Fish maws (dried swimbladders of fishes) are regarded as traditional luxurious delicacies, medicine and tonics, which have been recommended and consumed in Asia over many centuries. At the commercial level, they are ranked as different values based on species. However, fish maw species and the trade are still unknown and undocumented. The processing treatments make them difficult for species identification based on morphological characterization. In the present study, the genetic identification of the main commercialized species of fish maws has been carried out, based on the amplification of a fragment of mitochondrial 16S rRNA gene and subsequent BLAST analysis. The applicability of all kinds of processed products was verified, including dried, water soaked, salt fried and salt fried plus water soaked forms. The result indicated this method was applicable to all of them, showed that 53.3% of the products were incorrectly labeled and 58.3% of “croaker” products were substituted with catfish or perch species. Moreover, results indicated that besides traditional trade in Asia, the fish maw trade has been globally expanded to meet the growing demand of market. Therefore, this method can be useful in normative control of processed products, particularly in the authenticity of imported species, verifying the correct traceability in commercial trade, the correct labeling, and also for fisheries control of endangered species to conserve stocks biodiversity.  相似文献

Abstract

A medium carbon low alloy steel, electroslag refined, modified AFNOR 15CDV6, has been developed for satellite launch vehicle and related applications. Conventionally processed (without electroslag refining) mostly bainitic AFNOR 15CDV6 (with 0·15 wt-% carbon and ~ 3·5 wt-% other alloying elements) has a yield strength of ~ 800 MPa. Electroslag refining, coupled with increased carbon (0·29 wt-% carbon, but no change in percentage of other alloying elements), increased the yield strength to about 1300-1400 MPa, without sacrificing ductility. The microstructure of the modified grade was martensitic. Martensite in the as hardened state was mostly in the form of laths, although ~20% plate martensite was also observed. Until 150°C tempering, no noticeable loss of tetragonality was observed, while the unit cell parameter c/a ratio dropped to almost 1 after 300°C tempering. The interesting observation at 150°C tempering was the predominant presence of fine rodlike ? carbide, which may also explain the increased yield strength. Tempering above 150°C converted the ? carbide to cementite, relatively thicker precipitates of similar morphology. At higher tempering temperatures, no evidence of spheroidisation of cementites was noted. The highest tempering temperatures of 500 and 600°C resulted in two marked changes in the microstructure: the appearance of M23C6 type (Cr, Fe and Mo bearing) carbides, and the appearance of, in some regions of the microstructure at least, a relatively 'recovered' lath structure. Misorientation among adjacent laths, nearly constant at 8-9° until 450°C tempering, increased noticeably, to 13 and 16°, after the respective tempering temperatures of 500 and 600°C.  相似文献

Improvements in the performance of processors and networks have made it feasible to treat collections of workstations, servers, clusters and supercomputers as integrated computing resources or Grids. However, the very heterogeneity that is the strength of computational and data Grids can also make application development for such an environment extremely difficult. Application development in a Grid computing environment faces significant challenges in the form of problem granularity, latency and bandwidth issues as well as job scheduling. Currently existing Grid technologies limit the development of Grid applications to certain classes, namely, embarrassingly parallel, hierarchical parallelism, work flow and database applications. Of all these classes, embarrassingly parallel applications are the easiest to develop in a Grid computing framework. The work presented here deals with creating a Grid‐enabled, high‐throughput, standalone version of a bioinformatics application, BLAST, using Globus as the Grid middleware. BLAST is a sequence alignment and search technique that is embarrassingly parallel in nature and thus amenable to adaptation to a Grid environment. A detailed methodology for creating the Grid‐enabled application is presented, which can be used as a template for the development of similar applications. The application has been tested on a ‘mini‐Grid’ testbed and the results presented here show that for large problem sizes, a distributed, Grid‐enabled version can help in significantly reducing execution times. 针对V-BLAST信号通过分布的发射天线进入信道,该文提出了一种由于发射天线地域上的分布性引起的各发射天线发射信号不同时到达接收天线的V-BLAST排序干扰抵消(Order Interference Cancellation, OIC)检测算法。计算机仿真显示,该算法适用于任意个数的接收天线,在较高信噪比(20dB)的条件下,性能优于直接迫零算法3dB以上。在相同信噪比条件下,分布发射天线V-BLAST的排序干扰抵消检测算法比集中发射天线V-BLAST的排序干扰抵消检测算法有着更好的性能。  相似文献

Abstract

The oxygen activity of the ladle slag may be measured in situ with an electrochemical sensor. The measurement principle of this sensor needs further clarification. An experimental and computational study has been carried out of the contribution of specific components to the oxygen activity of the slag and of the factors that influence oxygen activity measurement with the sensor. Experiments on an industrial and on a laboratory scale show that FeOx, SiO2 and MnO exert a measurable influence on the results. The measurements also show a marked influence of the dissolved oxygen content in the steel. The oxygen activity of the slags has been calculated thermodynamically and compared with the sensor measurements. A systematic difference is observed. A hypothesis on the working principle of the sensor and on the cause of occasional problematic measurement values is proposed.  相似文献

Abstract

The quality of molten iron produced by two melting processes, the medium frequency induction furnace melting process and the shortcut duplex melting process with blast and medium frequency induction furnaces, has been studied comparatively. The shortcut melting process contributes to a higher undercooling tendency of base iron, and the extent of this tendency depends on other processing parameters such as ratio of charges, fluctuation in composition, superheating temperature and holding time, etc. When the shortcut melting process is used in the production of grey cast iron, there are no essential differences, with subsequent proper inoculation, in the microstructure and mechanical properties of castings compared with the conventional medium frequency induction melting process. Inoculation is a very effective method to alleviate and/or eliminate the negative effect when the shortcut melting process is used.  相似文献

Abstract

The operating conditions of cast steel staves at Masteel blast furnace have been simulated to generate the temperature distribution under different operating conditions. The influence of the temperature and velocity of cooling water as well as the gas temperature of blast furnace on the temperature distribution of the cast steel stave was obtained. The main cause of stave damage is discussed. The result shows that cast steel staves possess better heat transfer ability and a lower temperature distribution field than nodular cast iron staves, but their performance is much less satisfactory than that of copper staves.  相似文献

Abstract

This paper is the first of a series of two describing online monitoring of the continuous casting machine and the abnormal transient phenomena observed. The present paper, Part 1, pays attention to assessment of the friction between the billet and mould based upon the cam rod force and the electric current intensity of the mould oscillation motor. Information relating to casting parameters before 58 breakouts has been obtained with a monitoring computing program. Almost 40% of the breakouts could have been forecast through assessment of the billet-mould friction force before the breakouts. Transient phenomena in the withdrawal machine have been detected. The jerking of the strand is related to high billet-mould friction; however, other parameters such as the billet cutoff unit and roller bed design also have some effects on this transient phenomenon. Some mechanisms influencing the jerking of the strand are proposed.  相似文献
