正交异性矩形薄板的稳定性分析

本文求得了正交异性矩形薄板屈曲位移函数微分方程的一般解。可用以求解任意边界矩形板的稳定问题。以两邻边简支，另两边自由的正方形板为例进行了计算。     

中厚板汽雾冷却技术的开发及应用

为解决济钢中板厂冷床能力不足问题，对汽雾冷却系统的技术原理、系统组成进行了研究及实际应用；应用汽雾冷却系统后，在保持钢板组织和力学性能不受影响的前提下，提高了钢板的降温速度，加快了生产节奏；经汽雾冷却的钢板，表面氧化层减薄1／2。     

Bacteriological Safety of Swine Carcasses Treated with Reconditioned Water

Swine carcass microflora were evaluated for selected foodborne pathogens after exposure to reconditioned water during scalding, dehairing, and polishing operations. Reused water had been reconditioned and chlorinated. Rodac plates applied to hams were used to assess carcass microflora. Water samples were enumerated using membrane filtration or spiral plating. Sampling was at mid-week throughout the year. Total aerobic plate counts on hams were unaffected by treating with potable or reconditioned waters. No differences were observed for staphylococci, enterics, fecal streptococci, Listeria monocytogenes, coliforms, and Aeromonas levels. A preevisceration potable water carcass wash reduced the bacterial load, regardless of initial treatment. Bacterial counts on carcasses paralleled those in water. Reuse is an alternative to potable water for initial slaughter operations without diminishing bacteriologic safety.     

济钢中板工艺技术结构的优化

济南钢铁厂于１９８８年进行了增建４辊精轧机和增设３号加热炉为主体的中板工艺技术改造，在生产中对原料生产、中板轧制、精整等工艺技术结构进行了一系列优化组合，取得了良好的效果。为了适应市场需求将继续对中板进行工艺技术结构优化，调整产品结构。     

关于离散Kirchhoff薄板单元的研究

本文对离散Kirchhoff薄板单元进行了深入的分析。文中将用于建立离散Kirchhoff单元的泛函分为三部分,分别用应变第一不变量、绕Z轴的转动偶和有关的单元边界上的积分来表达,并阐明了各部分的作用。其中单元的收敛性质完全由第一、三部分所决定,而第二部分则控制了单元的计算精度。在此基础上,文中建议了一种提高离散Kirchhoff单元精度的新方法,并由此推导了一个任意四边形离散Kirchhoff单元。计算表明,本文的改进单元与原来的离散Kirchhoff单元及其改进型相比,计算精度有了显著提高。     

Buckling analysis for delaminated composites using plate bending elements based on higher‐order zig‐zag theory

A finite element based on the efficient higher‐order zig‐zag theory with multiple delaminations is developed. The bending part of the formulation is constructed from the concept of DKQ element. Unlike conventional elements, a developed element has its reference in the bottom surface which simplifies zig‐zag terms on formulation. Exact patch solutions are developed on elements which have the bottom reference system. The present element passes proper bending patch tests in the arbitrary mesh configurations in isotropic materials. Zig‐zag formulation is adopted to model laminated plates with multiple delaminations. To assess the accuracy and efficiency of the present element based on higher‐order zig‐zag theory with multiple delaminations, the linear buckling problem of laminated plates with multiple delaminations has been analysed. The results have been compared with three‐dimensional elasticity solutions. 本文首先介绍国内和日本、德国、俄罗斯等国冷轧薄钢板及镀锌薄钢板的牌号、标记识别及生产地及与我国家标准薄钢板牌号的相互之间的关系，并比较具体地介绍冷轧板的实效性、镀锌薄钢板的锌层特性等诸多方面的状况。从而帮助我们在设计、制造家电产品中，比较正确地选择合适的板材。     

绕扰流片分离流动的壁面压力测量

在风洞中用电子扫描阀进行测压实验，研究了底部间隙和锯齿高度对扰流片引起的壁面压力分布的影响。结果表明底部间隙在g／h≥1．0时对扰流片上游壁面压力分布曲线有较大影响，而对下游回流区压力分布曲线的影响主要在0≤g／h≤2．0的区域内；并且在g／^=0．2、1．0时，流动结构发生改变。另外，锯齿扰流片的当量面积与平板扰流片相等时，锯齿高度对下游底板压力分布特性的影响亦主要限于0≤x／h≤2．0的区域。     

汽车摩擦片厚度测量装置驱动电路的研究

本文通过对摩擦片厚度在线测量装置系统构成的全面分析，对其驱动电路子系统进行了理论探索和技术研究，完成了相应的电路设计、误差分析及器件选择等工作，并进行了具体的实验验证，证明该驱动电路具有良好的性能，可圆满实现摩擦片厚度在线检测和实时分析的工作任务。     

An adaptive non‐conforming finite‐element method for Reissner–Mindlin plates

Adaptive algorithms are important tools for efficient finite‐element mesh design. In this paper, an error controlled adaptive mesh‐refining algorithm is proposed for a non‐conforming low‐order finite‐element method for the Reissner–Mindlin plate model. The algorithm is controlled by a reliable and efficient residual‐based a posteriori error estimate, which is robust with respect to the plate's thickness. Numerical evidence for this and the efficiency of the new algorithm is provided in the sense that non‐optimal convergence rates are optimally improved in our numerical experiments.
