Genetically modified starter and protective cultures

Modern approaches towards starter and protective culture improvement rely on advances in molecular biology. For most microorganisms used for food production, gene technological methods have been well developed. By recombinant DNA technology, ‘tailor-made’ starter and protective cultures may be constructed so as to combine technically desirable features. A single strain which normally would fail to accomplish a given ‘wtask’ may now be improved so as to meet a set of requirements necessary for a specific production or preservation process (e.g. wholesomeness, no off-flavour production, overproduction of bacteriocins or particular enzymes). In addition, undesirable properties (e.g. mycotoxin or antibiotic production by cheese moulds) may be eliminated by techniques such as ‘gene disruption’.

用标准Ｃ语言在ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ兼容微机上开发了基于ＰＲＯＳＩＴＥ数据库检索蛋白质序列功能位点的ＰＰＳ程序，ＰＲＯＳＩＴＥ是Ｂａｉｒｏｃｈ建立的蛋白质功能位点或结构模式的资料库，为蛋白质序列分析和结构功能研究提供了新工具。     

4，4＇－二苯醚二甲酸改性PET的热性能研究

采用示差扫描量热和热重分析的方法对合成的不同４，４＇－二苯醚二甲酸（ＯＢＢＡ）含量的共聚酯的热性能进行了研究。结果发现共聚酯的熔点和热结晶温度与ＰＥＴ相比有所降低；而冷结晶温度则升高。随着ＯＢＢＡ添加量的增加，在恒温热重分析中热失重速率常数减小；在升温热重分析中，热失重活化能则增加。所有的实验结果皆表明，芳族醚键的引入对提高共聚酯的热性能有重要作用。     

Stabilization of bioethanol recovery with silicone rubber‐coated ethanol‐permselective silicalite membranes by controlling the pH of acidic feed solution

In order to produce highly concentrated bioethanol by pervaporation using an ethanol‐permselective silicalite membrane, techniques to suppress adsorption of succinic acid, which is a chief by‐product of ethanol fermentation and causes the deterioration in pervaporation performance, onto the silicalite crystals was investigated. The amount adsorbed increased as the pH of the aqueous succinic acid solution decreased. The pervaporation performance also decreased with decreasing pH when the ternary mixtures of ethanol/water/succinic acid were separated. Using silicalite membranes individually coated with two types of silicone rubber, pervaporation performance was significantly improved in the pH range of 5 to 7, when compared with that of non‐coated silicalite membranes in ternary mixtures of ethanol/water/succinic acid. Moreover, when using a silicalite membrane double‐coated with the two types of silicone rubber, pervaporation performance was stabilized at lower pH values. In the separation of bioethanol by pervaporation using the double‐coated silicalite membrane, removal of accumulated substances having an ultraviolet absorption maximum at approximately 260 nm from the fermentation broth proved to be vital for efficient pervaporation. Corroles as receptors in liquid membrane electrodes and their potentiometric response towards salicylic acid

Here, we report on the application of corroles as analytically active compounds in liquid membrane electrodes (ISE) that are sensitive towards salicylic acid and salicylate.The potentiometric signals generated by corrole-incorporated ISEs strongly depend on the pH of the aqueous sample solution and the membrane composition, such as the presence of lipophilic sites. Corrole incorporating ISEs are characterised by a low detection limit (4.0 × 10⁻⁵ M) and a wide linear range (4.0 × 10⁻⁵ to 5.3 × 10⁻³ M). Also, they are free from interference versus other organic anions.The mechanism of the generation of the potentiometric signals of corrole incorporating ISEs in the presence of salicylate anion, as well salicylic acid, will be discussed.     

酸催化二甘醇脱水环化反应研究

以硫酸、磷钨酸、ZRP-5分子筛为催化剂,研究了二甘醇(DEG)脱水环化的反应规律。结果表明,DEG发生分子内脱水环化反应,生成1,4-二氧六环(DOX),DEG分子间脱水不仅可以生成四甘醇、六甘醇等,同时可生成三甘醇、五甘醇等一系列的多甘醇(PEG)。不仅DEG可以脱水环化生成DOX,在反应中生成的PEG也同样可以进行生成DOX的反应。对于二甘醇(DEG)脱水环化反应,硫酸是性能优良的催化剂,反应可以在较低的温度下进行,馏出产物中DOX选择性大于95％。     

硫铁矿沸腾炉内蒸发管组防磨技术的探讨

为减少磨损,沸腾炉内蒸发管采用加焊半圆形钢板防磨.探讨了沸腾炉内蒸发管加焊半圆形钢板的防磨机理.实际使用情况表明,加焊半圆形钢板防磨大大降低了维修费用,显著提高了防磨效果.     

乳化酸+硝酸粉末酸压技术在泥灰岩储层中的应用

华北油田泥灰岩储层曾进行多种类型的酸化增产改造工艺,但均未取得理想效果。经过对泥灰岩地层进行大量的油藏地质、室内试验研究以及工程、地质技术人员的反复论证,优选出一种切实可行的酸压改造措施——前置液+高温乳化酸+固体硝酸酸压工艺。经过现场应用,收到了较好的增产效果,为华北油田泥灰岩储层改造措施找到了突破口。     

Supercritical fluid extraction of daphne (Laurus nobilis L.) seed oil

Laurus nobilis L., commonly known as daphne tree, is an evergreen that belongs to the Lauraceae family. Daphne trees produce grape-sized shiny purplish berries having three parts: flesh, skin, and an inner kernel (single seed). This study examines supercritical CO₂ (SC-CO₂) extraction of oil from daphne seeds. The oil yield of ground seeds varied from 14 to 28% depending on the method and particle size used for oil recovery. Yields were similar for both petroleum ether and SC-CO₂ extraction. The extraction yield decreased significantly with increasing particle size. The amount of extract collected increased exponentially with increasing SC-CO₂ pressure. The highest extraction yield was obtained at the highest temperature studied, 75°C. More than 45% of the oil was lauric acid. SC-CO₂ is a viable technique to obtain high-purity L. nobilis L. seed oil, which is a potential ingredient for the cosmetic industry.     

利用含钨废催化剂生产钨酸的工业实践

笔者较为详细地阐述了利用含钨废催化剂生产钨酸的工艺流程、各工序反应原理及其操作工艺实践、产品质量情况、原辅材料单耗等。实践证明 ,该工艺实用性强 ,具有显著的经济效益、社会和环保效益。
