Silicon nano-crystalline structures have been prepared from amorphous silicon films on silicon substrates using direct-current plasma hydrogenation and annealing at temperatures about 450 °C. Plasma power densities about 5.5 W/cm2 were found to be suitable for the creation of nano-porous layers. The nano-porous structures produced visible luminescence at room temperature as confirmed by photoluminescence spectroscopy. The effects of plasma power and annealing temperature on the grain size and luminescence properties of these layers have been investigated by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and photoluminescence. Lowering the temperature during the hydrogenation step led to an increase in the diameter of the grains. In addition, lowering the plasma power density caused the distribution of the porous surface structures to become less widely distributed and the formation of more packed structures resulted. 相似文献

Thin films of copper oxide were deposited by thermal evaporation of cuprous oxide (Cu2O) powder. The substrates were either unheated or heated to a temperature of 300 °C. The films were also annealed in air at a temperature of 500 °C for 3 h. The films were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and UV-visible spectrophotometry. The effects of the substrate temperature and post-deposition annealing on the chemical, structural and optical properties of the films were investigated. As-deposited films on unheated substrates consisted of mixed cupric oxide (CuO) and Cu2O phases, with a higher concentration of the Cu2O phase. However, the films deposited on heated substrates and the annealed films were predominantly of the CuO phase. 相似文献

MoNxOy films were deposited on steel substrates by dc reactive magnetron sputtering. The depositions were carried out from a pure molybdenum target, varying the flow rate of reactive gases. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results revealed the occurrence of cubic MoNx and hexagonal (δ-MoN) phases for the films with high nitrogen flow rates. The increase of oxygen content induces the decrease of the grain size of the molybdenum nitride crystallites. The thermal stability of a set of samples was studied in vacuum, for an annealing time of 1 h, for temperatures ranging from 500 to 800 °C in 100 °C steps. The results showed that pure molybdenum nitride films changed their structure from a meta-stable cubic MoN to hexagonal δ-MoN and cubic γ-Mo2N-type structures with increasing annealing temperatures. The samples with molybdenum nitride films evidenced a good thermal stability, but those with molybdenum oxynitride coatings showed a tendency to detach with the increase of the annealing temperature. 相似文献

对热处理(1173K, 1223K, 1273K, 1323K)前后LaNi3.8Al1.0Mn0.2合金的研究表明,热处理前后合金均由一个主相,三种第二相组成。热处理后第二相后变小,分布更加弥散,第二相中LaNi2变为LaNi相,晶胞参数和晶胞体积增加,活化性能变差,但吸放氢平台压降低,吸放氢平台的斜率和滞后变小,合金的吸氢速度显著变快,吸放氢焓变和吉布斯自由能的绝对值增大,而吸氢量未见明显变化。随着热处理温度的升高,晶胞参数和晶胞体积先增大后减小,吸放氢平台压先降低后升高,斜率先增大后减小,滞后先减小后增大,而焓变和自由能的绝对值先增加后减小,在1223K分别达到最大和最小值,而热处理温度的升高使活化性能和动力学性能略有提升。 相似文献

针对泄洪风险和施工导流风险计算对洪水缩放的要求和传统洪水同频率放大方法中手工修匀任意性较大等方面的不足,提出采用计算机优化方法来实现洪水过程的自动放大。在满足洪峰流量约束和分时段洪量约束条件下,本文建立了以洪水过程模式尽量相似为目标的洪水过程放大优化模型,并采用具有全局搜索能力的遗传算法和并行组合模拟退火算法求解该模型。通过实例计算可以看出,这两种算法计算结果均能较好的满足洪峰洪量约束要求,并有效保持了典型洪水的模式,避免了人工修匀的任意性。 相似文献

The effects of precursor and calcination temperature on the nano morphology of ruthenium dioxide on titanium, prepared from thermal decomposition of aqueous salt solutions were investigated. Transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, gas porosimetry and cyclic voltammetry showed that lower calcination temperature yielded smaller crystallites. The crystallites were between 6 and 22 nm in diameter. When using ruthenium nitrosyl nitrate the firing temperature had a large impact on the grain size, but for chloride there was only a minor effect in the temperature range 350-550 °C. 相似文献

Arsenic (As) and phosphorus (P) implantations are concurrently used to create the n-zones of recent microelectronic device pn-junctions. We studied the As-P codiffusion effect on the junction depths during the dopant activation process. As diffusion is accelerated during codiffusion. The acceleration magnitude depends on As concentration and varies during annealing time. Contrasting with usual transient-enhanced-diffusion phenomena, a time delay can be observed before As diffusion acceleration occurs. P diffusion shows no specific modification due to codiffusion. Its diffusion behavior can be understood considering the usual Fermi level and electrical effects linked to the time evolution of the two dopant distributions.
