针对监控视频图像的特点,提出了一种有效的实时视频降噪算法。首先结合多帧图像采用基于Non—localmeans的运动检测方法自适应地区分图像的运动区域和静止区域,对静止区域采用时域加权均值滤波,对运动区域采用空域ANL滤波。充分利用了视频的时域、空域信息,在去除视频序列噪声的同时很好地保护了图像的细节。实验结果表明,提出的算法在不造成运动拖影的前提下,能够显著提高视频的信噪比和图像的主观质量。  相似文献

This study reinvestigated one of the most fundamental problems in structure light depth sensing field: correspondence retrieval of features between patterns and images. We formulate the global optimum correspondence retrieval by maximizing a conditional probability of correspondence given observed features, which is depicted by a Bayesian network. Different from traditional “code-only” based correspondence retrieval methods, the proposed Bayesian network based method exploits the positional correlations of correspondences of neighboring features, namely, the correspondences of poorly detected features are estimated with the aid of the correspondences of well detected features. The method performs especially well on challenging scenes with rich depth variations, abrupt depth changes, edges, etc. Experiments show that the proposed method increase the correspondence accuracy by about 40% on challenging scenes, compared with traditional “code-only” based correspondence retrieval methods.  相似文献

Production scheduling involves all activities of building production schedules, including coordinating and assigning activities to each person, group of people, or machine and arranging work orders in each workplace. Production scheduling must solve all problems such as minimizing customer wait time, storage costs, and production time; and effectively using the enterprise’s human resources. This paper studies the application of flexible job shop modelling on scheduling a woven labelling process. The labelling process includes several steps which are handled in different work-stations. Each workstation is also comprised of several identical parallel machines. In this study, job splitting is allowed so that the power of work stations can be utilized better. The final objective is to minimize the total completion time of all jobs. The results show a significant improvement since the new planning may save more than 60% of lead time compared to the current schedule. The contribution of this research is to propose a flexible job shop model for scheduling a woven labelling process. The proposed approach can also be applied to support complex production scheduling processes under fuzzy environments in different industries. A practical case study demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed model.  相似文献

This paper describes a physics-guided logistic classification method for tool life modeling and process parameter optimization in machining. Tool life is modeled using a classification method since the exact tool life cannot be measured in a typical production environment where tool wear can only be directly measured when the tool is replaced. In this study, laboratory tool wear experiments are used to simulate tool wear data normally collected during part production. Two states are defined: tool not worn (class 0) and tool worn (class 1). The non-linear reduction in tool life with cutting speed is modeled by applying a logarithmic transformation to the inputs for the logistic classification model. A method for interpretability of the logistic model coefficients is provided by comparison with the empirical Taylor tool life model. The method is validated using tool wear experiments for milling. Results show that the physics-guided logistic classification method can predict tool life using limited datasets. A method for pre-process optimization of machining parameters using a probabilistic machining cost model is presented. The proposed method offers a robust and practical approach to tool life modeling and process parameter optimization in a production environment.  相似文献

In the robotic eye-in-hand measurement system, a hand-eye calibration method is essential. From the perspective of 3D reconstruction, this paper first analyzes the influence of the line laser sensor hand-eye calibration error on the 3D reconstructed point clouds error. Based on this, considering the influence of line laser sensor measurement errors and the need for high efficiency and convenience in robotic manufacturing systems, this paper proposes a 3D reconstruction-based robot line laser hand-eye calibration method. In this method, combined with the point cloud registration technique, the newly defined error-index more intuitively reflects the calibration result than traditional methods. To raise the performance of the calibration algorithm, a Particle Swarm Optimization - Gaussian Process (PSO-GP) method is adopted to improve the efficiency of the calibration. The experiments show that the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of the reconstructed point cloud can reach 0.1256 mm when using the proposed method, and the reprojection error is superior to those using traditional hand-eye calibration methods.  相似文献
