The current recovery technique of Sc was complicated and the chemical consumption was high. This was due to the low content of Sc in resources and the difficulty of stripping. In this research, the isooctanol was added into the 2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester (P507) extraction system to reduce the extraction and improve the stripping of Sc. The maximum stripping ratio of Sc from loaded organic phase by sulfuric acid can increase from 10% (without isooctanol) to 99% (with 15 vol% isooctanol). In the extraction test of the simulated red mud leaching liquor, the separation factors between Sc and Zr, Sc and Ti are 36 and 350, separately. At the same time, other metals are almost not extracted. The high selectivity and stripping of Sc suggest that the P507 with isooctanol extraction system can be applied in the practical Sc recovery process. 相似文献

依据白云鄂博矿中贫氧化矿主要矿物的选矿特性,在磨矿细度-74μm占90%,铁、稀土、铌单体解离度不太高的情况下,采用弱磁—强磁—浮选联合流程,首先将矿物进行合理分组,简化铁、稀土(铌)粗精矿中的矿物组成,提高铁,稀土、铌的单体解离度,并使恶化浮选作业的矿泥基本得到脱除,然后通过浮选,较经济地得到优质铁精矿、稀土精矿、稀土次精矿、富铌铁精矿等4种产品。另外,富铌铁精矿、浮铌尾矿、铁正浮尾矿中,钪有很大程度的富集,是良好的选冶提钪原料。磁浮联合流程大大提高了白云鄂博中贫氧化矿综合利用程度。 相似文献

Scandium cerium and gadolinium stabilized zirconia (SCGZ) is among the zirconia-based electrolytes which exhibits high ionic conductivity. However, stabilization of high conducting cubic phase is needed to maintain the ionic conductivity during prolonged operation. In this study, 1–2 mol% of Bi2O3 is added in the SCGZ to enhance the stability of the cubic phase. The phase characterization, sintering behavior, and electrochemical performance of the electrolyte-supported cells are studied. Bi2O3 is found to act as both phase stabilizer and sintering aid. Doping of Bi2O3 results in a partial decrease of unwanted rhombohedral phase (Sc2Zr7O17) which is a low conducting phase. Increasing Bi2O3 content also significantly increases electrolyte densification. The unwanted rhombohedral phase is found to form at high sintering temperature. Thus, the lowest sintering temperature which is able to provide sufficiently dense electrolyte is required. In the present work, adding 2 mol% of Bi2O3 in the SCGZ helps reduce sintering temperature to 1350 °C with sufficiently high relative density (>96.5%). 研究了攀枝花钒钛磁选矿电选尾矿为原料的纯碱融熔-酸浸和石灰焙烧-酸浸,P204-煤油萃取、盐酸洗杂、氢氧化钠反萃提钪的工艺及粗钪的提纯精制技术,取得了钪的分解率为89.8%和82.15%,萃取率约95%,铁的洗脱率99.54%,钪的反萃率99%的结果,反萃得到的氢氧化钪经提纯精制,可产出纯度为99.90%的Sc2O3。 相似文献

The high-temperature (1500?°C) interactions of two promising dense, polycrystalline EBC ceramics, β-Yb2Si2O7 and β-Sc2Si2O7, with a calcia-magnesia-aluminosilicate (CMAS) glass have been explored as part of a model study. Unlike YAlO3 and γ-Y2Si2O7 in the accompanying Part I paper, little or no reaction is found between the Y-free EBC ceramics and the CMAS. In the case of β-Yb2Si2O7, a small amount of reaction-crystallization product Yb-Ca-Si apatite solid solution (ss) forms, whereas none is detected in the case of β-Sc2Si2O7. The CMAS glass penetrates into the grain boundaries of both EBC ceramics, and they both suffer from a new type of ‘blister’ cracking damage. This is attributed to the through-thickness dilatation-gradient caused by the slow grain-boundary-penetration of the CMAS glass. The success of a ‘blister’-damage-mitigation approach is demonstrated, where 1?vol% CMAS glass is mixed into the β-Yb2Si2O7 powder prior to sintering. The CMAS-glass phase at the grain boundaries promotes rapid CMAS-glass penetration, thereby avoiding the dilatation-gradient. 相似文献
