微波等离子体化学气相沉积的 a-Si∶H 性能研究

本文着重对微波等离子体化学气相沉积法高速沉积的 a-Si∶H 膜的物理性能进行评价研究.测量了沉积膜的光电性能、暗电导激活能、光禁带宽度、光吸收特性、沉积膜中悬键态密度以及氢含量等,并讨论沉积条件对膜性能的影响.结果表明,在沉积速率高达30～90(?)/s 情况下,膜的光电导(光照强度10~5Lux)与暗电导比值可达10~3～10~5,暗电导率从10~(-3)到10~(-11)((?)cm)~(-1),其激活能在0.23～0.88eV 之间(0～200℃温度范围内),光禁带宽度为1.40～2.20eV,氢含量约为2～20%.

Flame retardant and the degradation mechanism of high impact polystyrene/Fe-montmorillonite nanocomposites

High impact polystyrene/Fe-montmorillonite (HIPS/Fe-MMT) nanocomposites were successfully prepared by melting intercalation. The nanostructures of HIPS/Fe-MMT were testified by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Corresponding to pure HIPS, the thermal stability of HIPS/Fe-MMT nanocomposites was notably improved. The peaks of heat release rate (PHRR) and the mass loss rate (MLR) were significantly reduced after the formation of the HIPS/Fe-MMT nanocomposites from cone calorimetry. And nanocomposites PHRR was further lower with the increase of Fe-MMT content in the range of 1 to 5 wt%. The degradation mechanism of HIPS and HIPS/Fe-MMT nanocomposites was conducted by pyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometry (Py-GC-MS). And the reason of the enhancement of thermal stability maybe is that structural iron is the operative site for radical trapping in the Fe-MMT and the nanostructure enhances the interaction of the chains of the HIPS.     

Boundary Procedures for Summation-by-Parts Operators

Four different methods of imposing boundary conditions for the linear advection-diffusion equation and a linear hyperbolic system are considered. The methods are analyzed using the energy method and the Laplace transform technique. Numerical calculations are done, considering in particular the case when the initial data and boundary data are inconsistent.

Algorithms for multiprocessor scheduling with two job lengths and allocation restrictions

A variant of the High Multiplicity Multiprocessor Scheduling Problem with C job lengths is considered, in which jobs can be processed only by machines not greater than a given index. When C=2, polynomial algorithms are proposed, for the feasibility version of the problem and for maximizing the number of scheduled jobs.     

不锈钢冶炼过程中相关热力学问题的解析(Ⅰ)--原料预处理时的热力学问题

针对“电弧炉 多功能转炉 VOD”三步法不锈钢冶炼工艺，以脱磷为主线，从冶金热力学的角度对流程中涉及的几个重要工艺环节的可行性(包括电弧炉去硅保铬、铁水包同时脱磷脱硫等问题)进行了理论分析和计算。在此基础上，提出了强化冶炼和脱磷的工艺措施，从而为不锈钢冶炼全流程控制磷及优化脱磷工艺提供了理论依据。
