-juridical discussion of this issue suffers from the unclear concept of artificial intelligence and the fascination about the creation of very high technical performance while lightning-fast access to a huge amount of information or the determination of previously undiscovered correlations between individual phenomena is no indication of the appearance of the superhuman. Technicians, on the other hand, are confused about the differentiations by which lawyers approach the question of responsibility. This article aims at bridging the gap in order to strengthen the interdisciplinary dialogue.     

基于虚拟仪器的UWB超宽带射频芯片自动测试系统的研究

本文基于虚拟仪器技术设计了UWB(Ultra WideBand)超宽带微波射频芯片自动测试系统,实现对测试仪器的实时控制,完成UWB射频芯片的各参数测试。并可以通过虚拟测试平台实现测试过程的监测和测试数据的采集、处理,生成测试报告。本系统简化了测试流程,减少了人为引起的干扰,提高了测试效率及精确度,对于UWB超宽带射频芯片的测试和性能评估具有重要意义。     

热电偶检定炉温场测试自动化系统

针对热电偶检定炉的温场测试技术需求,分析了检定炉温场测试的原理,建立了温场测试自动化系统的总体结构,利用VC++6.0开发了温场测试自动化系统应用软件原型,进行了温场测试不确定度的分析。研究成果对实现热电偶检定系统自动化有一定参考价值。     

VB二次开发Pro/ENGINEER建立齿轮参数化模型系统

首先在Pro/ENGINEER中创建了齿轮类零件的参数化实体模型,然后利用Automation GATE-WAY软件作接口,实现VB和Pro/ENGINEER连接,开发了用户选择齿轮种类和参数输入界面,最终程序控制Pro/ENGINEER参数表,根据界面输入参数自动进行模型再生,以实现齿轮类零件便捷化设计的目的。     

自动识别X射线底片缺陷的图象处理技术

根据焊缝Ｘ射线底片上形成的图象特点,提出了用Ｌａｐｌａｃｉａｎ算子与图象卷积的方法识别焊接中的缺陷,并根据国际ＧＢ３３２３－８７《钢焊缝射线照相及底片等级分类法》编写处理程序,实现了焊缝自动等级分类。     

A life-cycle approach to automation information management in the process industries

This paper presents an overview of the problems and possible solutions for automation information management and utilization in the process industries. The process plant life-cycle model is introduced and the cost structure of process automation investments is reviewed in this context. The general trends in process industry and developments in automation technologies are described and their effects are discussed. The advances in engineering CAD systems and their usability in solving the information management needs over the lifetime of process plants is assessed. This paper also presents one application of advanced engineering CAD system for automation information management in an oil refinery.
