The impact of the liberation of copper bearing particles on copper recovery in the flotation has been the subject of research in this paper. Tests have shown that grinding of material highly impacts the recovery rate in the flotation process. Results of flotation of smelter slag samples with different contents of grain size fraction ?74 µm: 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, and 90%, have shown that by an increasing the content of the ?74 µm fraction in the feed, the recovery of copper was increasing as well. The highest recovery rate of copper was obtained with 90% of grain size fraction ?74 µm in the feed. The microscopic analysis of concentrates have shown that increased content of grain size fraction ?74 µm, was followed by increased contribution of liberated particles in the 0 to 70 µm fraction, while the contribution of middlings had been decreasing.  相似文献

An atmospheric dispersion model predicting ground-level concentrations from a point source of metal emissions (Murdochville smelter) was calibrated on tree rings in black spruce (Picea mariana Mill. B.S.P.) in order to reconstruct the spatial and temporal Pb-contamination pattern in the Gaspé Peninsula (Canada). Model predictions were validated with forest-floor Pb concentrations that resulted from accumulation of this element over the years and that provide a robust spatial-deposition pattern. Atmospheric emission records were also used to verify the good agreement between the smelter emissions and the temporal-information pattern present in tree rings. Tree rings that formed during the period of smelter emissions exhibited Pb concentrations that correlated with those measured in humus. Temporal variability in tree-ring concentrations was closely associated with the smelter emissions, suggesting that black spruce trees were able to record Pb pollution from a point source. However, a time gap of at least 15years must be considered between the emissions and the actual uptake and incorporation of Pb in the tree rings. A decrease in the level of contamination in the area was associated with the decrease in smelting activities, suggesting a natural resilience of the forest ecosystems to the contamination. This study highlights the strong potential for combining dendrochemical, soil, and modeling approaches in environmental research.  相似文献

Treatment of spent pot-lining (SPL) from aluminium smelting cells by a two-stage leaching scheme comprising a water wash and an Al3+ leach and fluoride recovery as an aluminium hydroxyfluoride product has been studied for extraction of fluoride and then recovery as smelter grade AlF3. The NaF content of a −1.18 mm size fraction was removed by the water wash, while the more refractory Na3AlF6 and CaF2 were removed by treatment with 0.34 M Al3+ solution at 25 °C for 24 h, which yielded an overall fluoride extraction of 76–86 mol%. Mathematical modelling using experimental stability constant data was carried out to predict the effect of combining solutions and identify ways to manipulate the solution equilibria to maximise fluoride precipitation yields. The predictions were then tested experimentally. In the 4.5–5.5 pH range, selective precipitation of fluoride as an aluminium hydroxyfluoride hydrate product was achieved by neutralisation of the combined solutions with addition of 2 M NaOH solution. Higher pH values lead to the co-precipitation of hydrolysed sodium fluoroaluminates. Characterisation of precipitates using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy coupled with energy-dispersive spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, differential thermal analysis, aluminium and fluoride determination have pointed out both the AlF2(OH)·1.4H2O stoichiometry and possible thermal decomposition pathways to yield a dehydrated aluminium hydroxyfluoride product, AlF2(OH), that could be used for smelter grade AlF3 production. The kinetics of hydrolysis are such that nucleation dominates while particle growth is restricted. Techniques to allow slow hydrolysis are necessary to form smelter grade AlF3.  相似文献

采用分步硫化沉淀法处理铜、砷含量较高的废硫酸,先用石灰乳中和废硫酸制得石膏,然后用硫化钠分步沉淀铜,砷、控制一级硫化反应pH值2、氧化还原电位值200 ̄250mV,反应温度50 ̄60℃,反应时间2h,优先实现铜的沉淀;控制二级硫化反应pH值1.5 ̄2,氧化还原电位0 ̄50mV,实现砷的沉降。铜滤饼返回熔炼系统,砷滤饼堆存。  相似文献

目的:分析江西省贵溪市2006-2012年应征入伍青年体格检查淘汰率变化趋势,并分析体检中导致淘汰的主要原因。方法采用回顾性的描述性研究方法对2006-2012年贵溪市应征入伍青年体检数量质量报告表进行分析。结果2006-2012年贵溪市应征入伍青年体格检查共淘汰9129人,占79.39%(9129/11499),且淘汰率呈逐年上升趋势,由2006年的75.61%上升到2012年85.94%。体检项目淘汰率最高的前5项分别为:肝功能异常及乙肝表面抗原阳性1276人、占11.10%,视力不达标1145人、占9.96%,高血压1033人、占8.98%,身高体质量不达标412人、占3.58%,心理健康问题108人、占0.94%,且此5项检查淘汰率均呈逐年上升趋势。结论为提高征兵体检通过率,保证有更多合格兵源输送到部队,提高青年人身体、心理素质是关键。  相似文献
