Discrete quadratic curvature energies

We present a family of discrete isometric bending models (IBMs) for triangulated surfaces in 3-space. These models are derived from an axiomatic treatment of discrete Laplace operators, using these operators to obtain linear models for discrete mean curvature from which bending energies are assembled. Under the assumption of isometric surface deformations we show that these energies are quadratic in surface positions. The corresponding linear energy gradients and constant energy Hessians constitute an efficient model for computing bending forces and their derivatives, enabling fast time-integration of cloth dynamics with a two- to three-fold net speedup over existing nonlinear methods, and near-interactive rates for Willmore smoothing of large meshes.

本文总结了冷轧带肋钢筋在福州地区的应用情况,对现浇砼板裂缝现象进行现场调查,并探究其裂缝发生的机理,最后对高强带肋钢筋在砼楼板中的应用前景提出有益的建议和展望     

WO3 pillar-type and helical-type thin film structures to be used in microbatteries

In the present study WO₃ thin films were deposited by sputtering onto ITO glass, W/ITO and Si substrates by using the glancing angle deposition (GLAD) technique, with the objective of applying these materials in electrochemical intercalation devices. The thin films microstructure and electrochemical behavior were determined through scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and cycling at constant current with potential limitation. By mainly adjusting the substrate holder speed rotation, pillar-type and helical-type structures were obtained under high and low speed rotation levels, respectively. The electrochemical results showed that the best charge capacity performance was obtained for the WO₃/W/ITO films with pillar-type structures, which are more porous.

分析了α－Ｓｉ∶Ｈ薄膜的质量和厚度对α－Ｓｉ∶ＨＴＦＴ关键性指标的影响，深入、详细地讨论了其ＰＥＣＶＤ淀积工艺，并在实验的基础上确定了最佳淀积工艺参数，从而获得了高性能的７５ｍｍ３７２×２７６像素α－Ｓｉ∶ＨＴＦＴ有源矩阵     

SEM observation of the “orange peel effect” of materials

This study investigated the peculiar “orange peel” effect often observed in nanomaterials using high-resolution scanning electron microscopes. The study used different materials, including semiconductor thin films and ceramic nanoparticles. The investigation established that the “orange peel” is of an artifact caused by the metallic coating of the samples in sample preparation. This discovery is important in eliminating the misinterpretation of such effect on the true surface feature of materials, hence avoiding the confusion in the discussion of the properties of nanomaterials.

电流控制LPE生长In_（1－x）Ga_xAs_yP_（1－Y）

用电流控制液相外延（ＣＣＬＰＥ）方法首次在（１００）ＩｎＰ衬底上成功地生长出Ｉｎ１－ｘＧａｘＡｓｙＰ１－ｙ（０．３０＜ｘ＜０．４７，０．７０＜ｙ＜０．９６）外延层，并对外延层特性进行了详细研究，提出在ＩｎＰ衬底上生长电外延层的机理，推导出生长动力学的理论模型，该模型与上述实验结果十分吻合。     

光催化TiO2涂层在金属防腐蚀中的应用研究现状

介绍了TiO2的特点、应用概况及金属光催化防腐蚀作业的原理，对光催化TiO2涂层在金属防腐蚀方面的应用研究进展进行了综述。指出了TiO2薄膜在这一领域应用中的优势及存在的问题。
